When you select a Master Code option, the appropriate search screen will open. When Home > Exit is clicked, the main browser will shut down and exit. 7

10 . My Work Status > Approval Pending Menu: Custom Tools > My Work Status > Approval Pending Ⅱ. Menu and Basic Function When creating new codes, or modifying existing ones, approval is sometimes necessary. In My Work Status users can review codes with status equal to Approval pending, Requested, Rejected, and Draft by clicking the relevant status button. Displays the list of user s codes under selected status. Approval Pending lists are shown when the tab is clicked. - Master : Requested Master Code Type is shown. - Code : Requested Master Code - Description : Master Code Description - Nation : Requested nation - Request No : Request number - Request Date : Requested Date - Requester : Requester - Step Duration Time : Time elapsed since request creation - Comment : Any user comment 9

Menu and Basic Function By clicking the Requested tab you can view a list of any new codes requested for creation, and modification requests. Requested items are shown. Menu and Basic Function Menu: Custom Tools > My Work Status > Rejected If you click the rejected tab, you will have the list of any codes you have requested that were rejected by approval party. Shows the list of rejected records. Menu and Basic Function Menu: Custom Tools > My Work Status > Draft If you click Draft, you can access the list of temporary storage codes for newly requested codes or modification requests. Shows the list of temporary code records 5 A list for temporary storage - Master : Requested Master Code Type is shown. - Code : Requested Master Code - Description : Master Code Description - Nation : Requested nation - Request No : Request number - Request Date : Requested Date - Requester : Requester - Step Duration Time : Time elapsed since request creation - Comment : Any user comment If you close window by clicking when requesting, or if you select Yes against the question Do you want to move current status to draft? after press close button, processing data will be on Draft. 5 After clicking check box, selected item will be deleted when click delete button.

15 . Code Search Menu: Custom Tools > Customer > Code Search Ⅲ. Master Code Search and Inquiry This page is for searching existing codes. You can refine your Search by inputting items such as Code, Customer Name, Business Usage, and HMM Sales Person, etc. Also you can use * to search for full list. Each code is comprised of eight digits. The first two digits refer to Nation, the second four digits refer to Master, and the last two digits refer to Customer sequence Code. When searching Customer Name, you must input only Customer Name and avoid inputting special characters such as CO., LTD, PVT, GMBH., BV. You can search data base by clicking Search or pressing Enter key. The number of results for your enquiry are shown. A list of the results shows in ascending order. If you click Code, you can see the list in descending order. - Starting word search : XXX* - Ending word search : *XXX - Partial word search : *XXX* - Click the menu on the top to be resorted.

16 . Code Search Menu: Custom Tools > Customer > Code Search > Value List Search Ⅲ. Master Code Search and Inquiry A list of search criteria is obtained by clicking. You can search items such as Nation, Location, State, and Control Office by clicking. If you click, Nation Search Value List will show. If you click Search or press Enter key, a list of searched results will be shown. You can also search by inputting specific Code you want to search. For example, AE. Searched results will appear in ascending order by Code. If you choose relevant code, the code will be sent to the main search page. - Click button to do Value List Search 5

17 . Code Search Menu: Custom Tools > Customer > Code Search Ⅲ. Master Code Search and Inquiry This page is for refining search criteria by clicking Value List. You can search items such as Customer Account Group and Trade Type by using scroll down menu of Select Value List. If you want to search Customer Account Group, choose category in Value List and click Search. For example, if you choose Shipper&Consignee, searched results for Shipper&Consignee will be shown. 6

18 . Code Search > Detail View Menu: Custom Tools > Customer > Code Search > Detail View Ⅲ. Master Code Search and Inquiry For more detailed information, click the relevant code. A Customer Code is then shown. Customer information is categorized into Common, Sales and Account information. - Common : Common and required. They are Code, Master Customer Code, Nation, Control Office, Customer Name, Address - Sales : Sales items. They are Sales Person, Sales Person Phone No, Sales Person Fax No, and Sales Person . - Account : Account Items They are Accounting Person, Accounting Person Local), Accounting Person Phone No, and Accounting Person Fax No. If you click the icon, detailed description will be shown. 7

Master Code Search and Inquiry When checking detailed information of Master Code, you can view the History of modification. If you want to check only modified data, tick item box for View Changed Data. You can then view the date when users have modified criteria. 8

