3 1) Front Office Reports - Left Panel is now language supportable. Report group titles and report titles in the Left Panel are language supportable, that is, the titles will be available in your custom language. Please check below screenshot for the same. 2) Front Office - New UI. ezee Absolute Front Office is now available fully with new look and feel. 5 3) Configuration/Front Office - Guest Registration Card for UK region. You can configure customized guest registration card right from ezee Absolute configuration. Go to Settings -> General -> Print And Settings -> Set Template 7 as Guest Registration Card Template -> Save. Additionally, you will be able to edit the selected option using the Edit icon that is on the right of guest registration card search icon. The Edit operation will change footer area of this GR Card (RESTAURANT OPENING TIMES). Note: This guest registration card is accessible only for UK region. 6 You can also access the guest registration card template in the front-office from Edit Transaction -> Click on Guest Registration Card. Please see below screenshot to access guest registration card from front office. 4) Payment Gateway - GlobalPayments. We have integrated a new payment gateway with ezee Absolute PMS - GlobalPayments. 7 2) Refund: To enable GlobalPayments from configuration panel: Go to Settings -> General -> Display Settings -> Select GlobalPayments in Select Payment Gateway -> Click on Save. Please see below screenshot to enable payment gateway from configuration panel. ezee Absolute th October

8 To set information for using GlobalPayments payment gateway: Go to Settings -> Others -> Payment Gateway Settings -> Fill up information. Please see below screenshot. 5) Front Office - Added audit trail logs for adding meal plan, remarks, set release date. We have added audit trail logs on transaction level for adding meal plan, adding/removing remarks and for setting a release date operation from Walk In, Insert Transaction, New Reservation and Edit Transaction screens. 10 Screenshot #3: 6) MyKad Integration for Malaysia. Exclusively for our users in Malaysia: We have developed MyKad integration. Configure MyKad integration from configuration panel: Go to Settings -> Others -> MyKad Integration. Please see below screenshot for same. The chief purpose behind this integration is to load guest information like guest name, Address, ezee Absolute th October

11 City, State, Pincode, Nationality, Identity No, Gender, Birth Date, Birthplace and guest image automatically while creating a new guest profile in ezee Absolute Front-office. Let s see its effect on Walkin screen. Please Refer below screenshot of walkin screen. If you have integrated more than one work-stations, then on clicking the Mykad reader button, system will alert you with a pop-up as shown below : Here, you have to select one of the workstation and then click on Save button. If you want to read Mykad through selected workstation every time then checkmark the Remember me option and save the settings. As a result, Mykad will send request with remembered workstation every time and this popup will not open to select ezee Absolute th October

12 workstation. Now let s see which guest information will be loaded on Walk-in screen. Refer below screenshot for same. You can read Mykad from Edit Transaction screen too. Refer below screenshot. On clicking this button, current user profile will get updated. Please note one thing, if you have saved any one workstation in Remember Me, then system will not open any pop-up here to select workstation. 13 7) Front Office - Added new commission plan % on all nights (inclu. Tax) for Travel agent. Now, Travel Agent will be able to receive commission on room charge (inclusive of tax) for all nights by new commission plan added in the system - % on all nights(inclu. Tax). Please refer below screenshot. You can activate this plan from Edit Transaction -> Edit Other Information. ezee Absolute th October

14 As you know, commission will be posted to the respective travel agent on check-out. Additionally, we have enhanced Travel agent commission - Detail & Travel agent commission - Summary report. In Travel agent commission - Detail report we have added a new column - Commission Plan, and added a Commission Plan filter criterion for the report. Additionally, in room charges column, tax inclusive charges will be displayed for this new rule. Please refer below screenshot for same. Please refer below screenshot of report. 15 8) Address Finder Integration for UK region. Exclusively for our users in UK region, in this version of ezee Absolute, we have integrated Address Finder interface. If this interface is open in your property then you can configure this integration from ezee Absolute Configuration -> Settings -> Others -> Address Finder Settings. Please refer below screenshot showing link of setting page of this integration. Note: This link is visible only if this integration is open in your property. 16 Now let s start with how this integration will work. This interface will find the address of your guest from his pincode. For this, login in ezee Absolute Front Office. Use this interface on Walk-in Screen to find address. Please refer below screenshot showing Walk-in screen. After selecting the address from drop-down list, address and city will be filled automatically with appropriate values on Walk-in screen. 18 9) Front Office - Added new inclusion posting rule - On Custom Date. On enabling this newly added rule on inclusion, system will post the inclusion on your selected date. So refer below screenshot showing from where this rule will be available. This will add inclusion rule - On Custom Date - 30/06/2016. And this charge will be posted on night audit of 30/06/2016. ezee Absolute th October

19 10) Front Office - Stayview enhanced. Key Points enhanced for Stay view are as below : 1) Switch between detailed and collapsed room type view. 2) Displayed Confirmed Reservation/Total Inventory Count in collapsed room type view with color representation. 3) Block Room/Suite Block representation same as normal transaction. 4) Easy differentiation between Suite Block and Normal Block Room. 22 12) Configuration/Front Office - Group Invoice Template for Iceland country. We have developed a group invoice template - Template 2 exclusively for our users in Iceland. 24 You can print the folio using this template from Front Office. Please refer below screenshot for same. 13) Front Office - Hold Booking provision. Now, Guest/Booker will receive hold booking voucher on Hold Confirm/Unconfirm Booking guarantee. Initially, you have to enable the Reservation Voucher Setting from ezee Absolute Configuration -> Settings -> General -> Check In/Reservation Settings. 25 And so, you can take a reservation with guarantee(reservation Type) either Hold Confirm Booking or Hold Unconfirm Booking from Walk In/Reservation screen. Please refer below screenshot for same. ezee Absolute th October

In this version of ezee Absolute, we have enhanced Folio tab of Edit Group Transaction screen by adding 4 new columns. 1) Un-posted Inclusion - total of un-posted inclusion charges including tax, discount and adjustment if any. ezee Absolute th October

28 2) Room Charges (Incl. tax) - total of room charges including tax, discount and adjustment. 3) Extra Charges (Incl. tax) - total of extra charges including tax, discount and adjustment. 4) Additional charges - total of balance transfer, folio discount and folio adjustment.
