2 2 DEDERE The best way to sell & buy agri-commodities Market news and commodity information on Novella Agri Novella Agri is the news platform of Dedere AG for the food and feed commodity market. In addition to having their own editorial team (The AUDITOR), external media companies and market players also publish news articles and information on Novella Agri, many of which are available for free viewing. With the Standard membership, you have access to a small selection of current news articles, while the Bronze, Silver and Gold memberships include all news and Free sending of s through the Dedere Mailmanager The Dedere Mailmanager enables you to send offers and enquiries to potential business partners. Marketing actions such as sending survey and greetings to regular customers are also possible. Different templates are available for this. Standard Members can send up to 250 mailings per month for free, Silver Members up to 1000 mailings and Gold Members up to 3000 mailings. In order to send mailings you are required to rent the contact details of new potential customers in the Forum Dedere address database or to upload your individual address lists. Our assistants continuously revise and update rented addresses. It is also possible to export address details in an Excel file. Please note: A mailing comprises the sending of a mail as part of an marketing campaign in the Dedere Mailmanager. If you company for instance has 100 contacts to which you wish to send offers and enquiries on a regular basis a company with Silver Membership could send a total 10 offers or enquiries per month (i.e. 2 x a week) without incurring additional costs.

3 3 Statistical evaluation of your mailings (+ click statistics) Sending your offers and inquiries with the Dedere Mailmanager offers you unique advantages. As a Standard and Bronze member, you receive a statistical overview of how often your mailing was opened and clicked. The graphic representation in the form of a pie diagram also shows how well your mailing was received by the respective target groups (value-added steps: farmer, producing companies, trader, dealer, processing industry, etc.). Statistical evaluation of your mailings (including detailed click statistics) Silver and Gold members also receive a detailed overview of the click behaviour of each mailing recipient.

4 4 The AUDITOR commodity information service (1x weekly) Since its introduction in January of 2009, the commodity information service The AUDITOR supplies the food and feed market with independent and current news and information from the sector. Moreover, the online newspaper The AUDITOR is published digitally every Friday. Silver and Gold members also receive this bundled summary of the most important news of the week within the scope of their subscription. (Note: The weekly summary is only published in the German language at this time.) Price charts on Novella Agri It has already been more than ten years since we started the internal recording of weekly changes in price on the food commodity market. This data has been processed and is provided as a price chart for Bronze, Silver and Gold members within the scope of their subscription. We have created more than 75 price charts, providing an overview of the price development for commodities from the categories nuts, dried fruit, oilseeds and cereals.

5 5 Price information on Novella Agri The price information provided on Novella Agri comes from market partners from around the world through interfaces directly from the countries of origin, providing the current prices for more than 750 commodities several times a week. And new products are added almost every day. This important price-comparison tool is available to Bronze, Silver and Gold members, supplying the most current prices not only for nuts, dried fruit, oilseeds and cereals, but also for legumes, spices, coffee, etc.

6 6 Commodities, Law and Regulations in Novella Agri In the Novella Agri category Commodities, Law and Regulations Bronze, Silver and Gold members may find a great selection of additional information on trading with commodities, the latest jurisdiction and dealing with complaints, quality management and much more. Import and export statistics in Novella Agri In the Novella Agri category Import / export statistics a great selection of additional information is available for Bronze, Silver and Gold members on commodities such as nuts and dried fruits or oil seeds and grains. The import and export statistic as such deal with the global production outputs and the most important producing countries. They also comprise the EU trade with third countries and German international trade. The data is clearly presented and rendered available as an Excel file with charts. The commodity data packages Hard facts and figures include the information provided in the import export statistics and the price development of the last few years (dating back up to 10 years). 7 7 Calendarium (harvest calendar) The Calendarium harvest calendar offers detailed information on global harvest periods and production volumes in the countries of origin for a multitude of commodities. The most important growing countries for each product are shown in different colours on a world map. A sample product (flaxseed) can be viewed at any time, and Silver and Gold members have full access to all harvest information on Calendarium.

8 8 Unlimited Access to the Address Database (Forum Dedere) Forum Dedere is the address platform of the Dedere AG. Here you have access to the entire address database of the Dedere AG, which includes more than 26,000 companies from the international food and feed industry. Our addresses contain additional information such as contact persons and the main products of the individual companies. Gold members have unlimited access to the latest address and contact details in the Forum Dedere address database. Free use of the address database with the Dedere Mailmanager Gold members have automatic access to all contacts in the address database Forum Dedere. This will save you from having to rent individual addresses and buying address packages. You can use the address database without restrictions for sending your offers, enquiries, announcements etc. with the Dedere Mailmanager. Dedere Marketplace (Dedere Emporium) Dedere Emporium is the market place of the Dedere Universe. Interested market players publish their offers and enquiries free of charge. Offers/enquiries do not need to be visible to the public. Offers/enquiries can be directly sent to rented and personal address contacts. Offers/enquiries can be published anonymously on Dedere Emporium with Dedere Marketplace. If requested, the traders of the Dedere Deutschland GmbH will provide assistance in marketing offers/enquiries and concluding contracts. This service is free of charge for Gold members. 9 9 Minimum term and modification of the membership The minimum term for a Bronze, Silver or Gold membership is 6 months. The membership can be terminated up to 3 months before the end of term; otherwise the membership is automatically extended for another 6 months. For other terms, the membership is automatically extended by the stipulated period. This is how current memberships can be modified: Upgrade: Memberships can be upgraded at any time. You can seize the advantages of the more comprehensive service package from the very day you change your membership, whereas the higher invoice amount will only be due in the following month. In upgrading your membership, the contract period will start from the day the membership has been changed. The invoicing period you have selected, and the contract period will remain as agreed in the hitherto existing contract. Downgrade: Memberships can be downgraded at the next possible termination date. The selected invoicing and contract period will remain as agreed in the hitherto existing contract. Company users per membership Within the scope of Bronze, Silver and Gold memberships, up to three persons from your company can have access to the subscription services. Each additional user is invoiced with a surcharge of 3 EUR (Bronze), 10 EUR (Silver) or 20 EUR (Gold). All services included with the membership are personalised, except for use of the Mailmanager and the address database. Sent mailings and leased addresses are invoiced per company, not per user. As a Standard member, you can send up to 250 mailings per month with the Dedere Mailmanager, Silver members can send up to 1000 mailings and Gold members can send up to 3000 mailings. Mailings that were not used are not carried over and expire at the end of each month. Gold members receive the first 150 addresses free of charge. These addresses are automatically leased for one year. If the Gold membership is maintained beyond this period, a total of 150 addresses can be leased again free of charge within the scope of the membership after the lease period expires.
