Introduction Welcome to the Performance Horizon (PH) Enterprise Platform. Based on years of industry experience and feedback from hundreds of advertisers and partners, PH has built a unique, user friendly and intuitive performance dashboard. All of the tools and functionality developed will provide you with a greater understanding of your data, and help you to manage, analyse and optimise your PH activity. API The management console is built on top of PH s own proprietary API, which is a unique feature within the performance marketing industry. When you are given access to the console, you are also inherently given access to our API. Q) What are the benefits and advantages to this setup? A) The API allows any screen, interface, data or function you see within the management console to be replicated into your own applications or internal management systems. This provides you with maximum flexibility and control of how you use and interact with our platform. To find out more about the API, please contact us ( support@phgsupport.com ) or review our API documentation at: Getting Started Before you can log in to the management console, you must sign up to Performance Horizon and create a partner account via the URL below. The [advertisernetwork] field refers to the name of the advertiser s network. If you sign up via an advertiser network sign-up tunnel, their campaigns will already be available for applications on your account, once it is created: Registration URL Log in URL [advertisernetwork ] Once your account has been created, you must apply to join a campaign. Upon approval by the advertiser, you will have access to all available creative assets and tracking links.

How to apply to a campaign To apply to a campaign: Navigate to the Admin Campaign tab within the platform. Select the campaign(s) from the Other Campaigns subheading within the Campaigns Table and click Join in the bottom left hand corner. Your status on the campaign will change to Pending. This means that your application is with the advertiser, who should review it at their soonest convenience. Once you have been approved by the advertiser, your status on the campaign will change to Approved - Pending Terms and Conditions Acceptance. This means that before you can gain full access to tracking links and creatives for the campaign, you must accept the campaign terms and conditions. To do this, find the campaign in the Campaigns Table, click on it, and once again, click on Join. Any campaign-specific Terms and Conditions will be displayed for you to review. After reviewing, click Accept to submit your application to the programme(s) You will now be fully approved onto the campaign. TIP PH offers advertisers a private network which requires a separate approval process. For this reason, we do not offer a full list of advertisers/campaigns to partners. Should you sign into the console and find that there are no campaigns listed, please support@phgsupport.com and we will put you in touch with the requested advertiser. Partners who already have an account with PH need not sign up again. You can use one account to promote multiple campaigns. Please us on support@phgsupport.com and we can add the program to your existing PH account.

Console Navigation Once approved onto campaign(s), you can begin driving traffic and earning commission. We will now look at the 6 key sections within the management console to highlight key features and functionality: Overview Reporting Linking Creative Payments Settings

Overview For a quick and easy analysis of your activity, the Overview dashboard is the perfect place to start. Key features: View a top level summary of your PH performance across different metrics Access aggregate sales data (total clicks, sale conversions, order value & commission) for all PH campaigns Examine an interactive performance graph to easily analyse sale patterns and trends 1. Status: Use the drop down menu to choose which sales should be displayed based on status (approved, pending or rejected). 2. Data Period : This provides an overview of your total click/conversion data for any time period of your choosing by entering a custom date. This will automatically graph the previous time period (in a grey ghost graph ) against your current activity, providing you with an instant and retrospective analysis. There are multiple selections available, both predefined and customisable. 3. Data Metrics : This will show the aggregated number of clicks, conversions, commission and order value across all of your PH campaigns based on the selected time period. 4. Performance Graph : Each data metric is represented using a line graph, providing insight into traffic and conversion trends.

To view the performance graph for a different metric, simply click on the data metric values (such as Conversions) and the graph will populate to reflect this data. 5. Top Campaigns : The bottom left panel displays your top performing PH campaigns with aggregate totals, which can be ordered by different rankings such as sales, conversions or commission. From the dropdown, you can also choose to view your data based upon a different metric, as below. 6. Additional Performance Panel: The bottom right panel allows you to view performance based on other metrics such as Top Products (items bought). TIP Anytime a cogwheel is visible within the console, this means more options are available. Simply click on the wheel in order to expand and set your requirements. It is possible to display the Top campaigns and Top Products on the main performance graph by simply clicking on the campaign or product name. All sale data is pushed to your browser, so you do not need to refresh the page. Ensure you have selected the correct sale status/currency to avoid any confusion over reporting numbers. The Top Products display is only available if the advertiser reports this data to PH.

