4 1. Introduction [Maintenance mode] can be entered from transaction standby screen by using keypad, pressing Clear Enter, 1, 2, 3. Also can be entered from error standby using the same method. 6 2. Detailed menu by functions Maintenance mode main menu In Teller Mode, Menu can only be accessed with password; System Mode can only be accessed with its appropriate (system operator) Password. Host Mode, Reset, Cash, Config function can only be access with Master Password. Teller Mode Menu-1

10 2.1 ATM initial setting menu Terminal No (Path : Host Mode -> Terminal No) Insert the assigned ATM number. Method: 1. Using the Character, Number to enter the numbers. 2. Press save button to save. 3. Press OK to exit Routing ID (Path : Host Mode -> Routing ID) Enter the ID obtained from Processor. Instruction: 1. Enter using the Character, Number buttons. 2. Press SET button to save. 3. Press OK to exit.

11 2.1.3 ATM ID (Path : Host Mode -> ATM ID) Enter the manufacturer s ATM ID. (Already inserted by default) Method: 1. Enter using the Character, Number buttons. 2. Press SET button to save. 3. Press OK to exit Number of Cassettes (Path : Cash -> Num of CST) Enter the number of cassettes inserted Method: 1. Choose the number the Cassettes are inserted. 2. Press OK button

12 2.1.5 Denomination (Path : Cash -> Denomination) Choose the menu corresponds to number of denomination Set Denom List for the amount of each denomination, Set Cassette for denomination of each cassette. Please note: In case of ECDM-300(6K) dispenser, the value of denomination MUST be set with Dip of each boxes. (Please refer to ECDM-300 manual) Printer Type (Path : CONFIG -> setup TM -> Printer Type) Choose the printer supported by the ATM. 1 by default

13 2.1.7 Card Type (Path : CONFIG -> Setup ATM -> Card Type) Choose the card reader supported by the ATM. 1 by default CDM Type (Path : CONFIG -> Setup ATM -> CDM Type) Choose the Dispenser type supported by the ATM. 1 : LCDM 1K 2 : LCDM 2K 3 : ECDM 2K 4 : ECDM 4K 5 : ECDM 6K

14 2.1.9 Switching (Processor) (Path : CONFIG -> Setup ATM -> Switching Co.) Choose the processor from the list for transaction Nation (Path : CONFIG -> Setup ATM -> Nation) Select the country ATM is operating

15 Comm. Type (Path : CONFIG -> Setup ATM -> Comm. Type ) Choose the communication method ADA Permit (Path : CONFIG -> Setup ATM -> ADA -> ADA Permit) Enable/Disable ADA status.

16 Date/Time (Path : Teller Mode -> Date/Time) Set the Date/Time 2.2 Cash register/ Settlement setting menu Add Cash (Path : Teller Mode -> Add Cash) Cash register menu Choose the box and denomination, enter the amount, and press Insert. And press Quit button print cash register receipt, then Exit.

17 2.2.2 Settlement (Path : Teller Mode -> Settlement) Closing transaction menu Day Close : Transfer the Total amount to Host -> after completion, the receipt will be printed, then, registered amount will clear ( message transfer ) Trial Close : Total amount will be printed. Does not clear the amount already registered. ( Message transfer ) In trial Close, message will not send, it will just print the information on the receipt. 2.3 Transaction setting menu Confirm Receipt (Path : CONFIG -> Setup ATM -> Confirm Receipt) During the setting of transaction, it will check if receipt is wanted or not.

18 2.3.2 Out of Paper (Path : CONFIG -> Setup ATM -> Out of Paper) During transaction, setting to check to see if receipt is wanted or not Default Balance (Path : CONFIG -> Setup ATM -> Default Balance) Setting to check for default balance before withdraw, transfer transaction.

19 2.3.4 Balance Display (Path : CONFIG -> Setup ATM -> Balance Disp) In ATM transaction type, setting for balance display enable/disable IDLE Disp (Path : CONFIG -> Setup ATM -> IDLE Disp) Setting for display items on Transaction standby screen.

20 Count Image Setting for the number of images to display Display Time Setting for time display time length for each image.

21 Image Upload Setting for the image on the SD card to upload to ATM Extension for the image must be in GIF. This file must run with animate GIF tool EMV Setup (Path : Teller Mode -> Next Page -> EMV) EMV related settings Fallback Option Enable : Allow M/S transactions. Disable :Does not allow M/S transaction (M/S: MagStripe)

22 Selecting setting for automatic options for US Common AID (Application Identifier such as Visa, MasterCard, etc.) Enable : If there are multiple AIDs exist in a chip based card, then ATM automatically selects AID (US common domestic one as first preference) rather than a customer chooses one. Disable : All available AIDs (options) on a chip based card will be shown to a customer for his/her own selection Amount Range (Path : Teller Mode ->Amount Range) On transaction standby screen, it will show remaining amount. (in a preset form) Range Set : Set the checked amount range. Enable/Disable : Set the function by enable/disable

63 3.4 Bill despenser_lcdm To refill cassette with cash 1) Pull out the cassette using the handle marked handle below. 2) When inserting the cassette back after refill, simply push the cassette all the way back. Since there is a spring at the end pushing back, you must push all the way in until it feels snug, and feeling the click. Figure Bill Despenser 3) Hold on to the handle of the cassette, and pull the cover up to open the cassette. Pull the Handle forward, and secure it. 4) Inside the cassett, press the pusher switch, and pullto the front of cassette, secure it on the hook. Figure 8. Cash Cassette 5) Place the cash inside the cassette between the pusher and the back, front of the bill exit slot, push the pusher switch, and slowly push the pusher back.(line up the cash along the right or left side of the cassette). 6) When the cash fill is complete, close the lid, push it back in the dispenser slot. (Make sure it is all the way in until the click is felt)

64 3.4.2 Fix dispenser error 1) Check the back of the dispenser for power and data cable. 2) Pull the cassette forward, and check for anything that may be blocking the path. 3) Check for the path on the dispenser for anything in the path.
