Any forms submitted that do not omply with the terms set out below will NOT be aepted. PLEASE NOTE Eah individual wishing to over the 2017 DENI UTE MUSTER ativity MUST submit AND SIGN their own appliation form if submitting via fax. Any forms submitted via without signatures will be deemed to inlude your agreement to and aeptane of the terms and onditions set out below. Single forms from any media outlet ontaining multiple staff appliants will NOT be aepted. Please note this areditation is for the speifi event only and does not provide aess to bakstage, VIP areas or any event after parties. WEB PUBLICATIONS The website s URL, plus a link or opy of a reent artile verifying you ontribute to the site. The Web publiation must be a previously established news site that is regularly updated with original and urrent related news. IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE Media areditation is reserved for working members of the media. Please note that there is a limited number of media passes available. The DENI UTE MUSTER will aommodate as many media requests as possible. Submission of the following does not guarantee areditation. Your ompleted request (along with any additional information that is required) must be reeived no later

2 than 5.00pm Sydney time, Friday, 4 August 2017 for onsideration. Forms reeived after that time / date may not be proessed or onsidered. Any appliations submitted by persons who do not have a business address assoiated with the media outlet in question MUST supply a letter from the publisher/owner onfirming that they are on assignment for that media outlet.

3 TERMS AND CONDITIONS GENERAL All appliants will be ontated and informed whether their appliation is suessful or not. Suess or failure of all media areditation appliations is entirely at the disretion of the publiists. All deisions ommuniated to areditation appliants will be final and binding and no orrespondene will be entered into. ACCREDITATION COLLECTION One ontated and informed of a suessful areditation appliation request, eah appliant must reply in writing to onfirm his or her attendane. Appliants will then be supplied with areditation olletion information. Media areditation passes will be available for pik-up from the ommuniated media aess point on the day of the event at the DENI UTE MUSTER venue. The available time(s) for olletion will be ommuniated to eah suessfully aredited media representative. Areditations may only be piked up by the bearer and not by a representative. Areditations will only be issued on reeipt of valid identifiation i.e. drivers liense or passport. APPLICANT OBLIGATIONS The appliant agrees to: Abide by any terms of entry set forth by the 2017 Deni Ute Muster National Event Publiists Ferris Davies PRM, the promoter(s), venue(s), artist(s) and/or nominated representatives. Wear any identifying passes / vests required at all times during the event. ACCREDITATION NOT TRANSFERABLE Areditation passes may only be arried and used by the appliant and may not be assigned or transferred to any other person. CONDUCT The appliant agrees to ondut themselves in a professional manner during the 2017 DENI UTE MUSTER. The appliant agrees not to interfere with other media, artists or the artist s representatives. Media will not be permitted bakstage/vip/artist area or on or side of stage at any time unless pre-arranged with the 2017 DENI UTE MUSTER publiity team. INFORMATION / REGULATIONS FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS 1. The 2017 DENI UTE MUSTER has an offiial photography team in plae. 2. Photographi spae is limited and multiple areditation appliations from media outlets / agenies will be onsidered on a ase-by-ase basis. All deisions ommuniated to areditation appliants will be final and binding and no orrespondene will be entered into. 3. Photographers are not allowed to enter the VIP/artist area at any time unless pre-arranged with the 2017 DENI UTE MUSTER publiity team. 4. There will be a photography pit at eah stage. These pits are restrited for use and aess by aredited photographers only. 5. Areditation is approved on the basis you will attend with professional-standard photographi equipment to over this event. If your equipment is not deemed professional it may render your areditation null and void. 6. Photographers are not permitted to shoot at any offiial after party unless pre-arranged with the 2017 DENI UTE MUSTER publiity team. 7. Photographers who do not omply with the regulations will have their areditation withdrawn.