Reporting: Performance This section allows you to analyse your data on a granular level, providing an in-depth analysis of your PH campaigns. Key features: Highly efficient pivot system allows for the easy processing of large amounts of data, displayed in an aggregated view. This reduces additional manipulation in external applications such as Excel. Ability to view and analyse a large amount of data on a granular level for any date period and sale status. API functionality to export sales data into your internal system in a variety of formats (JSON, XML, CSV). 1. Performance Graph : This provides a visual representation of the data specified by the chosen time period and reporting metrics (conversions, clicks, commission, statuses, etc.). 2. Time Period : Used to specify the exact date range for your reports, down to the hour if required. 3. Group by: The pivoting system is a powerful tool for extracting key information from a large set of data in a quick and easy manner. You can group your report data using the following metrics: Impressions Clicks

Conversion (sales) Commission Order Value Based on this you can then apply a pivot to aggregate all data generated across a chosen metric. Pivot options: No Pivot : This will display all data as individual rows ordered by the date of the click/sale, providing a full breakdown of your activity. Campaigns : This will aggregate data by campaign. Products : This will aggregate all products purchased. Pubref: This will aggregate data by pubref (for more information on the pubref - see page 14 PH Link Structure ) Country: This will aggregate data based upon country. Conversion Type: This will aggregate data by conversion type. 4. Status: This allows you to filter and group reports based on the following sale conversion statuses: Approved : Sales approved by the advertiser on which commission will be paid. Pending : Sales yet to be reviewed by advertiser. Rejected : Sales exempt from payable commission. Mixed : Sale with multiple basket items. These items could be any mixture of the above statuses. 5. Reporting Table : This allows you to view conversion data at basket level. In order to view the exact items within a particular basket, simply click on the conversion within the table. This will then populate the Conversion Items table with the items purchased during the selected basket sale. 6. Filters : The platform allows advertisers to filter data, based on the following: TIP Campaign : Filter reports by singular or multiple campaigns, showing only their performance and results Conversion Reference : Quickly search for any given conversion reference without having to download your report. Conversion Type : Filter your reports by specific conversion type; CPA, CPC, Bonus and Disputes, showing you exactly what you have been awarded and when. Sale status mixed is applicable for campaigns which allow multiple items in a basket, and refers to an item containing several items of different statuses.

Even though a sale is approved it may not be billable until PH has received funds from the advertiser. Not all sales will be tracked in real-time. This depends on the advertiser s tracking implementation. The currency selector allows you to choose which currency your data is displayed in. There are two currency dropdowns displayed here, each serving a different purpose: 1. Original Currency : Allows you to show all commission values that have tracked in any listed single currency. 2. Output Currency : Allows you to choose all currencies trached and consolidate these into GBP, EUR or USD for ease of management and reporting. This is based on up-to-date currency rates from a third party. Please be aware that this is a display function - no monetary values are actually converted.

Downloading Reports Your sales data can be exported into external applications for further analysis or uploaded into your internal system. The PH console provides a reporting API which can be executed remotely as your API authentication is dynamically inserted into the download links. To access these links, use the Filters and Options Download Reports button: Reports are available in a number of different formats: 1. JSON API Link: This will export the data in JSON (JavaScript Object Notation), which can be parsed using any programming language 2. XML API Link: This will export data in XML (Extensible Markup Language) 3. Download Standard CSV: This method exports data as a CSV file, displaying each sale at the top level 4. Download Items CSV: This method exports data as a CSV file displaying each item within a basket as a separate row, and includes all item level metadata.

