1 Redditch NCT Nearly New Sale Registration Process & Label Creation Please ensure that you have read our sellers pack as found on our branch pages of the NCT Website and understand the requirements to sell before you start the registration process. Follow link - Click Register icon at bottom Type in your details ensuring that you select Redditch as your Home Branch. Please note that some Company Firewalls will not allow the verification to be sent to you so it is recommended that you use your private address ie yahoo, gmail, Hotmail etc. Click Create Account and following message will appear. 3 Return to the Login screen by clicking on link in or going to Click on Register for a sale and select Redditch Branch our forthcoming sale date will appear. Click Register Page 3

4 The following screen will appear and you will need to scroll down to read all the details. In the bottom section you can click to read our Disclaimer before clicking to agree to the terms. Tick the agreement box and then click the Pay through Intrabiz button You should then be automatically redirected to Intrabiz but if not you will have received an as below and can click on the link to Intrabiz. 9 Close this window. You will receive a payment confirmation from NCT No Reply. The system now requires a branch volunteer to confirm that your payment has been received and verify you as a seller this is usually done within hours and you will receive the following . Name Page 9

10 After you have received this you can log back into Grokbox and you will see that your registration has been verified by a You can now click on the Create Labels tab and start inputting your data Against this sale date click the Edit Items Icon On this next screen type in the details and price or your item remember to specify Age Range of clothing item and Gender if appropriate to item. Prices are in multiples of 50p You can print your labels as and when you require, usually as you sort a batch of items. To print your labels click the appropriate icon at the bottom. Remember labels should only be attached by Masking Tape, Tagging Gun or string. PLEASE DO NOT USE SELLOTAPE Page 10

11 If you selected to volunteer you will receive a separate from NCT No Reply with a link to the helper registration. When you click the link a page similar to this will appear click Register Now Name Please tick which session you are able to assist with either full day Saturday or one of the half sessions. Personal data Once you tick a session you will then get the opportunity to enter any notes to us ie light duties please as pregnant.
