We measured a curved glass display of a smartphone with UULA to detect the shape of the glass. We also measured the gap and offset between the glass and the frame µm 210 µm 191 µm 128 µm

4 9 // // 10 CASE - Microfluidics CASE - Advanced packaging We measured a transparent microfluidics chip with UULA and detected 3D dimensions of the microchannels. Also height and width of the channels were measured. The seal quality was detected from the 2D intensity images. The quality of the samples ranged from good (left) to failed (right).
