3 Uploading girls in Unify Troops will not be able to add or delete girls from Unify Product Sales staff will start uploading girls on September 10 th Encourage your girls to register by September 21st so they can receive their launch on September 30 th. Weekly upload of girls will happen until October 15 th If a girl is still missing from Unify site by October 15 th, contact Products@gsctx.org

4 Registration Once your SU Fall Product Manager has entered your in Unify you will receive a registration from the site. will come from: Girl Scouts of Central Texas GirlScout-sale@qspgao.com You will need to search your inbox for this address, it will go to either your junk or SPAM inbox. Registration will include username ( the SU Fall Product Manager has on file). Click on Troop Dashboard to Get Started!

5 Did not receive Registration ? Already checked inbox for and still do not have it? 1. Go to this website: 2. Enter address, click continue 3. Click the Get Help link 4. Enter your address 5. And a resend will come to you with a temporary password. 6. Once you login you will need to change your password under My Info.

8 Hamburger Navigation Tool Called Hamburger button. By clicking this you will see all the navigation within the system that is available. If you have a Girl Scout that participates in the online sale you will be able to navigate between her page and the troop page as long as the address for both accounts is the same. Just click on Switch Roles Also allows you to switch between troops, your Girl Scouts.

12 Troop Coordinators can create their own cat avatar. If a troop reaches an $400 in online sales, troop coordinator will receive their own patch. One per troop!

15 Updating Troop Information Under the My Info link- Troops should enter or verify all of their information. Note this is also where you can change your password. This hamburger button is what you will click on to navigate to other tabs within the site Can also click on My Info link on the Dashboard to update troop information. Click on My Info link to update troop information.

16 Delivery Tab Under the Delivery tab troops can pull tickets per girl for both nut and candy orders AND rewards. Great to help sort out product and rewards! 17 Viewing girls in Unify- Roster Tab Click on Rosters- you will be directed to a page that shows troop and girl tab, click on girl tab. At first you will NOT see any girls. You MUST click on the Search button for girls to populate.

18 Reports Tab Under the Reports Tab, troops can view sales stats and reports for each of their girls. This hamburger button is what you will click on to navigate to other tabs within the site Click on Reports Tab

19 Entering Girl Orders in Unify

20 Entering Orders From your hamburger button, click on Manage Orders You will see a list of girls in the troop Click on the pencil next to each girl to edit their order

21 Entering Orders After clicking on the pencil next to a girl in the Manage Orders page you will be directed to a new screen. Under the Girl Order Tab, enter in the girl s order based off of her order card. Click Save and Continue Ignore where it says In-Person Magazine & More Orders and Reachout Booklet. We do not participate in this part of the Fall Sale. Enter in the total number order by each variety (make sure you are entering under the correct product) Click Save and Continue when ready.

22 Recognitions will automatically calculate based on the girls order that was just entered. Choices will automatically default to the first option unless a selection has been made. Both earned as well as unearned choices can be saved at any time. This is so you don t have to go back later to update choices if additional online orders come in automatically. All rewards will have a check next to them. Once the level has been met and the girl has earned it, an EARNED banner will be placed next to the item.

23 Opting Out of Rewards: If your troop is a Cadette, Senior, Ambassador troop and would like to opt out of rewards and earn 37% instead of 35% for Nut and Candy, troop coordinator needs to make that selection under the Manage Order tab. Under Manager Order, troop will click either Without Rewards (opt out) or With Rewards. Note: Only C/S/A troops will see this option. Every other troop including mixed troops cannot opt out of rewards.

24 Manage Orders Tab: Once all orders have been entered, click the pink Submit Troop Order button. All girl orders will LOCK after the Council submits the Recognition order.

25 Entering Troop Cupboard (Troop Special) order in Unify

26 If a troop decides to order extra product, they will be responsible for that order and will pay for it. GSCTX will not accept any returns of extra items. Under Manager Order, troop will click on Add Cupboard Order.

27 In the pop up screen, troop will enter the number of extra items they would like. Then click Save. Note: Thank You Nuts is the item for the military. If a troop enters a number here they are basically agreeing to donate $5 per item and will NOT receive any items.

28 To make a transfer within the troop just click the Transfer button. Select the girl in the To Select the girl in the From Enter the quantity of product by variety and click transfer. The system will recalculate any changes to girl rewards.

29 Entering Girl Payments

30 Under the Manager Orders link Click on the + in the Payment column.

31 Enter transaction date, amount and click save.

33 From the hamburger icon click on Financials Then Troop Transaction tab. Add Transaction button Troops WILL NOT be allowed to add in banking information.
