3 One Call Now offers, at this time, two (2) free mobile applications: iphone and Android. They are simple and easy-to-use. You can send voice, text, or messages from anywhere at any time. This guide will walk you through downloading and using your application. For more information on any feature, visit our Help & Support Center at help.onecallnow.com.

4 The One Call Now iphone App is the perfect way to send messages to your Group from your phone. The app allows you to send voice, Text-to-Speech, SMS text or messages, manage your Roster, add members to Subgroups, and see detailed reports of each message. The features of the app depend on the plan you have. If your plan does not have SMS text messaging, for instance, the app will not have the ability to text your members. To check your plan, log in to the One Call Now website. This app works on iphone 3G, 3GS, 4 and the ipod Touch (as long as you have a Wi-Fi connection and a microphone). 1. Tap the App Store icon. 2. Search for One Call Now 3. Tap Free, then Install to install the app on your phone 1. Open itunes on your computer. 2. Click itunes Store on the left hand side of itunes. 3. On the top right corner, search for One Call Now Mobile. 4. Click the Free button beside the One Call Now app icon to install. 5. Connect your device and sync with itunes. 6. Log in or Create Account When you start the app for the first time, you have the option of getting a free trial account or logging into an existing account. Click the appropriate button to continue. 1. Enter your Group ID and PIN and then tap the Login button. Check the Remember Me box to save your login information. NOTE: Your PIN is not the same as your password. The PIN is a 4-digit number used to access your account by telephone. This PIN is assigned when you signed up for an account. To look up your PIN, log in to your One Call Now account, select My Profile and view it under the Group Leader Information.

5 1. Select the plan you would like to use. 2. Fill out the form to register for your account. 3. All fields are required. 4. Tap the Submit button to activate your account. If you need help with this, you can tap the "I Need Help With This" button to either visit the website or call client services to help you set up an account. After your account is active, the app will display a confirmation page with your Group ID and PIN. From there, you can tap the Login button to log in to your account. Depending on your plan, you can send voice, text-to-speech, SMS text, and messages to your members. If your plan does not have SMS text messaging, for instance, the app will not have the ability to text your members. To check your plan log in to your web account or call Client Services at , option 3, then option 3 again. From the messages screen, you can add, edit, or delete messages. The messages screen is also the place to save, send, or schedule to send messages to your members. Add To add a new message, tap the plus icon. Depending on your plan, you can choose to create a voice, text-tospeech, SMS text, or an message. Voice To add a new voice message, tap the Voice Message button. On the next screen, name your message and use the recording and playback controls to record and listen to your message. For example, click the red button to start recording and the green button with a square to end recording. Alternatively, you can put the phone to your ear to start recording and remove it to end recording. Listen to your message by clicking the green button with a triangle. You may re-record as many times as you need to get the message right.

6 Text-to-Speech To add a new text-to-speech message, tap the Text-to- Speech button. On the next screen, name your message and type the message into the box provided. The slider above the text box lets you know how much time of your allotted message length this message will use. SMS Text Message To add a new SMS text message, tap the SMS Text Message button. On the next screen, name your message, provide an optional introduction, and type the message into the box provided. To use the default Group introduction, if there is one, leave this field blank. The slider above the text box lets you know how many of your allotted characters this message will use. The introduction does count against the character count.

7 Message To add a new message, tap the Message button. On the next screen, name your message, enter a subject into the subject line, and type the message into the box provided. The slider above the text box lets you know how many of your allotted characters this message will use. After you are satisfied with your message, tap the Save or Send Now buttons to either save or send your message. Saving your message will take you back to the message screen and you will see the message name in your listing of messages. From there you can tap the name of the message to advance to the Send a Message screen.

8 Tapping the Edit button allows you to delete a message in your list. A minus icon will appear to the left of the message name. Tap this icon to display the Delete button to delete the message from your list. When you are finished, click the Done button. Tapping the Send Now button will take you to the Send Message screen where you see message details such as message name, type, and length. You also have the option of listening to your message on this screen. At the bottom of this screen are two buttons, Send to Subgroup(s) and Send to All Members. Tap the Send to Subgroup(s) button to select send your message to your Subgroups. Alternatively, tap the Send to All Members button to send your message to all your members. The next screen you see is the Delivery Options screen. This screen displays the standard delivery hours from your online account. There are also three buttons on this screen; Send Now, Send Tomorrow, and Schedule for Later. Choose from these options to send your message. As you can imagine, Send Now will send your message now and Send Tomorrow will send your message on the following day at your Group s starting time. The Schedule for Later button will open the Select Date screen. Choose the date to send your message; the message will start on the default time defined in your online account.

9 The Reports screen allows you to choose a date range to see any messages sent during a specified period. The five buttons on this screen are Scheduled Messages, Sent Today, Sent Yesterday, Sent Last 7 Days, and Sent Last 30 Days. Each report works the same way. By tapping one of these buttons, the next screen will display all the messages that fall into the period requested. For example, if you tap the Sent Today button, any messages that you sent today display in a list. Tap the message date to display the message summary. This includes type, status, initiation details, delivery attempt information, recipients, and a delivery count. To see individual destination results, tap the Details button.

