3 WELCOME TO THE NEW PORTAL! The new Portal features include a complete re-design of the Portal s user interface! The new layout is a more intuitive one - making it easy for Independent Business Owners (IBOs) and their Client Support Professionals (CSPs) to find information and resources. This Portal Resource Guide will walk you through the new Portal and help you get acquainted with the new interface and functionality! Some of the highlights in this new release include: Improved Breaking News widget New Tasks widget Quick links to IBO Dashboard and CSP Scorecards Quick links to Support Resources; including a direct link to see tickets currently open with Technical Support and/or IB Partner Support NEW PORTAL HOME PAGE The new Portal Home Page is a hub from which you can access a multitude of resources and information. 4 VIEWING AND UPDATING YOUR PROFILE To view and update your profile/contact information, hover your mouse over the Profile link in the top-right of the Home Page. This will make an additional menu visible and you should click on the new link that says Profile. Once the page reloads, you are able to see your profile/contact information. If necessary, you can update your contact details by clicking Edit located next to Contact Information. Jane Smith ARISE TIP Arise uses a variety of methods to communicate including , telephone and/or mailing address. To ensure that you are receiving all necessary updates from Arise please ensure that your contact information is accurately recorded. Also, when your contact details change, please ensure you update the Portal in a timely manner. 4

5 VIEWING AND UPDATING YOUR PROFILE CONTINUED Upon successfully updating your profile details, please remember to click on Save at the bottom right to make sure the changes to your contact information are saved. Jane Smith CHANGING YOUR PORTAL PASSWORD From the same Profile screen you can update your Portal password, by clicking on the + sign at the far right of Change Password. You will need to enter your old password and ensure that the new password meets the security requirements listed. Password Requirements Don t forget to click on Save! 5

6 ACCESSING THE IBO DASHBOARD AND CSP SCORECARD IBOs have direct access to the IBO Dashboard and the CSP Scorecard*. These are two reporting capabilities that Arise provides IBOs so that they may better manage their company s performance and metrics. To access the IBO Dashboard click on IBO Dashboard in the top left of the Home Page. To access the CSP Scorecard click on CSP Scorecard in the top left of the Home Page. *CSPs have access to their individual Scorecards ARISE TIP Please ensure that your browser s Pop-Up Blocker is disabled. When viewing the IBO Dashboard or the CSP Scorecards a new browser window will open taking you to each respective system. 6

7 INTRODUCING MESSAGING IBOs and CSPs have direct access to Messages making it easy to stay up-to-date on important Arise or program information. To access your messages, hover your mouse over Profile in the top right of the Portal Home Page and click on Messaging from the drop down menu. As Arise sends messages, you will be able to find them in the Messaging center. Please note that you will be able to archive messages for future reference! ARISE TIP Please ensure that your browser s Pop-Up Blocker is disabled. When viewing the IBO Dashboard or the CSP Scorecards a new browser window will open taking you to each respective system. 7

8 ACCESSING STARMATIC There is a direct link from the Home Page of the Portal to Starmatic. To access simply click on the Starmatic icon Starmatic will open in a new browser window. ACCESSING SUPPORT RESOURCES IBOs and CSPs now have direct access to a variety of Support Resources directly from the Home Page. To access them hover your mouse over Support in the top right of the Home Page to expand the Support Menu options. 8

9 VIEWING AND ACCESSING SUPPORT RESOURCES CONTINUED The available Support Resources include: AVA System Requirements gives you access to the Workstation Requirements Guide Incident Statuses stay up to date on the status changes for Open Support Tickets Portal FAQs Note: Clicking on the appropriate Support Resource will open a new browser window please ensure that your browser s Pop-Up Blocker is disabled. LOGGING OUT FROM THE PORTAL To log out from the Portal, simply click on Logout - found on the top right of the Portal Home Page. This will successfully log you out of your session. 9

10 NEW FEATURES AND FUNCTIONALITY FOR IBOS We have heard your feedback! IBOs have stated that they want better tools to help manage their company s performance and resources. This section of the Resource Guide will focus on the new tools available for IBOs. For more information on new features for CSPs, please see the [New Features and Functionality for CSPs] section. VIEWING YOUR IB INFORMATION To review your company s information, please hover over Profile on the top right and once the new menu appears, click on IB Information. The page reloads and you can now confirm that your IB s information is correct. If you need to make changes, please select Edit next to IB Contact Information. Please note you can also view and edit your company s banking information and review CSP requests! You will need the name of the Financial Institution, Routing Number and Account Number in order to edit your banking information. Remember to always save your changes! Click on Edit to make changes! + Button expands the view to see the associated information for that category 10

