1 Navigating the NEW! Logging into your account - Open click Login top right corner of homepage. Enter your Conway address and your OLD RLS2000.com password used to access the agent-side - if you cannot remember it click forgot your password and it will sent to you. Exploring Your Dashboard My Leads Activity Shows last active, recent searches, # of visits and follow-ups. Quick Links Displays all your leads & detailed information, contact info, site activity and daily overnight . 1
2 Quick Links My Leads: You will find all your overnight customers from RLS2000.com MLS PF a nd your Leads from CQR (Conway Quick Response) will be found here. To view or edit your leads click on either the leads name or view and edit on right side of frame. Tab Menu: Once clicked on the leads name you will see a menu of tabs that all contain pertinent information regarding your lead. You are able to change/modify the first 3 tabs the rest of them are known as spy-tools which track your customer s usage of the system. Customer/Lead Info Sales Info Updates Favorite Properties Favorite Searches Site Activity Tool Usage Lead History Contact Events 2
3 Select Edit Info & Sales Info to update or complete your leads information. You can reset their password as well. You are able to change/modify the first 3 tabs the rest of them are known as spy-tools which track your customer s usage of the system. To setup your leads overnight service click on Updates Create New Daily Search 3
4 Select your criteria for your lead be sure to check off the box to receive a copy of the overnight mail message. If you have other recipients of the overnight search enter them in the form field box separate addresses with a comma Click CREATE SEARCH Criteria is set if you need to modify select Update this Search Criteria or you can create a New Daily Search if in fact they are looking for different property types. Your lead/client will be able to modify their criteria as well and you will see their changes under tab LEAD HISTORY. 4
5 Creating a New Lead: Complete info under both tabs, Contact Info and Sales Info. When complete select CREATE gets sent to lead with login information and password. Link to sign onto Either you or your lead can setup their overnight criteria. Tip: Top of Mind Awareness - When creating your leads password use your first name or last name! 5

8 My Agent Profile Modifying your profile and adding a BIO. Log into your account by clicking on the LOGIN top right corner of homepage. From Your Dashboard Select My Agent Profile from Quick Links Scroll to the bottom and select EDIT (You can change your password as well) 8

Your Photo you can post a professional quality photograph in business attire with the following parameters JPEG image, 600 x 450 pixels, if you cannot resize your image please e- mail it to me- tmanning@jackconway.com and I will be happy to do it.. Click Browse. Find the location of your JPEG photo. Double-click on the photo, will see the text in the Image field, scroll to the bottom and click UPDATE AGENT. 1. Your BIO you can post a professional BIO of yourself please run spell-check; keep the font one size and the text color black for a professional image. 9

15 Customers Experience from the Public Side of Sign up at Modal Window - Currently we have the sign up at the modal window disabled on searching for listings - which is another way that a customer registers on the site for listings. Customer signs up from home page Signup link top right corner A customer can sign themselves up and select you as an agent. You meet a client at your open house and you give them your card you can give them the option of signing up for overnight mail make sure you ask them to request you as their preferred agent. All info in RED is required; once they complete the signup they will receive a welcome message with link to website. If a lead does not select a preferred agent they go to unassigned leads and referred out. 15