TIP If you have applied a pivot, the pivoted result can also be exported via the Download Reports Section For further reading on API methods, please visit Report Saving The Report Saving function was introduced to allow you to save time and streamline the process of creating frequently pulled reports, such as a breakdown of clicks or conversions for the previous week or month, or weekly reports pivoted by item/category/sku/adref etc. The Report Saving functionality can be accessed by clicking the beta available button in the top-right of the Reporting Performance tab, and contains the same filters as the as detailed above, allowing you to detail what should be included in a report: You can also add pivots to aggregate data, by clicking on the Pivot dropdown in the Filters menu. Once you have added all necessary filters and pivots, clicking the green Save button will allow you to name and save the report. The saved report can then be accessed at any time, by navigating to the Saved Reports menu:

Clicking on the saved report will populate the graph, the Reporting Table and the Conversion Items table with the data specific to that report. From here, you can download the report using the Download Reports button, as in the Performance Reporting tab. Clicking on the red minus sign will delete the saved report. Partner Tracking Links In order to generate sales and earn commission, you must direct traffic via a PH tracking link: Standard Linking Flow

PH Link Structure All PH tracking links utilise an SEO-friendly format, where each parameter is delimited by a forward slash (/) consisting of key value pairs separated by a colon (:) XXXX Within your partner links there are a number of parameters: camref (required) : This is your unique ID for a particular campaign. This is used to track clicks and award sales to your account. pubref (optional): This parameter allows you to enter your own unique reference or link ID to identify a click. This reference can be tracked from initial click through to sale and is of type VARCHAR (100). adref (optional): This parameter allows you to enter a reference for the benefit of the advertiser. This may be, for example, your company name. This parameter may also be used by an advertiser to track placements on your site - in this case, the advertiser will provide you with the correct information to populate here. destination (optional): The full http deeplink destination of the subpage to which you would like to create a tracking link. If the deeplink is not populated, the link will redirect to the campaign default destination set by the advertiser. Where to find your PH tracking links Once you have been approved onto the PH campaigns, navigate to the Admin Tracking section. Your unique tracking link for that particular campaign will be visible under the Tracking Link column. Simply copy and paste this link into your affiliate website code to start driving traffic and tracking sales. Tracking Interface

Tracking Links camref Tracking link Tracking link with pubref camref pubref Tracking Link Deeplink camref deeplink Tracking DeepLink XXXX XXXX XXXX SID1 SID1 XXXX ww.advertiser.com/product1 TIP Replace XXXX with your camref as found in Admin Tracking. Campaigns may restrict the ability to deeplink. The pubref parameter must be inserted before destination if applicable. Destination must always be the last parameter in the link.

Transaction Queries (TQs) The transaction query (TQ) tool has been developed to allow partners to submit queries against conversions which are either untracked, have been declined, or have been awarded incorrect commission. It also allows partners and advertisers to keep track of all TQs that have been raised, allowing for easy management of these requests for the advertiser. Getting Started: Before a TQ can be uploaded on a campaign, your account will need to have the TQ function enabled for that campaign. Please contact the Performance Horizon support team at support@phgsupport.com to enable the TQ function. When requesting activation, please specify: 1. The name of the advertiser 2. The name of the campaign 3. Your PH account username Partners have the ability to: Upload an unlimited amount of TQs against untracked/declined conversions, as well as conversions with incorrect commissions. Export TQs and view TQ reports. Search within the TQ interface. Create TQs either individually or in bulk within the PH platform. Creating a TQ Claim Manually Navigate to the Admin TQ tab within the PH platform. Click Create. Enter the relevant information by clicking on each field. To enter another TQ manually, click on Add new row.

