6 You can reach Agent Services several different ways. By phone, or log in and use VIP Answers Online! *Please note all Member informajon must be sent via VIP Answers Online for HIPPA Compliance.
7 Enter the 3 digit Agency ID and the Alpha- numeric Registra7on code provided by your agency and then click to select the cer7fica7ons available to your agency.
8 Enter the 3 digit Agency ID and the Alpha- numeric Registra7on code provided by your agency and then click to select the cer7fica7ons available to your agency. You must click link after entering Agency ID for contracted lines of business available for your contracted agency.
9 Choose those companies you wish to train and certify for. Then complete your agent profile. Please only select lines that you have an active Insurance license to market for. PLEASE NOTE: You will have to sign a producer agreement for each of the selected certifications (See Producer Agreement pg. 1)
10 All Fields with a Red * are a required field You must provide a valid address to receive your user name and password. Social Security # is required to be appointed
11 All Fields with a Red * are a required field DOI License/User ID: Florida: P South Carolina: New York: Valid DL in good standards is required to be appointed Be sure to validate your DL is in good standings
12 All Fields with a Red * are a required field Select Submit once Complete
13 Once you click submit, you will receive a message stajng that your profile was created successfully. If you click on the Back to Login link you will be directed back to the User Home Page to log- in with the password ed to the address provided.
14 Once you have your profile, you will receive a Welcome containing your password at the address provided Your user ID (Insurance License number) and your password will be sent to your .

16 Please follow the requirements to ensure a valid password is selected Example: Pa$5word
17 Click on the Appropriate year you intend to certify for and begin the process
18 Select to allow Appointment with State DOI Complete the Professional Profile. For any Yes answers in this sec7on, you are required to provide an explana7on in the text box provided.
19 Don t forget to select agree. Your name will be inserted for Digital Signature. You will need to add your DOI license number and click Submit.
20 Comple7ng the Commitment to Compliance agreement; read each of the statements and select I agree when complete. Click the check box, enter Your DOI License Number and click Submit
21 You will need to select a year and a company you wish to Certify for. Global Freedom Health/Optimum Health Care AFC SCHMO America s 1 st Choice If you plan to certify for both you will need to sign a producer agreement for both lines of business
22 Download the Terms of Appointment
23 Open Downloaded PDF at bottom of screen
24 After you have downloaded and read the producer agreement ensure you click on the check box and E-Sign the Agreement.
25 Repeat the Process for any other Line of business you intend to certify for:
26 Click the Home Bottom to return you back to the main screen
27 Click on the year you intend to certify for
28 Payment OpJons Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): You must enter all correct account information and agree to the terms and conditions for EFT, then click the submit button to process.
29 Payment OpJons Mail Paper Check: You must provide name
30 You must complete an updated W9 form, all fields with a Red * must be completed to continue. You will not be able to select the City and state, it will auto populate once the Zip code has been entered
31 You must complete an updated W9 form, all fields with a Red * must be completed to continue.
32 You must complete an updated W9 form, all fields with a Red * must be completed to continue. Click Submit once all required information has been properly documented
33 When you have successfully updated your W-9 you will receive a confirmation on the page Click the Home button to return to the home page
34 Click on the year you intend to certify for
35 You can opt out of the Medicare General with an AHIP Cer7ficate. You are ready to go to the training & tes7ng sec7on, select the company you wish to cer7fy for. Click Submit once you are ready for tes7ng You will be presented the Medicare General and that Plan specific training & tes7ng informa7on. When you are finished, you will be able to then select the addi7onal plan specific cer7fica7on you wish.
36 Uploading an AHIP CerJficate 3. Click Upload 1. Click Choose File 2. A box will open to allow you to select your AHIP cer7ficate
37 Once AHIP has been loaded, Agent Services staff will Approve/ Deny based on document loaded Status will update to Approved or Denied.
38 The order of the tes7ng will first include the Medicare General (unless you have an Approved AHIP) and then the Plan Specific for the company you selected. Select the company you want to cer7fy for first. Then enter DOI License and click Submit.
39 Medicare General TesJng Click on each link to download and review the training materials When you are done review the materials you must check that you have reviewed the training materials and you may begin the test
40 Medicare General TesJng, cont. The tests are timed, you will have 60 minutes to complete each test presented Ques7ons are mul7ple choice or True & False. There are 30 Medicare General ques7ons and 25 Plan specific. You must pass with 85% on each. You will not be able to take a Plan specific test without either passing the Medicare General or providing a valid AHIP Cer7ficate.
41 Plan Specific TesJng In order to continue to the Plan Specific testing you will need to click on the Home button Then click on the Year you are certifying for You will notice on the Home Screen your Certification Score will be listed
42 Make your selections for the line of business you are going to take the Plan Specific Testing for
43 Click on the link to review the Plan Specific info prior to taking exam Click on the check box verifying you have reviewed the training material
44 Ques7ons are mul7ple choice or True & False. There are 30 Medicare General ques7ons and 55 Plan specific. You must pass with 85% on each. You will not be able to take a Plan specific test without either passing the Medicare General or providing a valid AHIP Cer7ficate.
45 When you have successfully passed the test you will receive a confirmation screen providing you with the score:
46 Your homepage will have your cer7fica7on confirma7on number, test scores, Clearance to Market, Announcements and contracted agency contact info. You do not need to send anything to your agency. They have access to your scores and confirma7on informa7on. You can now use the support services on the lel such as internal inquiries with plan support staff, view/order materials, online enrollment applica7on, etc.
