This is the home page of the application. The major links (buttons) available on this page would lead you to the following interfaces: Record (For entering information)
2 Report (For generating reports) 5. To make new entry, kindly click on Record tab on the Homepage and then click on New entry as shown below in fig 3: Fig.3 6. The following window shall appear as in fig. 4: Fig.4 7. Fill all the basic details in MONTHLY TEST RECORD FORM as under:- i) Select year from the dropdown list available against year column. ii) Select month for which entry of marks is to be made. iii) Select class for which entry of marks is to be made. iv) Select subject for which entry of marks to be made.
3 v) Enter Name of subject teacher. vi) Enter Employee Id of subject teacher. vii) Enter total students reading in above selected class. viii) Enter students appeared in above selected class ix) Enter no. of students obtaining marks as per category. 8. All information related to this section is mandatory. 9. Now click on Save button to save the filled information. 10. A dialogue box will appear on the screen mentioning Data Saved as in Fig.5. Fig.5
4 Edit/Update Section 1. To edit/update the information, kindly click on record tab and select edit/update Marks tab as shown in below image fig.6: Fig.6 2. Now select month, class and subject as shown in below image (fig.7). Fig.7 3. Click on View button to view the detail as shown in fig.8.

11 Entering additional data for Classes 1-8 In Monthly Test Monitoring System For schools; Jan 2018 MAT 1. Go to Select the application as MTMS and the role as School. Enter the UserName & password provided to you, as shown in figure 1 below. Click Submit. Figure 1: Login page of MTMS 2. On successful login, you would be presented with the screen shown in figure 2 below. This is the home page of the monthly test monitoring system. Figure 2: Home page of MTMS
12 3. Use the menu above to navigate the website. Go to Record menu to enter assessment data, as shown in the figure 3 below. Figure 3: Record menu in MTMS 4. Upon clicking the record menu, you would be presented with three option: a. New entry (Marks): Use this option to enter marks in the old format, like in previous monthly assessment tests. b. Edit/update (Marks): Use this option to edit the marks uploaded in the old format, like in previous monthly assessment test. c. Question wise(1 to 8): Use this option to enter additional data for January 2018 MAT. The data to be entered is Number of students answering a question correctly in an exam paper. The data would be collected only for the first 5 questions, of the main subjects of classes 1 st 8 th. 5. The school should first enter all data in the old format by clicking the New entry (Marks) option in the record menu, like done in previous monthly assessment test. The format for old data entry is shown in figure 4 below. Figure 4: Old data form in MTMS
13 6. After all data is entered in the old format, go to record menu and click on Question wise(1 to 8) to enter additional data in the new question wise format, as shown in figure 5 below. Figure 5: Select 'Question wise(1 to 8)' from the 'Record' menu to upload data in new format 7. After clicking on Question wise(1 to 8), you would be presented with the page shown in figure 6 below. Figure 6: Page for entering question wise data for classes 1st to 8th 8. Select the class for which you want to enter data, as shown in figure 7. All other details such as school code and school name would be automatically recorded.
14 9. For each subject of the selected class, enter the number of students who answered the given questions correctly in January 2018 MAT. For example, If in class I Hindi, 21 students answered question 1 correctly, the data would be entered, as shown in figure 7. Figure 7: Entering the data in the new format 10. In this way, fill data for all the 5 questions for each of the main subjects of classes 1 st to 8 th. For subjects which are not applicable in your class, leave the fields blank. After all the data for a class is entered, click save, as shown in figure 8. Figure 8: Click save after entering data for all subjects 11. To enter data for another class, repeat steps 8, 9 and To edit data entered in a class, simply go back to that class page using the class (1-8) dropdown as shown in step 8. Then, change the values that you want to edit and click Save again.
