Steps to Sign up and Login to the Self Service Portal & Reset Password

1 Important: If you are getting an error that this /mobile is not registered with us ; it is an indication that signs up process was not done. We request you to do this to be able to access the portal. SIGN UP & setting up a login id & password is needed for the first time on this portal with your personal or mobile and CRN and by entering an OTP received. Sign up process is explained below. Even if you had logged in to the old portal earlier, this step is required for the first time on the new portal to be able to Login. If you are still unable to login, post following the steps below, kindly get in touch with Customer Care Team and share your details that you used for this process. Sign up is a simple process as described below. Step 1: Click on the SIGN UP link as shown below. Steps to Sign up & Login Step 2: In first field, kindly enter your Registered ID as provided by you for your booking with us. This is the where you would have received your last demand letter of payment receipt. Alternatively, you can enter the mobile number registered with us. Note: Please ensure you enter your personal id and not the mylodha.com id. In the next field, put your Booking ID i.e. Customer Relationship Number <CRN> in the next field. This is also available on the demand letter or payment receipt. Once both above fields are entered, click the next button i.e. the right arrow. Note: In case of NRI customers, kindly use your registered id and NOT the mobile number as the system would generate an OTP and the same would not be received if an international number is registered.

2 Step 3: The system will verify details provided by you and will initiate an OTP which will be sent to your registered id and mobile number. Step 4: Post validating your details a confirmation as shown below would reflect that the OTP has been sent to which id and mobile no. (Masked with ****). You may now proceed with clicking on the on next button i.e. the right arrow key.

3 Step 5: Kindly enter the OTP received on your registered id and mobile number in the Enter OTP Code field as displayed You may now proceed with setting up a password that you can easily remember the next time you want to login. Post entering the password Click the OK icon i.e. tick button as shown below. Step 6: Congratulations! You have successfully signed up and should be able to see the following message advising

4 Sign up done successfully. The system should now redirect you to the login page, automatically. Step 7: Select the Login radio button as shown in the screen print below. Step 8: Proceed with entering the ID/Mobile Number used earlier to sign up, followed by the password that was set by you and Proceed with Clicking on the OK icon i.e. Tick button to login.

5 Going forward, you can directly login with the same details and do not need to follow the sign up steps as outlined earlier. Steps to Reset Password using the Forgot Password Link If you try to login in future and do not remember the password, use following steps to reset it and regain access to your account. Step 1: Click on the Forgot Password link located within the Login option of the login page.

6 Step 2: Enter your registered address/mobile number that you earlier used to sign up, in the Registered Mobile No./ ID field provided and Click the OK icon i.e. tick button as shown below. An OTP will be sent to the registered /mobile. Step 3: Enter the OTP received and set a password of your choice and Click the OK icon i.e. tick button as shown below.

7 Step 4: A SUCCESS message will be shown if the password is Reset Successfully and you will be redirected to the login page automatically. Step 5: You are all set and can now proceed with logging in using the new password set up.
