2 Enter your username and password to have access to the Profile Admin Center. To obtain your Login ID, click on Forgot Login Info? and the information will be forwarded to you via . Please Note: If Predictive Profiles has branded a website for your organization please log in the Profile Admin Center from your customized link/url. Profile Admin Center (PAC) To access the PAC, please direct your browser to the Predictive Profiles Main Website located at If a branded website has been created for your organization, login from the customized link/url provided to you: We suggest that you bookmark or add this website to your favorites for quick and easy access. Enter your Username and Password. If you forget your login information click on Forgot Login Info? Enter in your address. If our database locates your address, your login information will be ed to you. Please do not set up candidates in the Admin Center to complete a profile. Direct them either to the Predictive Profiles home page or your customized URL initial screen and they can complete the profile from this screen.

3 Click on Manage Accounts to view your account information. Access to this feature will allow you to add additional accounts and authorized users. Account Management Master Account holders and authorized Administrators have access to the Account Management feature. Here one has the ability to add users, change settings of users and manage many other useful features.

4 Master Account Regional or Special account Sub Account or Branch Authorized users within an account can be restricted to limited information and account privileges. (4th Level) Four Levels of Access Authorized users will see a diagram of the account structure which may be a subset of your organization's entire account. Master Account: - Authorized head office users oversee all activity. Regional or Special Accounts Users view their activity and that of sub account within the same region. Sub Account or Branch Users view all activity within their sub-account including those profiles administered by all users contained within the same. User with restricted access within an account view only those assessments which they themselves have administered.

5 Enter Account Information Click on the envelope to send a newly added user their login information and instructions. Click on the Garbage Bin to Delete a user from the account Click on the pencil to edit a users information Click on Add New User to add further administrators Edit Account To edit your account information, click on the account of interest in the Account Structure. Here you can edit your account information such as changing your address, phone number, address etc. The table displays the authorized users within the account and their information. You can add, edit, and delete users. A user can be granted a number of options which are noted by the letters AOMVE; A=Active; M=Manage Account; E= notification of profiles completed. O=Order Codes; V=View others' activity;

6 Users with all features activated will have access to the account management function as well as all profiling activity within the account. 4th level of access To restrict a users access within an account, check off Account Active, Order Codes and Notification of completed profiles (AOE) The user will receive and have access to only those profiles which they themselves have administered. Adding a New User Enter in the person s name, create a unique username and password, provide telephone and address information. Check off the features that you would like the user to have. Leave out Manage Account and View Others Activity if you wish to limit the users access to their own activity only.

The Home office or master account administrator reserves the right to create a hierarchy of regions and sub accounts within the organization. Regional account holders may be granted access to do the same for the next level below them.

Regional account then becomes the parent account for a Sub-Account. Types of Accounts There are two types of accounts: 1. Special Regional Account: 2. Sub-Account (Branch/Agency)

9 Options for Administering Profiles: 1. Invite Candidate 2. Order Codes Options for Administering a Profile OPTION # 1. You can send an invitation to a candidate, or OPTION # 2. You can order a code and set them up on a desktop in your office to complete the profile.

10 Option # 1 Invite Candidate Direct link to survey is provided to candidate within the message. ***ordering a code is not necessary*** Option # 1 Primarily used for candidates who will complete profiles from a remote location outside your office. On the left menu bar, you would click on Invite Candidate under the Profiles section.

11 Select a profile, enter the candidates name and address. Authorized user is cc d on the invitation sent to the candidate. Option to personalize a message Click on send invitation to execute We recommend that you create a sub-folder in Outlook and retain your copies for reference Sending an Invitation Select the profile that the candidate will be required to complete. Enter candidates name and address. You will automatically receive a courtesy copy of any invitation you send. The subject line and message is defaulted. Users are able to change the message and customize the invitation. When the candidate receives the , they need only to click on the link embedded in the message Take the Profile and they will be directed immediately to the profile. They will not require an access code and the profile will automatically be attributed to the recruiter/administrator who sent the .

NOTE: Please follow up with the candidate to ensure he / she received this as some large providers (e.g., Yahoo and HotMail) classify many s as bulk messages and put these messages in a bulk and/or junk folder.

13 Option # 2 Specify quantity Choose the profile type Click on continue to obtain and view codes Codes ordered using this feature are provided to candidates who will be directed to a website address to complete a profile. There the candidate will be required to enter in the assigned code to complete the assessment online. Option # 2 Primarily this option is for those candidates that will be given the profile to complete in your office. Order these codes from the Profile Admin Center under Access Codes. Click on Order codes and indicate the number of new codes you require. Choose the profile type and click on continue to get your codes.