10 The One Call Now Droid App is the perfect way to send messages to your Group from your Android device. The app allows you to send voice, text-to-speech, SMS text or messages; manage your Roster; add members to Subgroups; and see detailed reports of each message. The functionality of the app depends on the Service Plan you have. For example, if your plan includes SMS text messaging, the app will provide an option for sending text messages to your members. To check your plan, log in to your web account. If you would like to add a feature to your plan, call Client Services at , option 3. Devices running the Android version 2.2 operating system or newer can run this app. All devices will need a Wi-Fi connection to complete the installation; tablet devices require a Wi-Fi connection to use the app as well. You can download the One Call Now Droid App from the Android Market App Store. To install from your Droid: 1. Tap the Android Market App Store icon. 2. Tap the Apps button 3. Tap the magnifying glass icon in the upper-right corner of the screen 4. Enter "One Call Now" in the search field 5. Tap the One Call Now app in the search results list 6. Tap Download 7. Read and accept the terms of service 8. Tap Accept & Download 9. Wait for the app to download and install itself When you start the app for the first time, you have the option to create a free trial account or log in to an existing account. Click the appropriate button to continue.

11 Log in to Existing Account Enter your Group ID and PIN and then tap the Login button. Check the "Remember Me" box to save your login information. NOTE: Your PIN is not the same as your password. The PIN is a 4- digit number used to access your account by telephone and was provided to you when you signed up for an account. To look up your PIN, log in to your One Call Now account. Select My Profile. The PIN is available under the Group Information section at the bottom at the page.

12 Create New Account 1. Select the plan you would like to use. 2. Fill out the form to register for your account. All fields are required. 3. Tap the Submit button to activate your account. If you need help, tap the "I Need Help With This" button to visit the One Call Now Help & Support Center. After your account is active, the app will display a confirmation page with your Group ID and PIN. From there, you can tap the Login button to log in to your account.

13 Add Members To add a Member, click the plus ( + ) icon. You can choose to import a contact from your phone's contacts, or you can enter a contact's information. To add contacts manually, enter the appropriate information for each contact and then tap the Save button. A Name and either a phone number or address are required for each Member. NOTE: If you have the One Call Now Mobile App Service Plan, you will see the Roster page after logging in. Rosters for these Mobile plans can only be managed from within the app itself. To import from your phone's contacts, tap the Import from contacts button and choose the contact you wish to import. Each number needs to be exactly 10 digits. You may need to edit phone numbers that include a +1 prefix or numbers that include an extension. Extension numbers can be entered in the extension field. Only the first two (2) phone numbers and the first address will be imported for each contact. If you have any other Service Plan, you will manage your Roster online via the One Call Now website. If you would like to manage your Roster from within the app, please contact our Client Services Department at , option 3. Edit Members You can also edit contact information by tapping the name of a Member in your Roster. Change any appropriate information then tap Save to return to the Roster page. Tapping the Edit button allows you to delete a Member from the Roster. A minus icon will appear to the left of the member's name. If you wish to delete a member, tap the minus icon to display the Delete button. When you are finished, click the Done button.

14 Subgroups The One Call Now Mobile Droid App also allows you to divide your Roster into Subgroups. You can add, edit, and delete Subgroups from the app. The number of available Subgroups depends on which plan you have. Check your account online to see how many Subgroups are included with your Service Plan. Add Subgroups From the Subgroup page, tap the plus icon. Enter the name of the Subgroup and tap the Save button. Add or Delete Members from Subgroups Tap the Subgroup to see a list of all members in your Roster. A checkmark beside the name shows a Member is in the Subgroup. Tap the member's name to add the checkmark. Tap it again to take away the checkmark. This removes the Member from the Subgroup. Additionally, you can tap the All button to add all the listed members to a Subgroup, or the None button to remove all the members from a Subgroup. When you are finished, click the Done button. Delete Tapping the Edit button allows you to delete a Subgroup. A minus icon will appear to the left of the Subgroup name. Tap this icon to display the Delete button to delete the Subgroup from the list. When you are finished, click the Done button. If your plan does not have SMS text messaging, for instance, the app will not have the ability to text your members. To check your plan, log in to your web account or call Client Services at , option 3, then option 4. From the messages screen, you can add, edit, or delete messages. For example, click the Record button to start recording and the Stop button to end recording. Listen to your message by clicking the Play button. You may re-record as many times as you need to get the message right. Text-to-Speech To add a new text-to-speech message, tap the Text-to-Speech button. 16 SMS Text Message To add a new SMS text message, tap the SMS Text Message button. On the next screen, name your message, provide an optional introduction and type the message into the box provided. The introduction does count against the character count. Message To add a new message, tap the Message button. On the next screen, name your message, enter a subject into the subject line and type the message into the box provided. 17 Saving, Sending, and Scheduling Messages After you are satisfied with your message, tap the Save or Send buttons to either save or send your message. Saving your message will take you back to the message screen and you will see the message name in your listing of messages. Deleting Messages Tapping the Edit button allows you to delete a message in your list. A minus icon will appear to the left of the message name. Tap this icon to display the Delete button to delete the message from your list. When you are finished, click the Done button. Tapping the Send button will take you to the Send Message screen where you see message details such as message name, type, and length. You also have the option of listening to your message on this screen if you are sending a Voice or Text-to- Speech message. At the bottom of this screen are two buttons, Send to Subgroup(s) and Send to All Members. To send to all members in your Roster, tap the Send to All Members button; or tap the Send to Subgroup(s) button to send your message to one or more Subgroups. The next screen is the Delivery Options screen. This screen displays the standard delivery hours from your online account. There are also three buttons on this screen; Send Now, Tomorrow at your Scheduled Start Time, and Schedule for Later. Choose from these options to send your message. As you can imagine, Send Now will send your message now and Send Tomorrow will send your message on the following day at your group's starting time. The Schedule for Later button will open the Select Date screen. Choose the date to send your message; the message will start on the default time defined in your online account.

To return to the login screen from the app, tap the Droid menu button then hit Sign Out. To force the application to stop running, tap the Droid Home button, then Menu, Settings, Applications, Manage applications, tap the OCN app, then tap Force stop. If you need to uninstall the application, next to the Force stop button is the Uninstall button.
