2 System Requirements for Accessing the GST Common Portal Desktop Browser: Internet Explorer 10+/ Chrome 49+ or Firefox 45+ Besides the above on browser compatibility, following should not be disabled: 1. Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) - used to render User Interface look and feel of the portal. Disabling this will not provide appropriate user experience. 2. JavaScript - used to provide enhanced user experience in using User Interface controls. Disabling this will not allow user to perform any transaction in the portal. 3. Cookie - used to store personalized information of user. Disabling this will not allow user to login and perform any transaction in the portal.

3 Documents Required 1. Proof of Constitution of Business: For Partnership Firm Partnership Deed For others - Registration Certificate like VAT / CST / Service Tax etc Registration Certificate 2. Photograph of Proprietor / Partners / Directors / Authorised Person (in jpg format) 3. Aadhar Card & Passport No of Proprietor / Partners / Directors / Authorised Person (It is not mandatory, but Aadhar No is required if you want to submit with E-sign) 4. Letter of Authorisation in favour of Authorised Person.

Proof of Principal Place of Business like: Bank Account Statement, Bye-laws of Society, Municipal Khata Copy, Consent Letter, Electricity Bill, MOA & AOA, Partnership Deed, First page of passbook, Registration Certificate, Rent / Lease Agreement, Tax Paid receipt, Any other certificate / document or record issued by Government, Any other or supporting document 5. Bank Statement (All Banks) 6. Details of Commodity & Services (All above documents need to be submitted in PDF or JPEG format.)

5 Steps: Enrollment Process 1. The State VAT department will be communicating the provisional ID and password. 2. Access the GST common portal to create your unique username and new password using the provisional ID and password. 3. Login to GST common portal using your new login details. 4. Fill the enrolment application and provide business details. Don t miss the mandatory fields. 5. Verify the auto-populated details from the State VAT system. 6. Sign the enrolment application electronically. 7. Submit the enrolment application and necessary attachments. 8. Once submitted the details will be verified by the GST system. 9. If details are satisfactory an Application Reference Number (ARN) will be issued. Provisional ID status- Migrated till appointed date. 10. On appointed date, Provisional ID status- Active. A provisional Registration certificate will be issued.

11 STEP-7 AFTER CLICKING YES- A NEW PAGE OF FORM WILL OPEN Notes: 1. By default Dealer Name will appear 2. Input Id & Click on Edit Tag

12 STEP-8) FILLING FORM:- 1. Dealers information is mandatory in nature. If there is any change in mail and mobile then fill it and get OTP. 2. Consultants information is not mandatory.
