4 Ink : GETTING STARTED Run a Quote 1. Fill in pre-requisite information to find qualifying products! 2. Answer medical questions (if applicable)! 3. Fill in applicant s personal information! 4. Insert payment information and review and accept authorization(s)! 5. Complete Signature Verification via text or by checking Send for Adobe esignature (Voice verification is required if client has no or smartphone)!
