Included within this release are configuration wizards for the 3116 and 3216 controllers. These wizards guide the user through the device configuration process with interactive help text and graphical demonstrations of configuration options - making the configuration process much simpler and intuitive. The advanced user can also create their own wizards using the View Builder option. 2 View Builder View Builder is a new option in itools - details of the new order code are given below. It allows the user to create PC based user screens for views to suit their process - whether simple process monitoring, diagnostics displays or screens to assist with the commissioning of a product. Setpoint Programmer Editor itools Version 5 Setpoint Programmer Editor (integrated and standalone) has been enhanced to provide support for the asynchronous programmer option available in the 2704 Controller Version 6.0. The Standalone Setpoint Programmer Editor is an option - please see details in the new order code detailed below. itools Engineering Studio The main itools program, now known as itools Engineering Studio, has substantially enhanced usability. Flash Memory Editor for 3116/3216 Some features within the 3116/3216 - Text Messages, Recipe Definition and Parameter Promotion - are configured by downloading to the flash memory in the instrument.

3 Flash Memory Editor for 3116/3216 Some features within the 3116/ Text Messages, Recipe Definition and Parameter Promotion - are configured by downloading to the flash memory in the instrument. itools supports this capability with a new Flash Memory Editor incorporated into the itools Engineering Studio Support Version 5 includes support for the Eurotherm 2580 controller, version 3.60 and the model 25F0 controller, version Support Version 5 includes support for the 2704 controller, version /3216 Support Version 5 includes support for the 3116/3216 controllers, versions 1.05 and Configure by Ordering Codes Due to support reasons, this facility has been removed from itools Version 5.
