3 5. The EFAST2 registration process provides a summary of the information you provided. Please review and make any corrections before submitting. If all the information is correct, you may submit it at this time. 6. Upon submitting, the EFAST2 registration process will acknowledge receipt and advise you to check the address you provided for a link to complete the credential process. This completes the first step of the process. 7. The EFAST2 system will automatically send you an containing a unique link. You must use this link to complete the process. The link is available for 90 days after you have started the registration process. If you have difficulty, contact EFAST2 at the number provided in the . If you do not receive the from the EFAST2 system within 5 minutes, DOL suggests: 1. Check your spam or junk folder for the . Some systems may think this is spam. 2. Go to the EFAST2 system and follow the steps outlined on pages 7 and 8 of this document. 3. Call the staffed EFAST2 Help Desk at GO-EFAST ( ) during the hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (eastern time). 4 8. To access your information, please answer the challenge question you previously selected. 9. You then be asked to read and accept two privacy statements. The first statement relates to your PIN. 5 10. The EFAST2 system will now ask you to create a password. The password is used to log into the DOL EFAST2 system. The PIN is used when you electronically sign your Now the EFAST2 system will display all your information including USER ID and PIN. 7 IF THE CONFIRMATION IS NOT RECEIVED The steps outlined below should be used if you do not receive an EFAST2 confirmation within the first 5 minutes of registering. The may have been blocked by your system s spam or junk mail filter or your systems firewall. There is a possibility you may have inadvertently typed an incorrect address. To complete the registration process, follow the steps below. 1. Go to the main menu page and click on the Login option located in the left navigation bar. Click on Login 2. 8 3. Enter the address you used when setting up your profile and select the Submit button. 4. If you have a valid address on file, you will receive a message stating you haven t completed the registration process. Select the Complete Registration button, which will return you to Step 8 (on page 4 of this document). If you received any other message, call the staffed EFAST2 Help Desk at for further assistance.
