Returning Arena Exhibitor: If you have been an exhibitor within the 2 previous years, no photo s required, unless you have made significant changes to your product(s), or you were previously in a different location: please follow the New Exhibitor Requirements.

All booth fees must be paid upon approval 2. This fee is non-refundable for cancellations after Sept. 1, There is a $50.00 cancellation fee before Sept. 1, Each vendor will bring sufficient inventory for the (3) three day sale and agrees to stay for the full time of the show. All booth take down, will not commence until 4pm on Sunday. 4. Each vendor will be set up and ready by opening time on each day. 5. Each vendor will respect the booth space assigned. Space allotment is final. If you absorb space larger than requested and/or relocate without written permission from the Bala Cranberry Festival Director assigned to your area, your right to be on the grounds will be revoked 6. Booth space is solely for the applied and approved vendor. Sharing, subletting or other changes must be approved, in writing, by the Cranberry Festival. 7. Vehicles are not permitted in pedestrian zones during Festival hours. 8. Your parking and vendor permits will be issued upon arrival. 9. All equipment used by vendor must meet Canadian Safety Standards. 10. Extension cords must be secured properly and cannot cross pedestrian walkways. 11. Vendor must remove his garbage daily. 12. The sale of weapons, firearms, knives and pornography is strictly forbidden. 13. Vendors offering food OF ANY SORT must obtain the necessary permit from The Health Department (Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit, 5 Pineridge Gate, Gravenhurst, Ontario, P1P 1Z3, Phone: , Fax: , Applications will not be considered unless proof of liability insurance for a minimum of two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) is included. 15. Vendor approval is at the sole and unfettered discretion of the Cranberry Festival Board Vendors not complying with the above regulations could face a fine and expulsion from the festival. I, THE Lessee shall indemnify and hold harmless the Bala Cranberry Festival, their members, agents and employees from any and against all claims, demands, losses, costs, damages, actions suits or proceedings by any third parties that may arise out of, or may attribute to all operations performed by or carried out by lessee, his agents, employees or anyone for whose actions he may be held liable, howsoever caused.