Once complete, click Submit and your TQs will save and become visible to the advertiser for processing. Required Fields: The information outlined below is mandatory when uploading TQs: Type : Incorrect commission: To be used if the commission amount awarded to the conversion is incorrect. Please be aware that the conversion must be approved before an incorrect commissions query can be raised, and that the full amount of expected commission must be entered, in order to avoid a lower commission being awarded. Declined: To be used if the conversion has been declined by the advertiser when it ought to have been approved. Please be aware that is is possible to check the reason for rejection in the Reporting tab, by finding the conversion in the Reporting Table, highlighting it, and then scrolling down to the Conversion Items table and ensuring that Reject Reason is ticked in the columns drop-down menu. Untracked: To be used if the conversion does not appear in your interface, and it is believed that it has not been tracked in the Performance Horizon platform. Conversion Reference - This is usually the advertiser s order number. Please follow the standard format used by the advertiser with no additional text. Conversion Value (mandatory for untracked TQs) - This is the amount paid by the end customer. Commission (mandatory for Incorrect Commission and Untracked TQs) - This is the commission that could be awarded for the conversion, and refers to the whole amount - not just the amount which is missing. CAMREF - This is your unique identifier for each advertiser campaign. This information can be found in your tracking links for the relevant campaign. Conversion Date - This is when the conversion took place. This date must follow the ISO date format of YYYY/MM/DD Optional Fields: Notes - This field can be used for any additional information to support the TQ. PUBREF - This can be used to input an internal claim ID, or any reference which will help identify the TQ.

Currency - This is for the currency which the conversion should have tracked in. Please be advised that if an invalid currency code is used, the claim will not be uploaded. If this is left blank, the system will apply the campaign default currency. Uploading a TQ File It is possible to upload TQ claims to the platform in bulk in either a CSV or Excel format. To do so: Navigate to the Admin TQs tab within the platform. Click Upload file to open the file upload form. Choose the file that you wish to upload to the system. This must be in either.csv,.xlsx or.xls format. The system will automatically populate the fields with the information from the file within the Creat TQ table. The system will also run a top level sense check to ensure all mandatory fields have been filled in. If required, there is still the option of amending any data to the claim(s) by double clicking on the desired field. Once satisfied with the TQs, click on the Submit button. The system will then submit the TQs into the interface. If any of the TQs have failed the screen check, they will remain on screen to be amended. Once corrected and resubmitted, the job will be completed in the background until a full system check has taken place, and any errors found will be ed to you. The upload file must match the following format: The TQ Tool The TQ tool will include all TQs that have been raised in the platform by yourself. The tool also encompasses the following functionalities, which will help in filtering for specific information in the TQ table: Column Display - Allows you to choose which columns to display in the TQ table, as shown below:

Search Function - If there is a small magnifying glass icon in the header of a column, this symbolises the ability to search the column. Simply click on the header and input the value you would like to search. Filter out statuses - If there is a small filter icon, this symbolises the ability to filter out data. Date function - In the table, there is the functionality to filter on dispute (left) and conversion (right) date: Saving TQs - It is possible to download and save TQs from the interface for your own reference. To do so, click on Save data as CSV, which will prompt an automatic download of all claims from the interface.

TQ Rules and Guidance Use the Status column on the far right to investigate the outcome of a claim. A highlighted green tick means the advertiser has approved the claim, an orange pending symbol means the claim is still awaiting advertiser validation and a red cross indicates the TQ has been rejected. As mentioned previously, filtering these by using the funnel in the Status' column header. There is the option of deleting a pending TQ once it has been uploaded. To do so, simply click on the trash button next to the status this will remove the claim from the interface. If the status of the claim has been changed, the option to delete the TQ will no longer be available. Only approved TQs will appear in Reporting, pending and rejected are only visible within the TQ interface. Should a declined or untracked TQ become approved but with an incorrect commission amount, there is the possibility to subsequently raise an incorrect commission claim. All other claim types and outcomes cannot be re-submitted once reviewed. TQ Error Messages The following error messages may appear in the even that a TQ has not been uploaded correctly: Transaction Queries not enabled (xxxxx - xxxxx) : This error message is attached to TQs which have been uploaded to a campaign which the TQ tool is not activated for. Solution : Please contact the Performance Horizon support team at support@phgsupport.com with your account name, publisher ID and the name of the campaign that you attempted to upload the TQ against. An Untracked TQ cannot be raised against a tracked conversion : If a conversion with the attached conversion reference has been tracked in the system, you will not be able upload it as an Untracked TQ. Solution : By reviewing the Reporting section of the platform, it is possible to search for the conversion in question and to find its current status. If the conversion does not appear in the reports, this could be due to another partner tracking the conversion as they were the last click. Invalid conversion reference supplied. Please input a valid conversion reference (for this TQ type) in the Conversion Reference field : This error message will appear when uploading Incorrect Commission and Declined TQs, and means that an incorrect conversion reference has been inputted. Solution : By reviewing the Reporting section of the platform, it is possible to search for the conversion in question and find the correct conversion reference. Please amend the TQ/upload file and re-submit. A TQ cannot be raised against a conversion that isn t assigned to you : This means that the conversion has been tracked by another partner, and that subsequently a TQ cannot be raised against it from your account. This is because our system and

