3 HOW TO LOG IN If you already have a user name and password on STEP 1 Click Log in at the top right of the screen. STEP 2 Enter your current user name and password and click log in. 3

4 STEP 3 You will arrive at your account information page. I want to submit a question click here or continue to STEP 5 on Page 8. I want to subscribe to Coding Clinic click here or continue to STEP 10 on Page 11. 4

5 HOW TO REGISTER I am a new customer and need to create a log in for Coding Clinic Advisor STEP 1: Click Log in at the top right of the screen. STEP 2: Provide the necessary information. 1) First name and Last name 2) Valid address and confirm Click Continue to proceed 5

6 STEP 3: Enter account information in their respective fields to create account. 1) Personal information (Job title, name, and organization) 2) Registration information (Address, city, state & ZIP code) 3) Create log in ( , password) 4) Choose security question and answer 5) Check box that confirms acknowledgement of Do s & Don ts for submitting a question. 6) Click Create Account 6

7 STEP 4: After registering your account, you will arrive at your account profile where you can edit account information. 1) Personal Information (Name, job title, and organization) 2) Password (to change password only) 3) Billing address (Address, city, state, and zip code) I want to submit a question click here or continue to STEP 5 on Page 8. I want to subscribe to Coding Clinic click here or continue to STEP 10 on Page 11. 7

8 SUBMITTING A QUESTION STEP 5: Click Submit Question and read the Do s & Don ts in the Help Center first. STEP 6: Check box will appear that you agree to the guidelines for submitting a question, check the box to proceed. 8

9 STEP 7: Submit question details. 1) Specify question type (ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, HCPCS, or ICD-10-CM/PCS). 2) Enter a question title. 3a) Summarize your question with a 250 character limit. 3b) Attach supporting documents detailing relevant information to your questions. 4) Click on Submit My Question to finalize and submit. 9

10 STEP 8: Confirm your question meets the HIPAA requirements, proceed by clicking on Submit My Question. If your question does not meet the requirements, please click Edit My Question to review and edit your question. STEP 9: You will be provided a tracking number that will update the status of your question. Please keep the tracking number provided for your reference. 10

11 SUBSCRIBING TO CODING CLINIC I am a new user and interested in subscribing to Coding Clinic. STEP 10: Choose from the options Annual Subscription or Unlimited Subscription on the home page. Click Subscribe under the option you choose. Annual Subscription Unlimited Subscription 11

12 STEP 11: Configure your subscription by selecting: 1) Content (ICD-10, HCPCS, or both) 2) Year 3) Number of users Proceed by clicking on the Checkout tab 12

13 STEP 12: Finalize your order by submitting payment information. 1) Enter credit card information (Name, type of card, expiration date, CVV, and card number) 2) Enter billing address (Phone number, address, city, state and ZIP code) 3) Enter promo code (optional) 4) Review order summary 5) Click Confirm Purchase STEP 13: Confirm terms of use and click I Agree to proceed to your subscription. 13
