2 LOGGING IN AND ARRIVING AT THE MY EVENTS PAGE Go to the Eventbrite Login Screen ( Type in the Login address and password, then click the green Log in button. Page 2 of 23 Jerry Barrett December 27, 2014

4 Mouse over your login address (to the right of the smiley face). From the drop-down, select Events. Note that you can also log out from the drop-down. Page 4 of 23 Jerry Barrett December 27, 2014

6 To view the registration details (reports), print a Guest List, print badges, add walk-up attendees, or check in attendees, click on the Manage link associated with that event. Alternatively, you can click on the name of the event. Page 6 of 23 Jerry Barrett December 27, 2014

12 On the Short Report page, click on either Green button: Excel or CSV. That will bring up a pop-up window. From that pop-up window, you can either view the file or save the file your choice. 13 PRINTING A GUEST LIST To print a Guest List, on the left hand side, find and click the Guest List link under the Manage Attendees section. Page 13 of 23 Jerry Barrett December 27, 2014

15 ADDING AN AT THE DOOR ATTENDEE To add an At the Door Attendee, on the left hand side, find and click the Add Attendees link under the Manage Attendees section. Page 15 of 23 Jerry Barrett December 27, 2014

17 From the Add Attendees screen, you will: 1. Make the At the Door Attendee Quantity = 1 2. On the Payment Type drop down, select No Payment Necessary When the screen looks like the image below, click on the Green Continue button Page 17 of 23 Jerry Barrett December 27, 2014

19 On the order form, fill in the First Name, Last Name, and address. Un-check the box Send a confirmation to the attendee then click the Green Complete Registration button. That is all there is to it! Page 19 of 23 Jerry Barrett December 27, 2014

20 CHECKING IN ATTENDEES To Check in an Attendee, on the left hand side, find and click the Check In link under the Manage Attendees section. Page 20 of 23 Jerry Barrett December 27, 2014

22 From either the turned-in tickets, or the combination of the filled out Guest List and un-registered sign-in sheet, you can check attendees in. To make it easier to find people, click on the Attendee Name heading to sort alphabetically by first name. To check a person in, click once on the Check Mark inside the circle. When the check mark turns green, that attendee will have been checked in. The green progress bar below the words Check-in indicate how many attendees have been checked in. Note that this page does not have / need a submit button. If you erroneously check someone in, clicking again on the check mark will uncheck him or her in (check mark goes back to gray).
