1 Annex A to the Tender Specifications: Price schedules and price scenarios The prices for the tender must be tendered: - in EUR (the EUR is to be privileged. Only if contracts in EUR are not allowed by the local legislation, or if invoicing in EUR is not allowed or if the tax and duties exemption is not allowed if linked to a contract or invoicing in EUR, then it is possible to allow for prices to be in the local currency); - free of all duties, taxes and other charges, including VAT, as the European Union is exempt from such charges under Articles 3 and 4 of the Protocol on the privileges and immunities of the European Union - using the unit price schedule and the price scenario tables in annex. During the validity of the tender and the implementation of the contract, prices cannot be revised. They can however be indexed in conformity with art. I.3.2 of the framework contract. The unit price schedule for staff profiles and the price schedule for fixed price services are binding during the implementation of the contract. The price scenarios for "Time and means" and for "fixed price services" are where the contracting authority has estimated the quantities of the services over the duration of the contract in order to compare the financial tenders. When completing the scenarios, the tenderers will specify the same unit prices tendered for in the unit price schedule, will multiply them by the quantities indicated by the contracting authority for each item and will calculate the total price. The price scenarios cannot under circumstances be considered to constitute a commitment on the part of the Contracting Authorities to conclude specific contracts, order forms or purchase orders (applicable only to the GSC) for the services and volumes concerned, and cannot give rise to any legitimate expectations on the part of the contractor. Remarks: Prices applying to services rendered during extended working hours and permanences, as stated in article 7.1 of the tender specifications, are calculated as the unit/price multiplied by maximum 1,5. All costs incurred in the preparation and submission of the tender are to be borne by the tenderer and will not be reimbursed.

The report will be delivered in pdf format as well as two paper based copies in colour print.