25 . New Customer Creation > Overview Ⅳ. New Code Creation Summary Request Customer code is requested through MDM. CNTR Global Traffic Coordination Team, Bulk Business Planning & Development Team, and Account team approve code. RHQ also have the same authority to approve code. (After approved, Accounting Team update additional account information. 26 . New Customer Registration > Pre Check Menu: Customer > Request > Pre Check Ⅳ. New Code Creation This page is for Customer Registration by clicking Request. The same company must use the same Master Code as assigned to that company. Therefore, search the code already registered through this page. You can use Description and Master Code as search conditions. You can search Master Code by pressing Enter key or clicking Search. Search list for Master Code will show in ascending order. When choosing Master Customer Code, it inputs automatically choosing data of Master Customer Code and Master Customer Name as below. 5 5 You can search relevant nation by clicking or inputting in person. If the nation you want to choose is CN, CA, or US, you must choose State. - Firstly, check whether there is relevant Customer s Master Code, for your customer. Use this code for creation. A sequence code will automatically be assigned for a different location/address within your nation for the same named company. 5

New Code Creation 6 When registering Customer, you have to choose Customer Account Group for customer category. 7 If Customer Account Group is Shipper&Consignee (non-personal), Shipper&Consignee (Personal), Shipping Company, Business Usage is activated and you have to choose Container or Bulk. 0 8 You can register new Master Customer Code by searching on the top or inputting in person. If you input new Master Customer Code Name, Master Customer Code Will be automatically created by system. 9 After completing input for each item, you will go to the next step after clicking Next. 0 If you input the existing Master Customer Name, a window will appear as followed. You can choose whether you use the existing code or not If Nations are stated as US, CN, CA, the state is mandatory. -Input Business Usage according to Customer Account Group. 6

28 . New Customer Registration > Input Detailed Information Menu: Customer > Request > Enter Values Ⅳ. New Code Creation This page is the next step of Pre Check. Relevant items are automatically input according to previous step. This step allows user to input remaining detailed information. Customer information is broadly distinguished into Common, Sales, and Account tab. - Common : Common and required. Required input items are different according to Account Group and Nation chosen in the previous step. - Sales : Sales items. If you chose Shipper&Consignee (non-personal), Shipper&Consignee (Personal), or Shipping Company as Account Group, input this category. - Account : Account items. If you chose Affiliate, Others (non-personal), Others (Personal), or Special, input this category. - Input two tabs according to business function when requesting to create code. - Sales Customer must input Common and Sales Tab. Account Customer must input Common and Account Tab. 7

New Code Creation Customer > Request > Enter Values > Value List If you search input value, please click If you click, Look Up Table referable to input value will appear. If you input invalid value, it will not be saved. 5 This is for search function of Look Up Table. After search, if you click Search, searched results will appear. If you click Clear, you will go to the initial page. You can search starting word and ending word. If you check Not, opposite results will appear. You can search separately if you choose alphabet or numbers on Description or Code. 5 - Begin with : Starting Word Search - Contains : Including Search Word - Ends with : Ending Word Search - Equal to : Synonym Search - Is empty : Null Value Search 8

New Code Creation Customer > Request > Enter Values > Save In the initial page, the icon is seen as. If you input any data, the icon is transformed into. If there is error in process to save, the icon is transformed into. If every input item is temporarily saved correctly, the icon is transformed into. are mandatory fields. So, please input data without fail. You can check error and duplicates, by clicking Save. - Duplications are checked with Nation, Control Office, Customer Name, Address, Location, Main Phone No, Main Fax No, Business Registration No, Resident Registration No. - If Nation is KR and Account Group is one of Others (non-personal), Shipper&Consignee (non-personal), Shipping company Slottage,Charterage), Business Registration No is included in duplication factors. - If Nation is KR and Account Group is Others(Personal) or Shipper&Consignee (Personal), Resident Registration No) is included in duplication factors. - : Starting Screen or ready to save - : Input data does not saved - : Error occurred - : Other fields except are required to be inputted 9

31 . New Customer Registration > Input Detailed Information Menu: Customer > Request > Enter Values > Error Ⅳ. New Code Creation If Error appear, is transformed into. If you click, relevant Spec and Error message will pop up. In the box popped up, If you click Attribute in Error, you can directly go to the item which should be modified. Then modify the errors. After modifying all the errors, click Save. You can check the errors in input value by clicking Save. If the icon on the left side of the top in the page is transformed into, it is on temporarily storage. - : Starting Screen or ready to save - : Input data does not saved - : Error occurred - Save : Error check of input value and temporary saving - Apply : Apply to temporary saving value 0

New Code Creation Customer > Request > Enter Values > Close If error occurs, will appear. You can save data by correcting error. If required input item is not filled, or value is not inputted properly, will appear. You can check what error is by moving your mouse cursor over the icon. If you correct error and click Save, it will be disappeared. If you click Close to close the window, the box will appear as followed. If you want to cancel the work, click Cancel. If you want to delete temporary storage code, click Yes. If you want to save, click No, and then you can confirm the data in My Work Status. You can click Save after correcting every error. You can check error of inputted value by clicking Save. If the icon on the left side of the top is transformed into, it will be saved temporarily. - : Starting Screen or ready to save - : Input data does not saved - : Error occurred