advertisers work on a last-click attribution system - you will therefore not be able to raise a claim against this conversion. Attempt to pend Untracked TQ against a conversion that is tracked : This means that the TQ that was uploaded under the TQ status Untracked cannot be submitted to the system, as the original conversion has been tracked. Attempt to pend Declined TQ against a conversion that is not rejected : This means that the TQ has not been uploaded to the system, as the corresponding conversion is not rejected. Declined TQs can only be raised against rejected conversions. Attempt to pend Incorrect Commission TQ against a conversion that is not approved : This error message attached to the TQ means that the corresponding conversion is not approved, therefore its status should be either pending or declined in the Reporting tab. Incorrect Commission TQs can only be raised against approved conversions. A conversion cannot be set on a Declined TQ that isn t rejected : This means that the TQ has not been uploaded to the system, as the corresponding conversion is not rejected. Attempt to attach Conversion to an Incorrect Commission TQ with status that is not approved : This error message attached to the TQ means that the corresponding conversion is not approved, therefore is under the status of either Pending or Rejected in Reporting. Incorrect Commission TQs can only be raised against approved conversions. TQ Type not found:. $class (where the formula;. $class will be dynamically populated with the status which has been submitted in the TQ/upload file) : This error message explains that the TQ status submitted does not match one of the three possible TQ statuses; untracked, incorrect_commission or declined. Missing parameters:. implode(,, $missing_params : This suggests that a TQ/file uploaded was missing vital information in some of the fields, so the TQ was not submitted to the system. Solution : Review the Required Fields detailed above, and ensure that all are filled in before submitting the TQ.

Notifications The notification feature allows you to be updated of actions completed by an advertiser, or of actions required by yourself. This can be done in one of several ways: An in-app notification feed. By extending notifications to your address, or to a slack channel. By utilising a server connection to receive notifications via webhook or postback. Where possible, the notifications feature also makes it possible to carry out actions or be directed to the relevant location in the PH platform directly from the notification. The notifications feed is accessible from the top navigation bar, and is identified by a bell icon. All notifications are pushed to this feed, and when there is a new notification, a red dot will appear above the bell icon. To view your notifications, click on the bell icon; the feed window is then presented directly under the bell icon: The Notifications Feed Within the feed dropdown you can scroll through the notifications to read them. As soon as a notification has been displayed within the window, the notification will be marked as read, and its red dot will be removed. When all notifications in the feed have been read the red dot above the bell icon will also be removed. All notifications can be marked as read by clicking on the action text at the top of the feed window.

Action Links The notifications feed contains action links (see the blue links in the above screenshot) which allow you to do the following actions directly: Mark all as read : Marks all notifications as read without the need for you to scroll through the entire feed. View : Will take you to the relevant area of the PH platform to complete the associated action. Dismiss : Removes the notification from the feed. You are also able to filter which notifications are displayed in the feed by using the dropdown menu under the Show labe (see screenshot below. From here, you can choose to show read messages, unread messages or all messages: To close the Notification feed window, just click the bell icon again, or navigate to another page in the platform.