11 VIEWING YOUR CSPS To view your CSPs click on the CSPs Icon from the Navigation Menu on the left side of the Portal home page screen. You will see the list of the CSPs working for your company along with an at-a-glance view of important information associated with them. If you are the only CSP for your company, you will see your information listed. Choose which CSPs you want to view by clicking on the appropriate link Export CSP information into a CSV or Excel file! To view CSP details, click on either the CSP ID or CSP Name Clicking on either the CSP ID or the CSP Name will take you to the CSP s Profile where you can view a variety of information and metrics. 12 VIEWING YOUR CSPS CONTINUED IBOs have a central location from which to review and manage the information for each of their company s CSPs. The available functionality includes: Contact Information you can update your CSPs contact information Documents which include the Statements of Work (SOWs) and other documents such as waivers or NDAs relating to a specific CSP Schedule an at-a-glance schedule displaying the accepted intervals for that CSP for the current day and six days forward Vouchers view detailed information on any vouchers CSP Administration Quick process to drop a CSP from your company s roster ARISE TIP If you need help as you navigate the Portal, feel free to get quick tips by clicking on the Question Mark Icon located throughout the Portal. This reveals a quick tip to help clarify what a function or tool is! Jane Smith 12

13 VIEWING YOUR IB S DOCUMENTS IBOs have a central location from which to review and manage their company s documents and contracts such as Master Service Agreements (MSAs), SOWs, NDAs, Waivers and important tax information. IBOs can also sign and terminate their company s documents directly from this menu. Independent Business Agreements view and print the MSA Statement(s) of Work view and print your company s SOWs for your CSPs here. You can also search by SOWs by Title, CSP Name, or Status! Tax Documents view and print your company s invoices, 1099s, and W-9 form Non Disclosure Agreements view and print NDAs Waivers view and print Waivers. You can also search by Title or CSP Name! SIGNING AND TERMINATING SOWS IBOs can view, sign, and terminate the SOW(s) for your company. Click here to sign SOWs! To view a SOW click on the SOW Title Click to Terminate an SOW 13

14 SIGNING AND TERMINATING SOWS CONTINUED Terminating a SOW To terminate an SOW, first click on Terminate SOW next to the SOW you wish to terminate. A new browser window will open in which you will have to provide: Effective Date of Termination Reason for Termination please choose the reason that most closely describes the reason for the SOW termination Comments Box used to provide additional details Enter Date Select Reason by clicking on the radio button to the left of the Provide Additional Detail Don t forget to click to SUBMIT 14

15 VIEWING INVOICES To view your company s invoices, select Tax Documents in the Documents section of the Portal and click on Invoices from the Tax Document Menu. A new browser window will open; here you will select the period for the invoice that you want to see. Click on Load to view the invoice for the selected period. 15

16 ACCESSING ARISE AND PROGRAM REFERENCE RESOURCES Under References you can directly access a variety of Arise and program resources. Arise Reference you can access a variety of reference materials that focus on Arise tools like Starmatic. Look here for Documents, Downloads, and a link to Certification Chat Rooms for valuable educational aids and support. Program Reference you can access reference materials, such as Documents and Downloads, that provide valuable material that helps IBOs and their CSPs better service client projects. 17 NEW FEATURES AND FUNCTIONALITY FOR CSPS CSPs also have new features available to them with the new release of Portal making it easier to view important information. VIEWING CSP DOCUMENTS CSPs can access to view and print their NDAs and Waivers. To do so, first click on Documents from the Navigation Menu on the left hand side of the Portal Home Page. Once you are in the Documents section of the Portal, click on the + sign on the far right of the type of documents you want to view. Your choices are: Non Disclosure Agreements Waivers Please note that documents will open in a new browser window, therefore it is important to ensure that your browser s Pop-Up Blocker is disabled. ARISE TIP If you need help as you navigate the Portal, feel free to get quick tips by clicking on the Question Mark Icon located throughout the Portal. This reveals a quick tip to help clarify what a function or tool is! 17

19 REGISTERING A NEW BUSINESS To register a new company in the Arise Vendor Network, hover your mouse over Profile located at the top right of the Home Page and click on IB Information from the drop down menu that appears. A new screen will appear click on Register New Independent Business from the top of the page. You will receive a message confirming that you are in the process of registering your new business and will no longer be affiliated with your current IB. Select Ok if you want to proceed. 19

20 REGISTERING A NEW BUSINESS CONTINUED You are now in the Register Independent Business section. Please ensure that you enter correct and accurate information including your company s FULL legal name (to include Inc., LLC, company, corp, etc). Fields marked with an *-asterisk are required fields and must be completed to complete the new business registration process. Click Next at the bottom of the page. You will then be given an opportunity to confirm the details you have entered and Sign Agreements. ABC Inc. 20

21 REGISTERING A NEW BUSINESS CONTINUED To view and sign each agreement simply click on the View button in blue. It is recommended that you carefully read and review each document for a full understanding your company s contractual obligations to Arise and the cllients. To sign each agreement, you will have to scroll to the bottom of the document window in order to enable the Sign Agreement button; please note you will be asked to confirm your signature. You may also print the agreement by clicking on Print. You will have to follow the same process for all the required agreements. 21

22 REGISTERING A NEW BUSINESS CONTINUED Upon successfully signing all the required documents you will be able to click on Finalize Vendor Registration at the bottom of the screen. The final step is to sign the SOW(s) associated with your CSP Profile. This is important to ensure that you retain access to the projects you are certified to service. Click on View to view and sign. You will be asked to asked to confirm that you want to view the selected document for signature, click Continue to continue with the process. You are almost done signing the SOW. You have the option to Accept or Decline. Click on Accept to sign the SOW and Done when you reach the final screen. Once you return back to the Portal you will be asked to re-authenticate your login in order for the changes to take place! 22
