1 Eticketing Help Guide Activating your account. If you have never purchased a ticket via our eticketing account using your Season Ticket or Gold Membership number then you will need to activate your account online. To do this please visit the login page and click the activate my account button underneath the login area. You will then be taken to a screen which asks for your fan number and surname: Please enter your current fan ID number and surname, and click Find My Account. You will then be taken to a screen to complete / update your account details. Once you have completed entering your details please click the complete registration button to create your account.

2 Once created, you will be able to see any active season ticket / membership privileges. Cardiff City v Manchester City Emirates FA Cup 4 th Round. Season Ticket Holder seats have been reserved for this fixture, in order to select your seat please ensure you log in to your etickets account (linked to your season ticket). To check this, once you have logged in please go to my account and cross reference the Fan ID listed. If you have activated the correct account, you will see the option Reserved Seats Drop down this option and you will see your season ticket seat listed, as well as season ticket seats of those individuals in your network. Select the seats you wish to purchase and add to basket

3 If you wish to purchase more seats (subject to ticketing policy), please click the continue shopping button on the payment page, and return to the fixture to choose additional seats. If you are a current season ticket holder and have created an online account now please note this will not link to your season ticket, instead it will issue you a new Fan Id and so will not allow privileges to access this fixture. Please go back to the main page ticket hub, and sign in again but this time activate your account by clicking have an existing account? activate it now and follow instructions.

4 How do I buy tickets for friends and family online? Friends or family (who are Season Ticket holders or members) will first need to activate their account online via eticketing.co.uk/cardiffcity. The same address can be used to register more than one fan ID, but we advise that a different password is used for each account (as the online system cannot differentiate between two accounts with the same login details). Individual addresses are preferred. Once each individual has been registered they will need to be added to the lead purchaser s Network in the My Account section of the eticketing homepage (once the lead purchaser has logged in). See below for a step by step guide Basics 1. Once you have clicked the My Network section (see above), please click the add members button in order to add a friend or family member to your network (see below).

5 2. You will next be prompted to enter your friend or family member s surname and fan ID Number under the Search for an Existing Member tab 3. Please click search when you have entered the correct details - then click the add member button as seen below 4. Once you have added a member to your network, they will appear as below

6 Permissions (For Cup fixtures) 5. If you wish to purchase reserved tickets for Cup fixtures or similar events, you will need your friend or family member s permission to do so. You can register this by clicking on the drop-down bar next to your friend or family member s name/fan ID and click edit next to their member s ID (as shown below) 6. Once you have completed this step, you will be prompted with an option to request to manage your friend or family member s ticket online. Please click the send request button as shown below:

7 7. If you have completed this step correctly, your screen will display as follows 8. Once you have completed this step, you will not be able to purchase reserved seats for your friend or family member without them accepting your request. To accept the request, they will need to log into their eticketing account online and head to the My Network section to accept. They should see a request similar to that below in the My Network section of their eticketing account. They will need to click the accept request button in order to give permission for the main account holder to manage their tickets (as below)

8 9. Once this step has been completed, the lead purchaser should log in to their account and any reserved seats (if applicable) will be displayed as below 10. At this stage, the online booking process can be completed as normal. ENDS