Setting up External Notifications The setup of external notifications can accessed from the Settings Notifications alpha tab: From within this tab, you can choose to receive some or all notifications via or a slack channel. Simply select which notifications you want to receive by using the tick boxes in the labelled columns of and slack. The default setting is to have notifications sent once a day at 12pm (local time). The that you inserted when you signed up to Performance Horizon is the default used within the notification preferences, however, this can be changed this to any valid address. You can alter these settings in the below menu:

If you do not want to receive notifications via , simply untick the box above the address. To get notifications sent to a slack channel, you will need to complete an integration with slack, which can be quickly done by clicking the connect to slack button. Once the connection is in place, the directory of available slack channels is selectable from a drop down menu labelled slack channel. All notifications sent to a slack channel are sent immediately:

Webhooks & Postbacks Notifications can be pushed to a URL via a webhook, as a server to server communication. This would typically be done as a way of using the notification to inform another system; for example, you can set up webhooks to receive a notification when the status of a conversion changes, which in turn informs you of expected revenue. To set up a webhook: Navigate to the dedicated Settings Webhooks & Postbacks beta tab: Enter a valid URL into the POST URL field. Click the Save button to complete the webhook setup. Test the connection using the provided test, which you can find below the listed notification options:

The second option for external notifications is to set up a postback notification. Postback notifications are used to notify you of new conversions. You can choose to receive all information about the conversion by selecting POST from the Request Method dropdown menu:

Alternatively, you can select the GET option, which allows you to select the specific information items to be contained in the postback. You can do this by checking the Append URL tick-boxes. These options all refer to information that can otherwise be found in the Reporting Performance tab by downloading an Item Report. The GET option also allows you to amend the default field names to descriptions that are relevant to the system consuming the postback. This can be done under the Optional custom parameter fields, and can be set to anything you like.

Creative The management console supports various creative formats, from jpeg/gif/banners through to flash and HTML files, all of which are maintained by the advertiser. Creatives can be found by simply navigating to Creative Overview : Creative Overview These creative pieces can be easily integrated into your website(s) by using the presented source code. All clicks and sales made through the hosted creative will track and results will display in your management area. Image Creative To access image creative, navigate to the Creative tab and select the corresponding image creative by clicking on the number available. This will load all creative banners available for the campaign within the Creative table. After having clicked on the desired image, you will be presented with two links:

1. Destination This is for your reference as it notifies you where the creative will direct your users. This link alone will not track, as it does not include your affiliate link. 2. Default Creative Code This is a static creative that includes your affiliate link. This link will track. 3. HTML Tracking Code An HTML version of the creative, to be embedded in the code for your website. HTML and Creative HTML and creative can be used in three ways; raw HTML, Javascript Code, or Dynamic Include. Specific advertisers may request that you use specific a version if they are to work with you. To access this creative, navigate to the Creative tab and select the corresponding html by clicking on the number available. This will load all html creatives available for the campaign within the Creative table: Creative Interface Code This is raw HTML code as it was added to the system, and does NOT include your affiliate links. You must manually edit any links within the code and add appropriate tracking links. Remember, you can generate deeplinks for approved campaigns in the Admin tracking section of the platform.

JS Code (Recommended) This is a JavaScript Snippet. Copy and paste the code into the template you wish to send. PH will automatically add your tracking links, so no manual editing is required. When a user loads the JavaScript, it will call the PH server and load the HTML or automatically. This function also allows an Advertiser to update the and so should always be up to date. Dynamic Include This is very similar to the JS Code snippet but can be used with other programming languages such as PHP. When the URL is called, it will automatically display the most up to date HTML or creative available. Again this should be included within the code of your or webpage where you want the original creative to appear. Feed Creative In order to access feeds, navigate to the Creative tab and select the corresponding feeds by clicking on the number available. This will load all feed creatives available for the campaign within the Creative table. As feeds are created per account, the feeds must first be requested for the system to then create a unique feed, which will also include your tracking links within the feed. To do so, simply attempt to download the feed you wish to use. You will receive a message, stating that the feed is not currently available, and to check back in 4 hours. After being approved to the campaign in question, you will have 30 days to pull the feeds from the platform. After this, it will revert back to the last feed that was requested. For any questions, please the Performance team at support@phgsupport.com Manually Download Feeds We support multiple feed formats (XML, PSV, CSV and TSV), however the format is determined by the advertiser. You can manually download a feed by clicking on the Download button. Automatic Download We supply you with the URL of the feed location to allow for automatic downloads each time an update is made. TIP As mentioned above, the upload and maintenance of creative files are managed by the advertiser. Any requests for new and/or custom creatives should be made directly to the advertiser. The PH support team will be able to help facilitate these requests.

