The escort section Backpage.com is known to be used by prostitutes as a source advertisement to solicit their 6 services. Sergeant B. Daven texted Burns, via cell phone, using the contact number ( ) that was posted on the webpage. The ad stated 7 that Burns accepted donations. Burns stated that she would meet with Sergeant B. Daven at the hotel. 8 9 Burns arrived at approximately 9 hours in a blue 2007 Nissan dr automobile. Burns was the passenger. Burns knocked on room 2 and freely 0 and willingly entered the room when answered. After a little small talk, asked "How much to fuck (meaning sex)?" Burns replied "$200." then asked Burns if she would do anal (meaning anal sex). Burns replied "yeah" and that she normally 2 charges extra. Burns stated it would helpful for a little extra money. Burns exited the front passenger's seat and walked to room and freely and willingly entered the room.
