1 imonitor+ PRO Dashboard Introduction imonitor+ PRO dashboard helps a community owner to reach people and resolve their issues. One of the most important features of imonitor+ is that it supports real time reporting and monitoring of data. A user can report an issue in real time along with supporting evidence in the form of image, audio, video, or barcode. With imonitor+ PRO dashboard a community owner to monitor and respond to issues raised by community in real time. It provides a way to collect structured information thereby simplifying the process of reporting and resolving the cases. A community owner can visualize the cases based on their location. The owner can view the exact location on the map from where the issue was raised. The cases may have evidence-based information like geo-location, captured media, timestamp etc. which enriches the case information supporting case resolution process. The community owner can interact with the community members directly via chat, to assess the issue in detail. Community members receive real time updates on case resolution chats, broadcast message in the form of push notifications on their mobile devices. imonitor+ PRO dashboard support dynamic changes to the mobile application using the application and system level settings and user configurations. 1

2 A community owner can configure the dashboard in three easy steps registration, community definition & settings. 1. Registration Site navigation To create a new community on imonitor+ PRO, open the site on your browser. When the website s main page opens, scroll down to the end of the page and click on lets create link to create a new community. 2

3 Sign up Enter your address to sign up for a new community account. 3

4 Login Page Check your for imonitor+ PRO Community activation link. Click on the link to proceed to login page, check your again for one time password. Enter your address and one time password to login to your community on imonitor+ PRO. 4

5 Change Password Enter your one time password and new password to change the password for your new account. 5

6 2. Community Definition Define your community The first step is to define your community as shown here. To define a community, enter a community name, select a community type for example Public health, NGO. You can also add summary and a logo for your community. Select the community s default language and map view, which represents the area of your community. Click on the save and continue button to proceed to step 2. 6

7 Add services or indicators The second step is to add services or indicators i.e. the structured data capture fields for your community. Enter a name, summary and optionally an image to represent your service. 7

8 Add services attributes To add additional data capture fields for your service/indicator click on add attributes and fill in the required details. You can also select service type date, radio or checkbox and write the option value in nominals as shown here. Similarly you can add multiple attributes for one service. 8

9 Save service attributes After configuring the attributes click on the checked icon to save your changes. 9

10 3. Settings Configure nearme data repository The third step is to select and configure near me data repository. Choose a repository and select required data filter categories and then click on save. 10

11 Promote your community The fourth step is to promote your community. You can promote your community by posting your community link on your social media accounts such as facebook and twitter. 11

12 Community Dashboard Once the dashboard has been defined to capture indicators your imonitor+ PRO dashboard is ready for use. On the dashboard you can see indicators on total number of registered community users and case summary. Whenever a new user registers on your community via the imonitor+ PRO Application, you will see a Welcome User notification on the dashboard in real time. Similarly, when a new case is raised by the user, the indicator on count of cases updates in real time. The indicator on top services represents the count of cases raised by different services. Map view shows the location from where the case has been raised. 12

13 Menu items There are different menu items available for use such as Home, Map, Statistics, Nearme, Security, Widgets, Reports, Logout. 13

14 Menu item - MAP Click on MAP menu to visualize the open cases based on their location. The cases as displayed as makers in blue color and the most recent one is red colored. Click on any marker to view details of the case. 14

15 Case Details The case view popup will display the details of the case i.e. the user who raised the case, the location of the case, date and time of the case and supporting media if any. You may click on the icons below like the camera icon to view the images attached by the user. To view or save the summary of any particular case, click on the download icon to download and share the summary as a PDF file. The discussion board icon allows you to send and receive messages from the user who raised the case. 15

16 Discussion board Dashboard owner can send messages and receive messages with the user who has raised the case using this discussion board. The user will receive these messages in the form of a notification on their mobile device. 16

17 Resolve a case If you have resolved a particular case, you can click on resolve button and enter the resolution comments for the case. 17

18 Menu item Statistics Click on the Statistics menu to visualize the real time statistics of cases raised by date, week and month further categorized by type and location. 18

19 Menu item Security Click on Security Menu to add and manage users for your community dashboard usage. You can set the user type, roles, services, status type, country, state, and cities for each user. 19

20 Menu item Widgets Click on Widgets Menu to see a list of widget configured for your community. A widget provides detailed information on your choice of data source like Air Quality, Earthquake, Weather, Asthmatic Conditions and more. For example when we click on the Air Quality Index, you will see the air quality around you based on your current location. You may choose to set the AQI threshold and then send alert to all your users about the current air quality. 20

21 Menu item Reports Click on Reports menu to access data reports on your community. These include the community snapshot, service snapshot reports detailing data about each user and the cases raised by them for further analysis. 21
