4 New Call & Job site information Select your origin Select your call administrator Don t use this part Complete informations Select your country and administrator name Note : all fields with «a red mark» are mandatories Click Chiller 4

5 Product information Click on search button Write the serial number and click search button Select the product and click 5

6 Product information Now the product informations are automatically completed 6

7 Call details Failure occurance is automatically completed Complete the start-up date (commissioning date) & failure date Select the right failure category & sub-category Explain the problem to detail all information avalaible related to the failure Select the root cause Complete the software version 7

8 Warranty category The warranty category is automatically completed, but if there is a Flash Quality claim, click 01 Standard Warranty: The failure date < 18 months from invoice date 02 Ext. War: Product out of warranty period, > 18 months from invoice date NO COST CLAIMED 03 Flash Quality: Select if the Flash Quality bulletin was requested, and complete following data 04 Customer Concession: When the failure date > 18 months from invoice date, select this category for specific case pre-approved by factory management Select yes & FQ number 8

9 Purchased from ERCD Parts purchased from ERCD, click for open the search engine Click on search button Write the reference number and click 9

10 Purchased from ERCD Select the part & click Select : - source of cost covered - ERCD order nb - Quantity - & click Now the part is automatically completed, click for add other parts 10

11 Not Purchased from ERCD Cost not purchased from ERCD (Labor, refrigerant ) click on search button Select : - source of cost covered - Reference - Unit price - Description - Quantity - & click Now the cost is automatically completed, click for add other cost 11

12 Cost not covered by factory warranty These costs are out of the factory warranty scope. However these data are necessary for the factory work on the priority subject at UTC EMEA Level. 12

13 Attached document Click on to attached D2 file, leak picture, from technical support Click to open a document in your computer Once your document is attached, Click 13

14 Submit call This amount «Total cost covered» will be considered for claim assessment. Claim not completed, click Claim not visible by the factory Note : 90 days to enter a claim (claim completed) from failure date. Claim completed, click to submit to Warranty Administrator. 14

15 Claim Status Follow up - Claim Assessement on a monthly basis by the Plant Warranty administrator - Ticket Status: Claim Pending Claim approved Reassign Claim rejected Ticket assigned on the same side, but more complain actions will be offered. Ticket Approved with the amount allocated mentionned in Total paid = XXX Further information required by Plant, data inconsistencies, claim pushed back to «Call on going status», the Sale entity should re-submit the claim within 30 days with updates/correction as required by Factory. Notification sent by by Qualnet system. Ticket Approved with Total paid = 0 The sale Entity has 30 Days from the monthly report notification to appeal the decision. 15
