2 1. How/when can I pay for tickets? The Second Chance Sales Platform will be operating on a first-come, first-served basis and the purchase of tickets is immediate. Payment for the tickets is made in Euro. Tickets can only be bought by credit card (MasterCard and Visa only). Once you have selected your tickets, they will be reserved in your basket for 15 minutes. The order will only be final once payment has been confirmed as being debited from your credit card. You will then receive a confirmation confirming your ticket purchase. We suggest that your credit card registered in the ticketing portal is valid at least until the end August 2016 in order to allow processing of a refund in case you buy conditional tickets for the knockout stage and your team is eliminated before the chosen match. 2. I cannot log in to the portal. What can I do? If you forget your password, use the Have you forgotten your password? in the login window. The address you provided in your application will be used for you to create a new password to access your personal account. After logging in with the new password, you can change it by clicking on your name on the top right corner of the page and choose Change password. Confirm your new password by clicking on Change. If you do not receive a new password by , please check the settings of your account and make sure that you can receive s sent by noreply@uefa.com as your provider may have blocked s from it as spam. If you use an integrated application such as Outlook, it is possible that this program could have automatically sent s from noreply@uefa.com to your junk folder. This could explain why the containing your new password has not arrived in your inbox. 3. Which currencies can I use to pay for tickets? All applicants must pay for their tickets in Euro ( ). 4. Can I pay for tickets if my card expires before the tournament? Please note that if you buy any conditional tickets for matches of the knockout stage and your team is eliminated from the tournament before this match, the value of the tickets will be refunded after the end of the tournament to your credit card registered in your purchase. 2

3 In order to successfully process the payment for your UEFA EURO 2016 conditional tickets we suggest that your credit card registered in the ticketing portal is valid at least until the end August When will I receive confirmation that tickets have been allocated to me? Once that payment is confirmed - you will receive a confirmation . Receipt of this will make your order final. 6. What information do I have to provide when purchasing my tickets? Applicants must provide the following information about themselves: - Last name, first name, date of birth, nationality, passport/id number, address, telephone number. In addition, applicants must provide information on the method of payment: - Credit card number (Visa/MasterCard), name (as it appears on the card), expiry date (mm/yy) and CVC/CVV2 code. 7. How can I cancel my ticket order? As tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, payment and confirmation will be immediate and the order will be final. Your order cannot be cancelled once it has been confirmed. 8. What VAT is applicable to my tickets? In accordance with the applicable French national law, please note that the 5.5% VAT rates apply and is included in the ticket price. 9. Can I pay for my tickets in instalments? All customers will have to pay for their tickets by credit card in Euro ( ) and in full. It is not possible to pay in instalments. Once you have selected your tickets, they will be reserved in your basket for 15 minutes. If your payment does not go through, you will have the option to attempt payment with a different card. The order will only be final once payment is confirmed and you have received a confirmation When and where will Tickets be delivered? Tickets allocated before 1 st April 2016 will be issued and distributed by the end of May 2016 to the delivery address indicated in your initial application. EURO 2016 SAS will not issue duplicate tickets 3

4 for any reason whatsoever. EURO 2016 SAS shall not be responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed Ticket(s) after their delivery to the Successful Applicant. In particular EURO 2016 SAS shall not be liable to refund any Ticket(s) or to re-print Ticket(s). 11. Which languages are available for the ticket portal? The ticket portal is available in three languages: English, French and German. 12. What kind of tickets are available? The following types of tickets are available: Single Tickets allow you to create your own combination of matches to best fit your requirements. Restricted View tickets: Restricted view tickets are seats with a slight view restriction due to structural elements existing in the venue. They are offered at a discounted price. Please note that all tickets for the knockout stage of UEFA EURO 2016 are conditional. The validity of these tickets depends on the performance of your team in the tournament. As soon as your team qualifies for the next round of the tournament your vouchers become valid. If your team is eliminated, the remaining conditional tickets become invalid and you will receive a corresponding reimbursement to your credit card after the end of the tournament. Please note that all price categories might not be available for all matches. Tickets with restricted view might be available for some matches. 13. Why are the tickets I originally selected not available? As the application you placed as a supporter of your national team was unsuccessful, the tickets you originally requested have been distributed to other fans. You have now been chosen for an exclusive opportunity to buy tickets for the tournament on a first come, first served basis. The Second Chance Sales Platform is a brand new chance to obtain tickets and therefore tickets and matches which you originally applied for may now no longer be available. 14. Where are the different categories in the stadiums? Tickets for UEFA EURO 2016 are split in four different positions within the stadium. The precise location of the categories will depend on the exact layout of each particular stadium. Please note that seats for the fans of the participating teams will be located in the corners of the stadium. Below you can see the layout of the different categories within these areas. 4

5 15. Can I sit together with my friends? Tickets that are part of the same purchase will, as far as possible, allow the ticket holders to be seated together. However, tickets allocated through different purchases cannot be provided with adjacent seating. 16. What happens if I buy conditional tickets? Will I receive a voucher? Fans who buy conditional tickets for matches of their team in the knockout stage of UEFA EURO 2016 will receive vouchers instead of actual match tickets. Validity of such vouchers depends on the performance of your team in the tournament. As soon as your team qualifies for the next round of the tournament your vouchers become valid and you will be able to exchange them for actual tickets in a Voucher Exchange Point in the respective host city where the match is played. Please note that only the applicant in person can receive the tickets in exchange for a voucher. 5

6 If your team is eliminated the remaining vouchers become invalid and you will receive a corresponding reimbursement after the end of the tournament to your credit card registered in your application. 17. Will there be other chances to purchase tickets? You will be able to purchase tickets from other fans wishing to sell their tickets on the Official Ticket Resale Platform. We advise fans wishing to buy tickets to check the Ticket Resale Platform regularly as ticket availability will change on a daily basis. More information will be published shortly on EURO2016.com 18.