Payment The console provides a flexible self-bill payment system. This gives you complete control over your funds in terms of when and how often you are paid. Key features: Payments can be made in your preferred currency. You decide how often you receive funds by raising a self-bill anytime. Before any payment can be released, there are 4 key stages, as outlined below: Payment Steps 1. Partners must enter a payment method and bank details into the system. 2. The Advertiser validates all approved trade and pays Performance Horizon Group (PH). 3. PH makes these funds available on the platform, which the partner can then release by raising a self-bill (either manually or automatically, depending on system preferences). 4. PH Finance Department action the self-bill and release the payment to the partner.

TIP Payment can ONLY be made once PH have received the funds from the advertiser. Setting up payment details To add your bank details into the management console, please follow the steps oulined below: 1. Navigate to Settings Payment. 2. Click Add Payment (You can opt to have all currencies paid into the same bank account by selecting all, or you can select to have different currencies paid into different accounts by creating separate payment methods). 3. Enter your bank account details.

4. Review and click Apply to save your bank details. Please note that by selecting all, you are not combining commissions into one payment in one currency - you are specifying that individual currency types should be paid into the same bank account. Automating payment If you do not want to manually raise a self-bill, enabling the Auto Self-bill/Payment will automate the fund transfer based on of the following criteria: Monthly Payment Date : Select a preferred day of the month on which a self-bill will be automatically raised, providing the minimum threshold of 30 USD (or equivalent) has been met. Threshold : Choose a custom amount, which must be met before a self-bill will automatically be generated (e.g. 100 USD). TIP If you do not generate a self-bill regularly, your funds will continue to accumulate but you must reach the minimum threshold before you can raise a self-bill The minimum threshold levels are: 20 GBP 25 EUR 30 USD 40 CAD 40 AUD 200 RMB 3425 JPY How to release manual payment / raise self-bill If you have opted out of the Auto Self-bill/Payment option you can raise a self-bill manually. This is only possible once PH has received funds for your approved sales. This will then be made available for you to release in the Payment section. To raise a self-bill: 1. Navigate to Payments Self-bill 2. Select the payment amount available and click Release payment button. This creates a self-bill within the Bills table; this includes a PDF receipt and a CSV breakdown of the items included.

3. The PH finance department will be notified to transfer the payment according to your payment details. 4. The payment run occurs every 24 hours. 5. Once payment has been actioned, your self-bill will be marked as paid. TIP It is possible to view the contents of a self-bill either as a PDF or a CSV file. You can only raise a manual self-bill once it has met the minimum threshold (30 USD or the equivalent thereof). Only once PH have received the funds for the approved sales will the self-bill be available.

FAQs Why can t I see any campaigns? Should you sign into the console and find no campaigns to which you can apply, this could be due to the following reasons: The campaign which you wish to promote has a custom signup page. You have signed up from the generic PH URL, resulting in signing up to the PH network, where there are no campaigns. In this case, as all networks are private, you must be granted the permissions that allow you to apply. Please contact the team at support@phgsupport.com with any questions. How will I be made aware of invites, campaign changes and other activity on my account? You can set up notifications to alert you of any account activity under the Settings Notifications tab in the platform. Here, you can choose to have notifications sent to you via or slack, at a set time every day. The notifications tool allows you to generate alerts for the following events: A change of status on a campaign (e.g. you have been accepted or rejected). A payment has been made. An update has been made to a transaction query that you have raised. An update has been made to one of your conversions (e.g. the status of the conversion has changed from pending to approved. You can view a full history of all notifications under the Admin History tab. How do I agree to the terms and conditions of a campaign from an invite? If you have been invited and approved to a campaign without applying, you still need to accept the Terms and Conditions: Navigate to the Admin Campaign tab and select the campaign you have been invited to promote. Click the Join button. Review the Terms and Conditions. Accepting the terms and conditions will result in full approval onto the campaign.

