1 User Guide - NEFT Payment Process About NEFT National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) is a payment system facilitating funds transfer Customer can initiate an ETC Tag recharge transaction by selecting the NEFT mode as the preferred payment mode User Login On home page, place the cursor on Login menu item in order to login Enter Username and Password and click on Login button On successful login, Customer will be redirected to "Account Summary" Recharge Account Procedure Customer can recharge tag account(s) by using NEFT either at Account Level: Single or Multiple Tag Accounts can be recharged at once Tag Account Level: Only selected Tag Account can be recharged

2 Account Level: Click on Recharge Account Menu item Customer will be redirected to Recharge Account page Customer can enter amount to recharge Tag Account Select one or multiple Tag Account No(s) and enter amount Select Pay by NEFT option and click on Continue button Customer will be redirected to Verify Make Payment page, where the customer would be asked to confirm payment details

3 Note: When the customer clicks on Continue, if a browser alert is displayed as shown below, Customer has to click on Allow pop-ups link and click ok to proceed further. Click on Make Payment in order to initiate the NEFT request Click on Back button to review/modify the payment details Click on Cancel button, to abort the transaction and go to Recharge Account page Note: When the customer clicks on Make Payment, if a browser alert is displayed as shown below and Generate Challan page is not opened in another Tab/Window, Customer has to click on Allow pop-up link and do the recharge account process again.

4 If the NEFT request is successfully initiated, a success message will be displayed as shown below and Generate Challan page is opened simultaneously in a new Tab or a new Window of browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla etc.) Customer must generate challan to proceed further with the transaction. Click on Generate Challan button to generate challan which consists of payment details

5 Customer can Print/Save the generated challan using Print/Save button Customer has to carry out NEFT transfer of the exact amount mentioned to the beneficiary account in the challan. Customer can transfer the funds via online by logging into their bank account or can walk into their Bank branch for NEFT transfer to the beneficiary account mentioned in challan. Once funds transferred from the bank account is received, we will recharge the ETC tag account with respective amount.

6 Tag Account Level After Login, Click on View Tag Account Summary link Customer will be redirected to Tag Account Summary page. Click on Recharge Account menu item

7 Select Pay by NEFT option and click on Continue button Customer will be redirected to Verify Make Payment page, where the customer would be asked to confirm payment details Note: When the customer clicks on Continue, if a browser alert is displayed as shown below, Customer has to click on Allow pop-ups link and click ok to proceed further.
