1 QSG: Administration User Guide Overview: This guide is designed to walk you through how to do the activities used in the ordering process of your Sodexo Flavours Wedding Guide. The following actions are detailed in this guide. Search for a customer Create an order Add a bar package to an order Selecting a date for an order Selecting a payment method for the order Updating an order
2 Step 1. First you will find your customer by clicking on the customer icon. Step 2. Next find the customer. You can search for an existing customer by the following options: First name, Last name, or phone number. If it is a new customer you will be creating a new customer, by clicking on the Create new customer tab. Search for a customer Create a new customer Step 3. Once you have found your customer click on Create Order. Step 4. Next make your service selection by clicking Flavours Wedding Guide. Please note the Wedding guide is only visible from the administration view. Step 5. Make the Menu selection.
3 Step 6. Next make your selection by clicking on the View Details button
4 Step 7. Next you will adjust the number of guests and complete the required fields by checking the requested boxes. Lastly click on the Continue button at the bottom.
5 Step 8. Confirm the selections made at the previous step. From this view you can remove an item by clicking on the Red X or adjust the quantity. If you do any adjustments like removing or adjusting a quantity click on the button in the middle, recalculate order. If you wish to add a bar packages or menu additions click on the, add more button on the left. Once you have completed any updates to the order click on Continue. Note: Click on the Add More button to add bar packages or menu enhancements
6 Adding a Bar Package to the order. When adding Bar package click on the Bar Packages option. Select the Open Bar or Consumption and Cash bar Packages. Make your selection by clicking on View Details.

8 Adding a bar package. (Continued.) Now you will see the addition of the Bar package to the order. NOTE. Because of Space the order is shown below. Please note that you will see all selections shown from top to bottom. Step 9. Once you have completed any updates to the order click on Continue.
9 Step 10. Select a date for the event by adjusting the month and clicking on a date. Date Availability Step 10. Next you will complete the Delivery/Pickup information and the event details. If there are any special instructions please fill in the box at the bottom. Lastly click continue.
10 Step 11. Label the event with the Event Name and confirm accuracy. Once you have completed reviewing the order click on the button Proceed to Checkout.
11 Step 12. Select a payment method. Step 13. Select the payment method and click on Process this order. You should only check this box if you are NOT ready to send the order to your customer.
12 Step 14. Lastly you will be provided with an order confirmation page. From the order confirmation page you can select any options listed below under the Thank you for your order. Updating an Order Step 1. First you will find your customer by clicking on the customer icon. Step 2. Next find the customer. You can search for an existing customer by the following options: First name, Last name, or phone number. Search for you customer Step 3. Once you have found your customer click on the customer name at the top or the customer information. Click on the order you want to edit.
13 Step 4. Click on the add to order icon at the top of the order. Step 5. Select a menu from the left you wish to choose from to add to the order from the files on the left. Step 6. Select one of the options by clicking on the folder Step 7. Make your next selection.
14 Step 8. Make your next selection. Step 9. Complete the information below and then click order.
15 Step 10. You will be able to view the items added to the order and then click continue. Step 11. The customer order page will be updated with added menu item.
16 Adding Accompaniments Step 1. First you will find your customer by clicking on the customer icon. Step 2. Next find the customer. You can search for an existing customer by the following options: First name, Last name, or phone number. Search for you customer Step 3. Once you have found your customer click on the customer name at the top or the customer information. Click on the order you want to edit. Step 4. Click on the Add to Order icon at the top of the order.
17 Step 5. Select the Flavours Wedding Guide by clicking on the (+) next to the folder. The plus sign (+) will turn into a ( - ) Step 6. Select the Menu Accompaniments by clicking the plus (+) sign. Step 7. Select an option under the Menu Accompaniments
18 Step 8. Select an option you wish to add by clicking on one of the options. Step 9. Adjust the number of requests for the desired items and then click on Order.
19 Step 10. Confirm the update to the order and then click Continue
20 Step 11. Now you will see the update to the order invoice. Please note your administration view will not show as side by side. The view below is for the learning guide to show all items added to the existing order.
