10 How To Open a Freescale Product Change Notification A list of Freescale change notifications distributed to you over the last 2 years will be visible. Click on the highlighted title of the notification you wish to view. 10

12 Freescale Global Product Change Notifications: How to Submit a Service Request
13 Service Requests All Customer notification s will include a link and instructions to open a Service Request (SR) A customer can use the Freescale SR to request to get customer copies of notifications, change the current customer contact information for their company, request additional information on a notice, or object to a notice. Sales can use the GPCN SR to change/modify the Sales Contact information for a Group code or if they have issues signing up in Contact List for Cust or Corp profiles For SR s concerning Freescale change or End-Of-Life notices, customers should select the SR Category titled Product Change Notification which includes the following Topics: Change Contact Information Need Clarification Need Further Information Data Notification Access Broken Objection to Notification Order Samples Request Cust Copy Notification 13
