4 1 Create Bid Shell Always refresh the query before you start to create a bid to ensure you're bidding on the current RFx version. Select the row of the Event item you want to response to. Internal page 2 of 15

5 2 Edit Payment Terms and Incoterms Click Search Help ( ) of the Terms of Payment. Enter search terms and use wildcards (*) to prefilter the search results. Without search terms the complete list will be displayed. E.g. enter the number of days (*30*) into the Own explanation field to find all Payment Terms, which consider the number "30". 6 Select the Payment Terms you want to use in your bid/response. Internal page 4 of 15

7 3 Answer Questions Error messages prevent the submission of bids. Please always maintain the required data - in this case Questions (Attribute). In case of a technical issue save the document and contact the Helpdesk. Enter you answer. Mandatory questions (*) must be answered. If set up also a comment can be added. 8 4 Add Notes on Header Level The next steps will show how to add text notes for the purchaser. Click the button on RFx Information level. Click ( ). Enter your text Internal page 6 of 15

9 The text can be also formated. Mark the text and select the font style, headlines, etc. Internal page 7 of 15

10 5 Enter Price The complete price maintenance is excecuted on the Item tab on item level. Click Price in the item. Internal page 8 of 15

11 Enter the price in numbers. Press the Hit key. key to caculate the Total Value. Also the quoted quantity and price per quantity can be adjusted. Just follow the next steps. Click Submitted Quantity for each item ( ). Enter a number to specify the quoted quantity. Internal page 9 of 15

12 Click Price Per for each item ( ). Enter a quantity to specify the Price Per Amount Click Price Per for each item ( ). Further item details are available in Details Find information about Product Category, Quantity, Prices, Incoterms and Delivery Date. Also questions can be answered and notes & attachments added. 13 6 Add Attachments The next steps will show how to add attachments. Attachments can be added on header and item level. All common file types can be uploaded with a max. overall size of 19MB. All attachments are verified by a virus scanner, which can deny the upload. Internal page 11 of 15
