2 2. Actions Previous Conference Call & IGG D. Walshe provided the Action Item Update: Action Items 948/1004 ESBN to analyse the process where Move Out with no Move In takes place and make proposals based on existing Supplier processes for best business practise within this area. Process must enable MPs to notify CMS when a move out without a move in takes place. Proposal to be issued to market in the form of a DR. Update for At the IGG, J Bracken reported that ESBN was hoping to deliver a solution that wouldn t require systems changes. In the short term a manual process will be put in place that will require no change to the system. ESBN is considering placing a Prefix in front of the outgoing Customer s name on the 016MM and the Supplier will be asked to populate the correspondence with its own address to suppress the Customer Agreement issuing. The medium term option would require some form of change to the system. ESBN needs to consider this option more from a Safety and Legal perspective. He hopes to have a DR ready in time for the next IGG in August. BGE asked why ESBN is proposing for Suppliers to put their notification address in the notification address field. This proposal was suggested in NI but was rejected by all Suppliers. J Bracken reported that this needs to be the case otherwise Connection Agreements will issue and that would be a system change and Suppliers would have to turn that off. He requested that BGE sends in their thoughts on this proposal and this will feed into ESBN s thinking. D Walshe provided an overview of this action. RMDS received an from BGE on 04 July 2016 which was forwarded to ESBN. S Melvin stated that SSE Airtricity have comments on this Action and will submit comments to RMDS. J Bracken stated ESBN will provide a resolution however the legal and safety aspects will need to be taken into consideration. S Donnelly enquired if the short term solution plan will involve the use of the notification field. J Bracken responded that ESBN are expecting to submit a proposal on the short term plan. S Donnelly stated the BGE will reply once a proposal has been given to suppliers. S Doolin enquired if the deadline of this action is the next IGG meeting. D Walshe clarified that this action was discussed at the last IGG meeting and all comments need to be submitted in advance of the IGG in August and this will be discussed at the next IGG. 4 4. CER Update D Walshe provided a brief CER update. The Q electricity and gas retail markets report will be released next week. A consumer focussed assessment of the retail markets is to be conducted following a call for a report on the development of competition in the energy white paper. This report will make use of market monitoring data and as with previous reports analysis will be sent to individual suppliers in advance of publication. The report is due to be published in November A review of the typical consumption figures for electricity and gas is currently being conducted with a view to revising these figures in Fuel Mix Disclosure: Information Note on fuel mix disclosure will be published in the coming weeks. Work is progressing in respect of the review of the Supplier s Handbook. 5. Gemserv Update N Vyas provided the Gemserv Update. N Vyas stated that the TUP Upgrade Assurance Report was submitted to both NI & RoI Regulatory Bodies last week. Gemserv are onsite meeting CER today. Gemserv are hopeful there should be a decision made next week. Gemserv thanked all Market Participants for their role in IPT2. 6. MRSO Update G Halligan advised that there was no MRSO update. 7. ESB Networks P Mallon & J Bracken provided an ESBN update on the TIBCO Upgrade. TIBCO Upgrade P Mallon stated that go-live is on track for August 5 th All final checks are under way, TUP are pending sign off from both regulatory bodies. The project is continuing in line with the revised Project Plan and is going well. P Mallon invited questions from Suppliers. There were none. P Mallon stated if there are any questions they can be addressed to TUP project via or phone. 8. Retail Market Design Update D Walshe gave the Market Design Update: IPT 2 - Completed on Wednesday 13 th July RMDS issued Gemserv Exit Reports to RoI and NI on 15 th July. - Final Assurance Report sent to both RAs on Monday 25 th July 2016 Approval is due on 25 th July. D Walshe, on behalf of the RMDS team also thanked all participants for their efforts during IPT2. Schema/Non Schema Releases No update. LTCA Tender responses currently being evaluated. There was a Q&A exchange with a response deadlone for later this week. After that an approval for contract award will be made Page 4 of 5

5 leading to contract award. DR/MCRs DR1180 New Registrations will be going to the next IGG for approval. RMDS have been made aware of a potent DR related to I-SEM changes that will is scheduled to be discussed at the next IGG. 9. Notice Board: Planned Maintenance, Reminders from IGG etc. Outage Dates: The only upcoming outage envisaged is at the start of August to facilitate the cut-over of the TIBCO Upgrade Project (TUP). 10.
