2 Printing Everything To Any Printer 2 Dragon Printer is an easy printing tool for your iphone which support Non-AirPrint enable printers and AirPrint-enabled printers. Using Dragon Printer you can manage, preview and print different documents, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Pages, Numbers, Keynote files as well as Text Messages and Photos. Dragon Printer also enables you to print out attachments from Mail and documents opened with Safari. With the help of the built-in Web browser you can preview and print web pages right from your iphone. Dragon Printer provides tools for printing photos from your Camera Roll and Text Messages from your iphone. The following guide describes the functionality of Dragon Printer.

3 3 Documents Management Dragon Printer provides you a powerful documents manager. Access the manager by tapping a Documents tab. All documents added to the app will be placed in the Documents tab. Here you can use document's edit menu to remove any document.

4 4 Printing Documents To print a document: 1. Open the Documents tab. 2. Tap a document to open it. 3. Tap on the button in the upper right corner to access printing options.

5 4. Tap on the button to open the Printer Selection window. Then select your printer to preview printing page Tap on the button in the upper right corner to open the Printer Settings window. In the opened window you can set the required paper orientation, scale and paper size.

7 7 Printing Photos, Pictures from Camera Roll To print photos and pictures from Camera Roll: 1. Select Photos tab and open your Camera Roll. 2. Select a photo or a picture you want to print. 3. Tap on the button in the upper right corner to access printing options. 4. Print selected photos as described in the Printing Documents chapter.

8 8 Printing Web Pages To print a web page: 1. Open the Web tab. 2. Input the required URL in the opened web browser. 3. Tap on the button and convert to PDF file. 4.Tap the button to open the Printing dialog and print the document.

9 9 Printing Clipboard Content Clipboard Content To print the Clipboard content (only text): 1. Open the Clipboard tab. 2. Input text or Paste text from clipboard. 3. Tap on the button to save as PDF file then go to preview.

10 Printing s and Attachments 10 Messages To print message text: 1. Open in the Mail application 2. If you need to print all details, such as Sender and Recipient addresses, then tap Forward in the action menu 3. Tap and hold on the message until magnifier glass appears 4.Choose Select all in the pop-up 5. Tap Copy 6.Launch Dragon Printer and select Clipboard tab 7. To Paste text then print it Attachments To print a document attached to the message: 1. Open in the Mail application 2. Tap on the attachment you want to print 3. Tap on the action menu button and select Open In button. 4. Tap Dragon Printer button.

11 11 Printing Text Messages To print a text message: 1.Long tap a text message in the Messages list on your iphone. 2. In the opened menu tap Copy. 3. Open the Clipboard tab in Dragon Printer. 4. Print the messages as a regular document as described in the Clipboard Content chapter. To print multiple text messages: 1. Open text messages. 2. Open the required thread. 3. Tap Edit button in the upper right corner. 4. Select all messages you want to print. 5. Tap Forward button. 6. In the opened window add empty rows between separate messages. 7. Select the whole text and copy it to Clipboard. 8. Open the Clipboard tab in Dragon Printer. 9. Print the messages as a regular document as described in the Clipboard Content chapter.

12 12 File Transfer Upload Files Through Wi-Fi To upload files to App : 1. Open the WiFi Sharing tab. 2. You will see the address where you can upload files using the desktop web browser 3. Enter the address on your desktop browser, you will be able to upload files to your device wirelessly

13 Upload Files Through itunes USB Connection 13 Connect your iphone to computer and run itunes 1.Select the connected iphone. 2.In the top menu select Apps section. 3.Scroll down the page to File Sharing section and Select Dragon Printer in Apps list. 4. Press <Add...> button to add the files you wish to store on your device to Dragon Printer Documents list.