14 To print codes click on the print icon on the Internet tool bar Example Codes DO NOT USE! One unique code to be provided to each candidate Codes ordered remain in the View Codes folder for your reference up until the candidate completes the profile. Viewing Your Access Codes Ordered codes, will appear on your screen as shown above. Print these codes or refer back to them by clicking on View Codes

15 Black Codes are those that were ordered from the Order Codes Feature Red Codes: Candidate has been ed an invitation to take a profile View Codes Here you will see a list of codes that have not been used to complete a profile. Keep in mind however, that they may have been assigned. All codes and invitation in the View Codes folder are considered pending. Upon the candidates completing the profile it is automatically removed from this list and becomes part of your candidate tracker information, also recorded under view reports link.

16 DO NOT allow candidates to take a profile from this link! On rare occasions a candidate completes a paper pencil copy. As the administrator you would log in and enter their responses using a preordered access code from the menu. Take a Profile If a candidate completes a paper/pencil version of the questionnaire you as the administrator may order a code and then click on Take a Profile to enter in their responses.

17 View Reports Profile Type Select the profile by clicking on the drop down arrow. Account Choose the account for where you wish to view the reporting activity. Date Range The date defaults to the current month. Reset the date parameters as desired to retrieve historical data. You have the ability to retrieve activity by a specific date or date range. Sort by Sort activity by: Candidate, Date, Most Recent, Status and ID. # Per Page Amount of records displayed at one time per screen. Choose from 10, 20, 50 or 100 records per page. Last Name Search Enter in a candidates last name and retrieve only those records that match the last name entered. Click on Retrieve Listing.

18 To view a report including the candidates contact information and other details - click on the name The following is a list of candidates who have completed the profile. To view a candidate s results including contact information, click a specific name.

19 View Reports Edit Candidate Information Transfer Candidate This feature allows you to transfer a candidate s profile into another account. ***Master Account function ONLY*** Populate these fields with candidate information using the following tools To view the report click on Manager s Report Candidate Details To Edit a Candidate s information record click on Edit Candidate The Transfer Candidate feature is only available at a Master Account (Head Office) level. This feature allows you to transfer a candidate s profile into another account. If you obtain an electronic copy of the candidate s resume you will be able to copy and paste the information in the designated field. Edit Interview and Edit Notes fields can be populated with specific information that you wish to collect or track.

20 Sample Reports Sample assessments which you have registered to utilize within your account are available for downloading and review.

21 Retrieve candidate profiling activity by various sorting features. The Candidate Tracker The Candidate Tracker provides an up to the minute analysis of all screening and profiling activity. Retrieve the activity by various sorting features including Date Range and how many records you prefer to view on screen at a given time. Maintaining the status for each candidate record will allow for an up-to-date view of where they are in your hiring process and it also becomes an effective sorting feature. Features include sorting by: Most Recent 0 = Active AND Locations (the accounts) Date 1 = Deselected Name 2 = Hired/Contracted Source 3 = Holding Position 4 = Terminated Status 5 = Declined Offer Performance Account User

22 The Candidate tracker collects information on a candidate from the initial stage of entering into the hiring process. Features Include: Candidate s personal details, screening and/or profile results, interview, resume, performance, source, status etc. Click on View in any designated column to view pertinent information To populate any of these columns with information click on the candidate s name.

23 The Candidate tracker collects information on a candidate from the initial stage of having successfully completed the screening process. It provides an up to the minute summary of all profiles. Features Include: Candidate s personal details, screening and/or profile results, interview, resume, performance, source, status etc. Features: Date: Indicates the date the profile was completed. Name: Click on a name to view the candidate s personal contact information. Records are kept up to date as changes are saved. Source, Resume and Position are automatically populated by the candidates input. Items such as Performance, Interview, Status and Notes are maintained by authorized users of the Profile Administration Center (PAC). You may also track where the candidate is in the hiring process.

24 Candidate Tracker cont Click on the link to initiate an to the candidate. Resume: Click on View to access the Resume for those candidate s who provided this information during the screening process. For those who did not, a copy can be populated to this area by saving the information under the candidate s Name field. Notes: A place where free-form notes or comments are kept by a recruiter on a particular candidate. Position: This field maybe automatically populated by the candidate s selection of which position they applied to. Source: Sourcing strategies are labeled at the bottom of the screen. The number indicated in the candidates record under source is an automatic fill from the candidate response to the referral question on the test. Status: Populated and maintained by the recruiter, this feature becomes an effective way to identify where a candidate is in the hiring process. All candidates are considered active when first recorded in the tracker. Performance: The performance column can be customized to provide standardized reporting. Populate this field by clicking on the candidate s Name.

25 Candidate Tracker cont Delete: Click on delete to remove a candidate record from the tracking system. Invite: Click on this link to invite a candidate to complete a profile Profiles: Retrieve a result by clicking on VIEW. The View link for screening results may appear in red or green. This provides for a quick visual of either a pass or fail result. Red indicates the overall recommendation was a Redirect or Do Not Proceed. Green suggests a positive result with a recommendation of Proceed or Proceed With Caution.
