1 New Employee IT Access Request working for you.

2 Login to SAP EP1 Portal 2

3 Access request forms are located in the Self Services page. If the Self Service page is not visible, please send an to 3

4 Select New Access Request for an Existing Employee Enter the Sun Chemical employee ID. If you are not aware of your Sun Chemical employee ID, please contact your manager. Note: IT access requests for all new employees joining Sun Chemical will be initiated when the employee is added to SAP by the local Human Resource representative. The creation of the new employee in the SAP HR Module will trigger the assignment of a new task to the manager of the employee. 4

5 User details are prepopulated by the application 5

6 Select required applications and hardware SAP: Request a new SAP User ID ZEMP/Ariba: Request a new Ariba User ID with an associated Employee Vendor in SAP (ZEMP) Brainware: Request a new Brainware User ID System: Request a User ID for the PROD Domain (Windows logon ID), an ID, a Sun Portal ID, Voice Conference account Hardware: Request a Desktop/Laptop and/or a mobile phone Network: Request access to a network share ZEMP/ARIBA account is required if the employee is claiming expenses Brainware is a system used by the Shared Business Services teams for scanning invoices epath is the new Sun Chemical IT Application training system System Account section consists of options to requests an account, Computer Logon ID (PROD Domain account), mysunchemical Portal account and a Voice conference call number Select the Hardware option to request a Computer or a Mobile phone Select the Network option to request access to a Network Share 6

7 SAP access details Select the SAP systems user need access to. You can select multiple systems by holding down the Ctrl key. If the user is part of one of the centralized groups, select an option from the dropdown list OR If the user is based at a Plant, select the company code and the plant If the user s access can be mirrored to an existing SAP user, enter the existing user s ID and retrieve the roles assigned to the mirror ID. Review the list of roles and remove any unnecessary role. OR If the user cannot be mirrored to an existing user, please provide the list of transaction user need access to. Options to add roles manually search for roles by Role name, t-code or functional area. (This is Optional) Note: (A Mirror ID cannot be used for systems other than RP1 and EP1. To mirror an ID in non-production systems, enter the details in the Additional Details section) Complete the SAP training section. If the training is scheduled to be completed at a later date please enter the date training will be completed. 7

8 Please provide any additional details that can be used to identify required SAP roles for the new user. e. g. Warehouse operator in Cincinnati 8

9 If a Brainware ID is required, please provide the Brainware ID details Provide a clone ID or additional details for Brainware 9

10 If an Ariba/Zemp ID is required, please complete the ZEMP/Ariba section An ID in Sun Chemical PROD domain is required for access to ZEMP and Ariba. If the user already has an ID in the PROD domain, enter the ID. OR Select NO if a new PROD domain ID (Windows logon ID) is required 10

11 Complete this section if the user needs a PROD domain ID (Windows logon ID), ID, MySunchemical Portal ID, Voice conference call ID or a WebEx account. Provide a clone ID if applicable Enter any additional details e.g. number of lines required with the voice conference call ID 11

12 Complete this section if the user needs a Desktop computer, Laptop Computer and/or a Mobile phone If an exiting computer is to be used, provide the user name of the previous owner. Enter any additional details e.g. Data plan required 12

13 Complete this section if the user needs access to a Network share Provide the network path Permission (select from the dropdown list) Active Directory user group and a clone ID (if available) 13

14 Submit the request for processing. System warnings will appear for any missing mandatory data. 14

15 You will receive an acknowledgement from the Security Workflow with the following: Ticket number How to escalate a request How to track the progress of a request Make a note of the ticket number for future reference. 15

16 You can view the status of a request by accessing the System Access Request Reports in EP1 portal If the Self Service page is not visible, please send an to SAPTechnicalSupport@sunchemical.com 16
