3 To make a shortcut on your desktop, click on the Restore Down button (middle button) Drag the Gmail Icon in the address bar to your desktop Use the same middle button to Maximize the window again
4 Login: Your username should be your first initial and up to 7 letters of your last name; This information should be given to you by either Tom Lundquist in Central Office or by your principal. Your password should be newuser. No spaces and all lowercase.

Enter your new password twice: required 8 characters Tricks to help your password strength: use a random Capital letter, create an acronym (eg: my favorite sport is football would be mfsif), put numbers in the middle of the letters or use symbols on the number keys. 3. Enter your password twice and click Change Password 4. Either close the tab or the window, depending on your browser settings.

18 Option 1: If you used autofill, gmail automatically gives you a comma and space after the address. If you typed the whole address, place a comma and a space after the first recipient and start typing the next name to choose from autofill (or type the whole address). Option 2: Click on Add Cc and type the addresses in that box.

22 Downloading attachments puts them in your browser s download folder This does NOT save the document to your normal My Documents folder The download process varies by browser and the settings you have on your browser
