2 Introduction As a member of the IARC International Retirement Plan (the Plan) you can access the Online Service Platform (Online Tool) provided by Allianz Pension Service GmbH (AZPS). This guide is intended to be a summary only. While every effort has been made to ensure that it is accurate, there may be some deviations compared to the live Online Tool. Legislation and regulation may change at any time in the future which may affect the plan and/or the Online Tool. This guide does not provide any individual advice. Please make sure you read all accompanying literature provided to you and consult an advisor if necessary. 2

3 Login A key benefit of the Plan is the online access to your personal user account via the Online Tool. With this Online Tool you can view and manage your account from anywhere in the world (requires internet access). If you enter incorrect details three times while logging in, the accessibility to your user account will be blocked due to security reasons. In that case, please contact AZPS via: IARC@allianz.de After logging in, you are directed to the Welcome Page (Fig. 1): There are Quick Links to specific areas within the Online Tool on the left side. In Latest news you can find any new announcements published by AIARC. Fig Activating your user account / First Login When you access the Online Tool for the first time, you need to activate your user account with a click on First login? Activate your user account here (Fig. 2). Fig. 2 3

4 Hence, a new dialog box will be displayed to activate your user account (Fig. 3). Fig. 3 Please proceed by entering your AIARC ID ( employee number ) as well as all other required login credentials. Your TID, a 7-digit Transaction ID, and PIN will be sent to you per automatically as soon as you have joined the Plan. Under you have to enter that address where you have received your login credentials. This address will also be used in case you need to reset your login credentials if you have forgotten your password (please refer to 3. If you have forgotten your password ). After you have made your entries, click OK to submit. Subsequently, a new dialog box will be displayed where you need to enter a new individual password, twice (Fig. 4). The rules for a valid password are: 8 characters at least It must not contain predictable sequences of keys, numbers and characters such as QWErty45, Test6789 or 1Abcdefg Must be different by at least 3 characters from your last password Must be a combination of letters (A-Z), lower case letters (a-z) and numbers (0-9) The same character must not be used more than twice (i.e. cannon) Blank spaces are not allowed Fig. 4 Fig. 5 Submit with a click on OK (Fig. 4) and a new screen is displayed to confirm that your password has been changed (Fig. 5). With this confirmation your activation process is now completed and you can finally login with your newly set password (please refer to 2. Login for Existing Members ). Remember your personal data gives access to your retirement account, so you must not share your login and password information with others. 4

5 2. Login for Existing Members After you have set your individual password as described in 1. Activating your user account / First Login you are now able to access the Online Tool. Therefore you need to enter your login and password under Existing Members (Fig. 6), click Submit to finalize. Login = your AIARC ID Password = the password you have set in step 1. 6 3. If you have forgotten your password If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on Forgotten your login data? (Fig. 7). Fig. 7 Fig. 8 Fig. 9 Fig. 8 shows you the dialog box where you subsequently need to enter your AIARC ID ( employee number ) and address ( ). This address must be the same as defined during your first login procedure. If you can t remember it, please contact your AIARC Coordinator. To finalize please click OK. In the next step your TID will automatically be created. It appears in a new window (Fig. 9). Your new PIN will be sent to you by . Please keep a note of your TID. You can also print it by clicking on the printer icon. Click Complete Password Reset (Fig. 9) to finalize the resetting process. Now you can proceed as described in 1. Activating your user account / First Login to re-activate your account. 6
