Change Type Classification of Request Jurisdictional RoI Implementation N/A Co-Ordinated Baseline Version No. Non-Schema Impacting RoI Specific TBC Detail of Request Reason for Request The RoI Retail Market currently uses ARIS, a Business Process Modelling tool, to display the Market Design (Market Process Diagrams, Market Messages, Market Segments and Codes and other documents relevant to the Market Design). In 2013 further to discussions with Market Participants and approval from CER, a decision was made to exit from ARIS. The alternative option is to revert to the original format used by MOIP which is Word documents with embedded Visio diagrams. 2 Proposed Solution This solution will be delivered by generating MPD documents using Visio diagrams incorporated into MSWord documents They will be generated into PDF format and published to the RMDS website for access by Market Participants. Market Messages will be drafted in Visio format as per their current structure in ARIS but generating the HTML from Visio and publishing to the web. These would drill down to Segments and Data Codes. This project will be delivered in stages and a new DR/MCR drafted for each stage. ARIS will continue to be updated until the project is finished or unless otherwise agreed by Market Participants and approved by CER. As these MPDs are being drafted and converted there are some corrections being identified these are highlighted below and also recorded in the History of Changes for each MPD. For the IGG of 26 th March, 2014, the following 21 of 41 MPDs (In Appendix 1) are at a final stage. Once approved they will be published at Go Live of the new RMDS website and updated with a link to allow view of the complete End to End process.