What does campaign status stand for in the Admin Campaign section? When you apply to join a campaign on PH, the status of your application will help you to understand the progress and eventual outcome of your application. You can view your campaign applications sorted by status in Admin Campaign section of the platform, in the Campaigns Table. There are five possible statuses, which are explained below: Approved : Application has been accepted by the campaign manager. Tracking links and creative can be found in Admin Tracking Pending : Application is yet to be reviewed by the campaign manager. Tracking links and creative cannot be accessed. Pending T&Cs : Application requires you to accept the T&Cs of the programme. Tracking links and creative cannot be accessed until agreed. Rejected : Application has been declined by the campaign manager. Tracking links and creative cannot be accessed. Other : Other campaigns available on the PH platform to which you may apply. Tracking links and creative cannot be accessed. How do I see campaign (program) details? Should you wish to review specific information about campaigns, this can be found by navigating to the Admin Campaign tab. Each campaign is separated by a row, and its details can be found by clicking on the blue Campaign Details button. If this button is greyed out, no additional information is available. I can t find my tracking link! When searching for a campaign, you will not have access to any tracking materials until your application has been approved. Once your application has been approved, tracking links can be found under the Admin Tracking tab, broken down by campaign. When an application to a campaign has any status other than Approved, no access will be granted to tracking links. If a campaign cannot be found within the campaign section under Admin Tracking, please contact the campaign manager to gain access.

Finding a Tracking Link What is the commission rate for a campaign? Commission rates are displayed under the Admin Campaigns tab. Each campaign is split out by rows; the programme Fixed (bounty commission) or % Commission is shown within the columns. By selecting an approved campaign, the top table displays the campaign default commission Campaign Commission Details The Commissions Table at the bottom of the page, this will display your individual commission, should it differ from the campaign default. The name/address details on my invoice are wrong. To amend your billing details, simply navigate to the Settings User tab and make the necessary changes. I haven t been paid as much as I was expecting. All approved sales are billed to the advertiser as and when they raise an invoice. Once Performance Horizon has received the funds, they are made available to partners in the console. Depending on system preferences, this then allows an automatic or manual self-bill to be

generated by the partner. A CSV version of the self-bill can be downloaded, which includes all of the commission and sales that are included in the payment. There may be instances when sales, although displayed as approved, may not have been paid by the advertiser Instances like this can also occur if you chose to be paid in a different currency to the one in which the commission was earned. For example, if commission was earned in USD, but you requested to be paid in AUD, this payment would be subject to an exchange rate. PH use an external payment provider who uses regulated exchange rates when making payment. I raised a self-bill but haven t received my payment yet. You can view the data on which a self-bill was created and paid in the Payments tab. Created date: The date on which the self-bill was raised, either automatically or manually Payment date : The date on which the PH Finance Department released the funds to you using your requested payment details. The time it takes from the PH Finance Team releasing a payment and the funds reaching your bank account is usually around 7 working days, however, PH cannot guarantee this time scale, as all payments are subject to the international transfer times set by your bank. On which date is payment made? Performance Horizon s payment run is quite flexible, and is typically is run every day. However dependant on the timing of your self-bill, it could be between 1-3 days before payment is released. Which date period does my invoice cover? Your self-bill invoice will show which month's commissions are being paid. A PDF of your invoice can be downloaded from the Payments section of the platform. How do I delete my affiliate account? Please send us an at support@phgsupport.com, (including your username) and we can deactivate your account. Unfortunately your account cannot be completely deleted as your username and conversion data must remain in the database for audit purposes.
