2 2 Getting Started Get in. Get out. Our six* new homepage buttons link directly to the pages you ll access most frequently. See your appointment schedule to view who has confirmed and who hasn t. Pick up reports that have been generated for you. Listen to messages your contacts left for you when we called them. Find contacts in your database and adjust their information and preferences. Q Where did my appointment schedule go? A It used to be under Calling Pages. Now it s under My Calendar. Q Where did my Calling Pages go? A It used to be under Calling Pages. Today, you ll find this same data under My Data. Q Where did my Call Schedule tools go? A They used to be under Call Schedule. Now they are organized under My Data. * Buttons available depend on user permissions and settings. Menu Bar The new HouseCalls interface has a reorganized menu bar. But where did the old menu options go?? Q I m an administrator. Where did the user NEW management tools go? A Click the Account Settings tab for administrative and other global account settings tools. Q What does Search Contacts mean? A Contacts are the people you send messages to. Use the search to look up your contacts and see what you ve sent them. OLD Upload new data files into our system to start s. Review a dashboard that reveals statistics on how well your account is performing. Q A Where do I logoff? We moved the logout link off the menu. It s now on the upper right-hand corner of your screen. NOTE: Not all users have permissions to all areas.

3 3 My Calendar The newly designed appointment schedule makes it easier to see results! See an overview of your results. Quickly generate an updated and printable results report. Colorful icons indicate which methods of were used to confirm. Easily update contact information. Simple indicators show who s confirmed and who hasn t. Click Communication Statistics for a quick visual summary of your results for this appointment day. CLOSE-UP Review a contact s message history by listening to phone messages sent and viewing s and text messages. Get daily summaries of your confirmations and cancellations. alerts link directly to the appointment schedule to review new updates.

4 4 Search Contacts Finding your contacts has never been easier! HouseCalls now allows you to search using any of six common contact information elements. Search results provide at-aglance information to help you identify contacts and verify information. See all history for a contact or narrow down by phone, or text message s. Track exactly when messages were sent. RESULTS HISTORY Quick action buttons allow you to update contact information details or review the recent history of messages you ve sent to a contact. Quickly listen to or view the contents of messages you ve sent to a contact.

5 5 Reports Don t worry your existing reports haven t gone away. But consider trying a new report to see what additional valuable information it has to offer! Two new report categories organize report options to help you work more efficiently. The original reports you re used to are still available. Organize your results based on appointment times. Four report varieties allow you to choose what information you want to include in your report.
