1 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 1. What is a Concession and Junior membership? Concession Membership fees apply to holders of a current Pensioner Card (aged, single parent or disability), or Veteran Affairs, or a student holding a full-time Student Card for Concession rates do not apply to those unemployed or family memberships. Junior Members with a game day Membership must be 15 years or under as of the 1 st of April 2018 and provide proof of age when requested. West Coast Fever does not provide, nor is it responsible for, supervision of Junior Members. 2. Are there Wheelchair bays available? Yes, wheelchair bays are available to purchase for membership. Please select Yes when asked if you require Wheelchair seating during your Membership application, alternatively you can call the Membership team on (08) or via membership@westcoastfever.com.au 3. How do I purchase a Family Membership? A Family Membership consists of 2 Adults and 2 Juniors. Once you have selected which type of Family Membership you would like to purchase (Emerald or Green Zone) you will need to select the Family Membership option. If you have 1 Adult and 3 Juniors, you will need to purchase 1 Adult Membership and 3 Junior Memberships. If you have 2 Adults and more than 2 Juniors, you can purchase a Family Membership and you will then need to purchase additional Junior Memberships. 5. I'm a Netball WA Member, how can my Netball WA Member discount be applied? Netball WA Members (who are not already West Coast Fever Members) can receive a discount on West Coast Fever membership by visiting the Packages page located at westcoastfever.memberlink.net.au The Netball WA Member discount is available on Centre Circle, Emerald and Green Zone and Fever Supporter membership categories only. To receive this discount, select the Category you would like the purchase and enter your MyNetball number into the Promo code field. A Netball WA Member applies to those who are affiliated with a Netball WA Club, Association or Region. If you are still unsure or did not receive an , please call the Membership team on (08) via membership@westcoastfever.com.au *PLEASE NOTE: The Netball WA Member discount DOES NOT apply to existing West Coast Fever Members and is for NEW Members only. Discount cannot be applied if you have already purchased a 2018 membership.

2 6. I m an existing Member, but my account states the incorrect Membership type? If you wish to change your package or current package is incorrect, please add or remove the package in the shopping cart. If you require any additional support, please call the Membership team on (08) or membership@westcoastfever.com.au 7. I was a junior member in 2017 but now my account says I m an adult member for 2018? If you are turning 16 years of age in 2018, you are classed as an Adult Member. Junior Members are referred to as those who are 15 years or younger as at 1 st April Full time students can apply as a Concession Member for Emerald and Green Zone membership categories. 8. I was part of a Family Membership in 2017, but now my account says I m not part of a Family Membership? One (1) or both Junior Members from the Family Membership are turning 16 years of age in 2018, so all Members have been given individual Memberships. If you have any concerns, please contact (08) or membership@westcoastfever.com.au 9. Can someone else use my Membership card if I cannot attend a game? Yes, but the person attending on your behalf must fall into the appropriate age category of the Membership purchased; If you have an Adult Membership, you can pass on your Membership card to another Adult or Junior wishing to attend a game. If you have a Junior membership, you can pass on your Membership card to another Junior. You CANNOT pass on your Junior Membership card to another Adult. If you wish to pass on your Junior Membership to an Adult, you must go to the Ticket Box Office on game day and purchase an upgrade ticket for an additional fee. 10. How do I purchase a parking pass? During your online registration process, you can select and pay for a 2018 parking pass for $30.00 for two (2) games at HBF Stadium*. Purchasing the HBF Parking pass provides members with reserved parking at the venue. If you did not select this option during the registration process, please call the Membership team on (08) or via at membership@westcoastfever.com.au *PLEASE NOTE: The cost of a 2018 Member parking pass is $30.00 and is valid for HBF Stadium matches only. There are only a limited number of parking passes available.

3 11. How do I update my details? Using your log in details, you will need to log in to your account online. Once logged in, head to the top of the page and click on "Update my Details". From here you can update your details and when you have finished, make sure you click on the "Update" button to save your updated details. 12. I have forgotten my username or password On the Membership website, head to the log In portal and click on the "I have forgotten my password" button. Here, you will be able to enter your address and your username and password will be sent to your account. Once you have logged in, we suggest you click "My Account" located at the top right corner of the website. Here you can change/update any of your details. You can also change your Username and Password. If you still encounter any issues, please call the Membership team on (08) or us at membership@westcoastfever.com.au 13. Centre Circle Membership Centre Circle Parking - If two Centre Circle Season Memberships are purchased members will be provided with 1 x complimentary season parking pass. Centre Circle members will have their seating allocated by West Coast Fever. If you wish to make a seating request, please forward this to membership@westcoastfever.com.au MEMBERSHIP PACK QUESTIONS 1. When will I receive my Membership pack? Members who have purchased their memberships in 2017, will receive their Membership card, fixture magnet and bumper sticker in early 2018 (date TBC). Scarfs (for Platinum, Emerald, Green Zone and General Admission categories) will be available for game day collection in Please ensure your postal details are correct when purchasing your membership. Additional postage costs may apply if your membership pack is lost or undelivered due to providing incorrect postal details to West Coast Fever. 2. Postage and Handling Fees All memberships purchased incur a West Coast Fever Postage and Handling Fee of $4 inc GST per transaction and Ticketek Service and Handling Fee of $3.95 inc GST per transaction.

4 SEATING QUESTIONS 1. I m an existing Member and want to ensure I keep the same seat. Members must renew their membership with the corresponding membership type by 11th November 2017 to retain same seating. Members who do not renew prior / on this date will be allocated a member s seat on a best available seat basis. If you have a specific seating request, please note this in your online purchase or call the West Coast Fever on (08) or membership@westcoastfever.com.au 2. I am an existing Member and want to change my seating allocation. During your online registration process, you can select and change your category. If you are experiencing any issues changing your category you can contact the West Coast Fever Membership Team on (08) or via at membership@westcoastfever.com.au 3. I am an existing Member and want to add another Membership. How do I ensure this additional Member or these additional Members are seated next to me? As you go through the process of renewing your Membership, you will come across some questions regarding seating. You also have the option to note down additional seating requests. Make sure you type the full name/s of any new Member/Members that you wish to sit next to. 4. I am a new Member and want to be seated next to existing Members. The same process applies as question How does the allocation of seats work and when will I know what seats I have? Allocation of seats will commence after the renewal period ends (From Monday 23 October 2017). Seats will be assigned by West Coast Fever and allocated in the order that each Membership application is received. Allocation of seats will be processed in the following order: 1. Renewing Members requesting the same seat 2. Renewing Members requesting a different seat or adding additional Members (renewal and new Member applications) 3. New Members (In order of each new Membership purchased) *PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee your seating request/s, however we will try our best to accommodate all seating requests. We will contact you, whether we can or cannot accommodate your seating requests before any seating changes are made.

5 OTHER QUESTIONS 1. I have lost my Membership card To report a lost or stolen Membership card you must contact the Membership team via phone or at least 5 days prior to the next home game. Your new card/s (subject to a replacement fee) will be sent out to you by express post. The replacement card and postage fees will be payable prior to your replacement card being sent out or available for collection at the following West Coast Fever Home Game. 2.