33 . New Customer Registration > Complete Requested Ⅳ. New Code Creation Menu: Customer > Request > Enter Values > Requested 5 5 You can check error of inputted value by clicking Save. You can check current state by seeing the icon on the left side of the top. If you want to make a comment on the request to an approver, choose in Comment item and write a message in the blank next to the item. After writing, click Request. Next, the box will pop up as shown. If you click X on the right side of the top, it will be sent to Draft. - : Starting Screen or ready to save - : Input data does not saved - : Error occurred

New Code Creation Customer > Request > My Work Status > Request Requester can check Requested in My Work Status of Custom Tools. If you click Requested, you can confirm what requester has asked for. You can check detailed requested information by clicking master code. - If Requested Code is approved or rejected, a mail will be sent to user.

New Code Creation Customer > Request > A mail that a user requested to register a Master code is sent to an approver. It offers information about requested master code. If approver clicks the link, Approval Pending of My Work Status will appear in a new window. If you click Approval Pending, a list to be handled will be shown. - The mail describes Code, Description of Customer, request region, requester, request date, and any Comment on request.

36 . New Customer Registration > Confirm Requested (Approver) Ⅳ. New Code Creation Menu: Customer > Request > My Work Status > Approve This page is for approver s My Work Status. If you click requested master information, detailed information will appear. Check an error. If there is, modify and save. When you approve or deny, You can choose and comment on the reason. If you approve Master Code, click Approve. If you deny it, click Rejected. If you click Close, the window will be closed Approver has to check required items and important attributes thoroughly, and approve. 5

37 . New Customer Registration > Rejected (Requester) Menu: Customer > Request > Rejected Ⅳ. New Code Creation This is the sent to requester to deny approval. A message describing that requested master code detail is rejected is sent to requester. It offers requested master information. If you click the link, Approval Pending of My Work Status will appear on a new window. You can check rejected item by clicking Rejected. The rejected reason can be checked by clicking. 6

New Code Creation Customer > Request > Approved This is the mail describing requested master code is approved. A message that the code is approved is sent to requester. It offers requested master information. If you click the link, a window for Customer Code Search will appear. If you search requested master code in the opened search window, you can search created code. 7

40 . Customer Modification > Overview Ⅴ. Master Modification and not In Use Summary When Customer s Modification or not in use occurs, Global Traffic Coordination Team, Bulk Business Planning & Development Team, Accounting team approve. In addition Regional HQs have the same authorities. 41 . Customer Modification > Search Menu: Custom Tools > Customer > Code Search Ⅴ. Master Modification and not In Use When changing the customer information, you can change it through searching code in MDM. Authority for modification is available to any requester. You can confirm menu for modification by clicking the right mouse button on searched Customer. - You can confirm menu for modification by clicking the right mouse button on searched Customer. 0

42 . Customer Modification > Input Detailed Information HMM Global MDM System Project Ⅴ. Master Modification and not In Use Menu: Custom Tools > Customer > Modify > Enter Values When modifying, you can modify only Common and Sales items. If you want to modify Account items, you have to request it to the person in charge of Account. If there is, it is required to input even when it is modifying. Before clicking Request, if you need to comment on request to approver, choose Comment item or fill in the blank. 5 Use field is to set use or non-use of code. When creating code, it is done with Default Y, But if you do not want to use code any more; modify it to N, it becomes Non use code by approval procedure. 5 - Modification of optional fields could be made by end users, but modification of mandatory fields requires approval.

43 . Customer Modification > Input Detailed Information HMM Global MDM System Project Ⅴ. Master Modification and not In Use Menu: Custom Tools > Customer > Modify > Enter Values When you have completed updating modified items, click Request. If you don t save and click Request, a new message will appear as followed. Then click Save then Request, and a new window describing code as correctly modified will appear. After finishing inputting modified items, click Save and Request. If you want to modify required items, the mail will be sent to approver. After approval, modified items are saved. When required items are not modified, modified items are applied directly. - When modifying required items, ask the person in charge to modify. - Modification except for required items is applied directly.

Master Modification and not In Use Menu: Custom Tools > Customer > Modify > Request Users can check Modification requested in My Work Status of Custom Tools. You can see detailed matters requested by clicking Requested. You can confirm detailed information requested by clicking code.

Master Modification and not In Use Menu: Custom Tools > Customer > Modify > A mail that an user requested to register Customer Master is sent to an approver. It offers information about requested master. If you click the link Click here to go My Work Status, a window for Approval Pending in My Work Status of MDM will appear. If you click Requested, detailed matters requested will appear. - Approver can check approval requested through mail.
