3 Training Provider Overview - 3 step process Step 1 Enter Class Information (location, instructor, date) Step 2 Registration data Training Provider enters registration data Online Marketplace worker self-serve Online Marketplace - employer bulk registration Step 3 Attendance and Pass/Fail Step 1 How to Add a Class Schedule 1. Sign in to using your Training Provider administrative credentials 2. Select Manage Courses from left navigation bar 3. All approved certification training will be listed (if missing, please contact WorkplaceNL) Note only certification training that your company has been approved to teach will be listed 4. Find the desired certification and select Add Offering 5. Enter Class Information Location of course offering: Country, Province, Street Address, City/Town, Postal Code Contact information: , Phone, Fax (optional will appear in Market Place if publish)

4 Instructor: Select an approved instructor from the drop down list. If an approved instructor is not in the drop down list, please contact WorkplaceNL. Seats: Enter the maximum number of seats available for this class. Free: Select this indicator if this offering will be free (Default = paid offering). Price: Enter unit price (required if not free; even if not publishing to marketplace) Show Price: Default = YES. De-select this indicator if you do not wish to display the price in the Market Place (Note: If you choose not to Show Price, the item in Market Place will state contact for pricing ). Publishing: Default = Publish. De-select if you do not want it displayed in the Market Place (ie. for private training sessions). 6. Schedule: Select the date(s) and time(s) for this offering. One day at a time. Default = All day (9am-5pm). To change the times, de-select the All Day toggle. 7. SAVE

5 Step 2 How to Register a Worker and/or bulk registration 1. Sign in to Bluedrop360 using your Training Provider administrative credentials 2. Select Manage Courses 3. Identify the offering to which you want to add workers/students 4. Select Manage Seats next to the desired offering 5. Select Register Students 6. Are you booking for an employer? (No=Individual registration) Yes = bulk registration on behalf of employer Enter employer training # or company name 7. Booking Contact Information: Employer Contact Name, Phone, 8. Seats: Enter # seats to be reserved

Attendee Information (required prior to step 3 when completion data is sent to WorkplaceNL) (personal preferred) First and Last Name Year of Birth Select Save & Continue to continue entering attendee information Select Done when all information has been entered If you do not have all required attendee information at this time, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click DONE to reserve the seats. If the attendee does not have an address, indicate No and you will be required to enter their mobile or home phone#, and complete address information.

7 How to update attendee data, remove attendee(s), and confirm payment 1. Sign in to Bluedrop360 using your Training Provider administrative credentials 2. Select Manage Courses 3. Select Manage Seats next to the desired offering 4. Select Update Students next to bulk registration data to update attendee required fields 5. Select Paid if you would like to use this feature to confirm that payment has been received Platform Notifications When you click on the notification icon, a list of registration notifications will be displayed; those in yellow have not yet been read. Click on a specific notification and it will automatically bring you to Manage Seats feature to complete attendee registration and/or confirm payment.

8 Step 3 How to Take Attendance Note: Prior to taking attendance, all participant information must be entered as indicated in Step 2 1. Sign in to Bluedrdop360 using Instructor credentials 2. Select Offerings 3. Identify the offering for which you would like to take attendance 4. Select Attendance next to the desired offering If the Attendance button is not accessible, check the end date/time of the class offering. You cannot take attendance until the actual end date and time of the course offering. 5. Select Present/Absent 6. Select Pass/Fail 7. Done > Completion records are automatically sent to WorkplaceNL Central Training Registry. Note: If all attendees are not listed in this view, it may be that all required attendee registration data ( , first last name, year of birth) was not entered and updated. Please refer to How to update attendee registration data

9 How to EDIT an Offering 1. Select Manage Courses 2. Identify the offering you wish to edit 3. Select the Edit Offering next to the desired offering 4. You can edit any of the fields: Location of training Contact information Instructor # of Seats Show price Un-publish or Publish Change the date *you must first de-select existing dates

10 How to CANCEL an Offering 5. Select Manage Courses 6. Identify the offering you wish to cancel 7. Select the Cancel Offering 8. If users have been registered for this offering you will receive a verification notice asking you to confirm that you want to cancel this offering. 9. All attendees registered for this offering will receive an notifying them of the cancelation. Sample attendee notification of cancelation:

11 CTR Public Registration - automated notifications Training Provider Notification notification from WorkplaceNL Registration for Fall Protection class offering Wednesday, September 16, :30 AM has been requested. Navigate to the class offering under the Manage Courses menu item and review the request. Click here to login to WorkplaceNL Platform Notifications When you click on a specific notification, it will automatically bring you to Manage Seats feature to complete attendee registration and/or confirm payment. Worker Notification notification from WorkplaceNL A seat for a Power Line Hazards class offering has been reserved for you. For further information you may contact the Training Provider as listed below. 12 Support training guides and contact There are two ways to access our help feature: 1. Top right hand corner, click on You and select Help. You can click on any of the links provided OR you can click on Contact Support 2. At the bottom right hand corner of your Training Provider platform, there is a? icon.

13 Training data reports (new) Use vertical or horizontal scroll bars to display additional information Select the magnifying glass icon to search for specific information Select the arrow icon to download the report as csv The information provided is customized to your location. The report contains the following information: CTR #: System generated unique id for registered trainee of registered trainee Firstname: First name of registered trainee Lastname: Last name of registered trainee Year_of_birth: Year of birth for registered trainee Paid/Unpaid: Payment status for registered trainee Status: Completion status for registered trainee Expiration Date: Date when training certification will expire Course Title: Title of Offering Offering Start Date: Start date for offering Network: Training Provider Name Instructor First Name: First name of instructor Instructor Last Name: Last name of instructor

14 How to manage administrative access How to add an administrator 1. Select Manage Administrators 2. Select +Add Administrators 3. Enter the address If it is an of an existing CTR member, a pop up screen will appear and you can select. If the member does not have an existing account, please enter their address, First Name, Last Name, and Year of Birth. Then select Add Administrator

15 Please be advised: Upgrading an instructor to have administrative access will enable the instructor to add and edit class offerings within your Training Provider Platform. Please consider the level of accessibility that this action will provide. How to remove an administrator 1. Select Manage Administrators 2. A list of administrators will be displayed 3. Select Remove How to cancel administrative notifications 1. Top right corner, select the down arrow next to YOU 2. Select settings from the drop down list 3. Deselect the Notifications toggle and Save Changes
