1 Unloading times: Metal deliveries to Vöhringen Wieland Online Notification Business hours: Monday-Thursday: 6:00 11:45 a.m. and 01:00 02:30 p.m. Friday: 06:00 11:30 a.m. Time frames: Block 1: 6:00 8:00 a.m. Block 2: 8:00 10:00 a.m. Block 3: 10:00 11:45 a.m. Block 4: 01:00 02:30 p.m. (except for Friday) Contact persons: Our notification team: Phone: +49 (0) Fax: +49 (0) The Wieland Online Notification is designed for registered forwarders and customers / suppliers delivering new or scrap metal to our factory in Vöhringen. In the application you can book fixed time frames for the delivery. Unloading of metal on our premises in Vöhringen is possible only after prior notification. With the online notification you also have the possibility to book yourself, on the same day, still unreserved unloading times in a fixed time frame. Page 1
2 Online Notifitcation for metal deliveries You have to get registered first in order to be able to carry out online metal deliveries. Via the buttons - Services - Online notification - Registration Go to Apply for registration form. Fill out the form and confirm via Submit button Within one working day you will receive by your authorisation with name and password to Log on to online notification. Page 2
3 Modification of registration data Via the menu item Own data and the button Address data you have the possibility to update your registration data in the below attached mask. Furthermore it is important that you apply for only ONE REGISTRATION PER SUPPLIER AND CUSTOMER. With this authorisation every employee in your company can make his notification. On the basis of the available adresss data Wieland- Werke AG would like to send information about their operations via or fax. Therefore, the administration of your data should be given top priority. Here the name of the forwarder and/or supplier/customer will appear. Save Page 3
4 Please log on with the name of your registration. Please log on with the password of your registration. (Pay attention to capitalisation of password) Page 4
5 Please select your vehicle type: lorry or lorry/trailer etc. Attention: For lorry/trailer or, for example, lorry/semitrailer the registration numbers in field1=lorry, field2=trailer or semitrailer have to be filled in! If you have no scrap delivery with the transit document T1, please click on the No button. Mandatory fields (identified with *) must be filled in! 1. Select type of vehicle 2. After selection enter registration number of motor vehicle in the mandatory field (if unkown or incomplete, put a? ) as well as the trailer/semitrailer registration number in the field below 3. Enter name and city of forwarder 4. If you comission a subcontractor, please enter name 5. Click on country code, then enter supplier/customer with city Once you have filled in everything, click on Create a notification Page 5 OAV OAV mit Materialgruppen update update ALV ALV
6 Select respective material and material group (swarf, scrap, different alloys). Please refer to pages 7 and Regarding packing you can choose between delivery in bulk or in containers. 3. Please indicate the weight in tons (approx. t). 4. If you have another customer, another material group, another packing, please click on the Further notification item button. A notification item 2 is presented to you which you can handle in the same way as the first notification item. Please note: If the customer address is different for the second notification item, you can overwrite it in the second item. 5. If you have only one notification item, click on the Create no futher notification item button. 6. Please note: If the registration number of the lorry is unknown, the trailer/semitrailer must be marked. This ensures a clear representation in the programme. Page 6

9 Here the current working day is presented to you by Wieland-Werke AG Now you can choose between block preferred (Yes = certain time block of several working days or No = all time blocks of minimum 2 working days). Via the Block button you can choose between 4 block windows (1-4). If you want, you can also use the calendar. Then click on Search delivery date. Nine items are presented to you for selection. 10 Nine items are presented to you (e.g. block 3 preferred). You select e.g. item 4 ( ) and click on item 4 (see confirmation in box). After you have selected the desired block, click on the Finished button. Page 10
11 INFO: Printout only possible if pop-ups are allowed! A notification confirmation with the notification number appears which you should print out. With this notification number you must come to gate 17 in Vöhringen. Via the Print or Close button you get to your notification list Own Data. Page 11
12 Via the Search field you can enter the notification number, vehicle registration number, customer, supplier, subcontractor, alloy group, etc. in order to search and view certain data more quickly. By clicking on the Address data button you can see your registered data as registered with Wieland-Werke AG. Green dot = lorry is in the factory Red dot = lorry has left the factory (detailed description see page 12) Now you get the notification list with all notifications you have created to date. Here you can follow up and check if the lorry, forwarder or subcontractor arrives at Wieland-Werke AG in time. You have the possibility to open the respective notification number via the unloading point in order to view details of the notification. Always click on the Update button first before you view the entered notifications in order to get further details of a notification number. Click on the Collapse button if you want to list all notifications by date only. The Expand button opens the created list Own Data (see above) To change the notification click on the Change data button. The next image explains how to change the data. Page 12

15 Click on Show header data If you click on the online notification number via Own data, you see the times in the header data at which the lorry has entered and left the factory. Page 15

17 General information regarding online notification at Wieland-Werke AG. Please observe the times specified by Wieland-Werke AG for unloading. (see also under online notification; unloading times or attached pdf-file on page 1). If you want to leave the programme, you can log out via the Logout button. If your lorry does not arrive at the notified date, please do not forget to delete your notification and to make a new one. Otherwise you will occupy a free place that could be booked by someone else.
