Your request was received by the (FWS) Headquarters FOIA Office on November 24, 2014, and assigned control number FWS Please cite this number in any future communications with the FWS regarding your request. The scope of your request is clear, but you did not indicate your fee category. See 43 C.F.R Before we begin our search for responsive records, we must be able to determine your proper fee category. Based upon the 339 Group s website, the FWS would classify you as a commercial use requester. As such, we would charge you for all search, review, and duplication costs for processing this request.
