1 Akuvox Cloud V4.0 Quick Guide 1. Change Log: Distributor account is allowed to set charge plan for end users. Personal Manager is allowed to manage public device(stair Phone like R27 and R29) for brief community solution. End User is allowed to change the call mode between door phone and indoor monitors, it is IP mode as default(improve user experience and save resource of server). End User is allowed to sign up feature for end user is supported on both web GUI and Smartplus. End user is allowed to add devices and family members on both web GUI and Smartplus. Users are allowed to create temp key with QRcode on Smartplus, the QR code can be scanned on R29 for access. Domain: for managers, while for Users.

2 2. Smartplus: 2.1. Main Interface:

3 Advance Options: Used to configure which server you will connect to or sign up on when first time login with Username&Password. Enter 03 and click obtain will get you connected to Akuvox Cloud V4.0. Skip this step if you login by scanning QR code(more suggested).(you only need to configure it once. ) Forget Password: Enter your UID or address which bound to your account, then press submit. There will be an sent to your box to guide you reset your password.

4 Sign UP: Follow the guide How to get device code to obtain the device code. Enter device code and valid address, then press Get Captcha button. An with verification code will be sent to the box. Enter verification code and check the license, then press Create Akuvox Cloud Account button to get into next step. Complete your account information, then press Create Akuvox Cloud Account button to finish the creation.

5 Scan QR code: Login by scanning QR code included in the sent to your box when the account created.

6 2.2. User Interface

7 Device Press on the device icon, you will get into corresponding operation interface allows you make call, check live stream(outdoor station)/set arming mode(indoor monitor) and check corresponding call history, capture log and motion log Add Device: To enter device code and device s location, then press Submit button to add the device. You need to reboot the devices after adding so that it will be connected to the cloud successfully.

8 Device/Family To switch between device list and family menber list.you can dial to your family members and add family member on family member list. Enter the Name and address, then press Submit button to finish the creation. The will be an with login information be sent to the box. After that your family member is able to use Smartplus. Please note that you need to pay for it after free trial.

9 Activity: To check all of call history, capture log and motion log Notification&Alarm To check the message sent from personal manager or alarm notification from devices.

11 3. Web GUI 3.1. Web GUI - Distributor Login: Login your distributor account on Personal Device: To manage personal devices of your customers. User: To manage your installers and end users. Firmware: To check current available firmware which can be upgraded for end users by installers. Payments: Check users charge payment.

12 Setting - Charge Plan: To set charge plan for end users. Note: The charge policy is still pending. Setting - Customer Service To set customer service contact. Users can check the customer service contact by clicking the customer service label on the bottom of User s web GUI.

13 Create account for installer: 1.Click User - Installer - Add. 2.Enter needed information, then click Submit.

14 Modify Password: To modify password for your distributor account. Time Zone: To set your own Time Zone.(You installers time zone is same as yours as default, while the end users time zone is same as their installer s.) Change Identity: Switch to Personal Manager permission to manage the end users who sign up by theirselves. To tell which distributor the end user belongs to, we request you provide the devices MAC address which will be on cloud firstly before you sell them out.(end user must bind a device when he sign up on app or web GUI.)

15 3.2. Web GUI - Installer(Personal Manager) User: To manage the users(end User). Device: To manage personal device and public device. Firmware: To check current available firmware. Update: To set update schedule to update devices. Message: To push message to indoor monitors and smartplus. Add User: Click add button on user list interface, and enter the needed information, then click Submit.

16 Add personal device. Select a user, then click Device button on operate panel to get into personal device list. Click Add to add personal device for the user. Enter needed device s information, then click submit. NOTE: To make sure the device will be connected to the cloud, please reboot the device after binding. Add public device: 1. Click Device - Public Device - Add, to add public device(stair Phone like R27,R29 which will be shared by the end users belongs to this installer.) 2. Enter needed device s information, then click Submit. NOTE: To make sure the device will be connected to the cloud, please reboot the device after binding.

17 Modify Password: Modify password for your account. Time Zone: To set your own Time Zone.

18 3.3. Web GUI - Family Master(End User) Login family master account on Homepage: Dashboard of family master. Device: To manage your own devices. Click Add button to add new device, enter needed information and click submit.

19 Family Member: To manage your family member. Click Add to create accounts for your family members. Enter needed information, then click submit. NOTE: The family member accounts are only allowed to login the smartplus. Access: To manage access methods. Click Add to add a new access certification, enter needed information and click submit.

20 Alarm: To check and deal the alarm notification from indoor monitors. Log: To check operation log on web GUI. Activity: To check capture log, motion log and call history.

21 Purchase: To recharge for your devices and accounts. Payment: To check the payments log.
