3 General technical description of the TRB range: Since 97, launching year of the first TRB at Huchez, these compact universal winches are renowned thanks to their high reliability. Machined and welded steel drum and aluminium housing: different length available and possibility to adapt on request. Single or phase motor: range of power and tension. Three types of controls: very low voltage, frequency variator (speed variation), direct control. Disconnectable control box (except on the frequency variation VV and direct control CD models). Seal greasebath helical reduction gearing. Control cable:, m long. Numerous options are available: limit switches, grooved drums, second cable clamps, rope press rolls, marine paint, higher protection indicator IP, special speed. Some of these options require the very low voltage power or the frequency variation: radio control, electronic load limiter, rope slack switch. 5 In low voltage, speed variation or direct control Three types of controls according to the use of your TRB: Very low voltage control The very low voltage control protects the user from electrical failures. It is recommended for outside use. It makes it possible to operate a wide range of options: from limit switch to radiocontrol and including a load limiter and rope slack switch. Motor: IP protection Single phase 0 V 0 Hz phase 0/00 V 0 Hz other voltages/frequencies on request. Automatic disk brake working on continuous current. Disconnectable control box on. m curled wire. Electrical box: IP protection Frequency variation control In addition to the low voltage advantage, this control offers a variation of the winding speed, with gradual starting and stopping, possibility to configurate for a smooth handling. It allows speed variation via a potentiometer from 0% to 00% of the nominal speed. Possibility to program different speeds.
