4 Preface This is operation manual of CSGC-3000/EMS Energy Management System(SCADA), which mainly serves operator of dispatching automation system and it can become reference material for system test engineer, engineering staff. The operation manual can be used together with CSGC-3000/EMS Railway Energy Management System engineering maintenance technical manual. The operation manual mainly serves operation of energy management system, while CSGC-3000/EMS engineering maintenance technical manual mainly discuss system maintenance operation. If you hope to have further understanding of the system or you have any questions, please refer to CSGC-3000/EMS engineering maintenance technical manual. 4

7 1. Introduction of system startup and operator interface 1.1 System startup Startup method in Windows operating system The systems have two startup methods in Windows operating system: Method 1: double click csgcrun.exe program icon in desktop, as shown in Fig Fig Desktop icon Method 2: use combinations csgc3000,as shown in Fig ,click OK. +R, Run dialogue box will pop up. Input Fig System startup Login interface will pop up, as shown in Fig

8 Fig Login interface Select user group, user, input password, select Period of validity. User group is predefined. Different user group will have different authority. Select with dropdown box. User will be user in current user group. Select with dropdown box Password is corresponding password of current user. The password differentiates big letter and small letter.. If user enters the wrong password, tip will pop up, as shown in Figure User can reenter the password again; select on upper right, inquiry information will pop up, as shown in Fig Click OK to exit GCI. 8

9 Fig Password error Fig Exit confirmation Period of validity refers to user s operation time limit to login the system once. After the set time limit is exceeded, current user will be logged out automatically. At this time, user will lose operation right. He needs to log in again. User can select period of validity as 8 hours, 1 day, permanent or self-defined period through drop down box. Self-defined period of validity can be set 1 min as the minimum unit. After inputting correct user group, use, password and period of validity, click Enter to open GCI main interface, as shown in Fig Fig GCI main interface In the figure, Help interface introduces main operations in GCI and 9

10 some menu functions. The detailed introduction will be made in the following section. In the figure, user name is displayed at lower left corner of GCI main interface, as shown in Fig Click, "logout" In this zone to cancel the current user for user exchange. 12 1.2.2 Exit method in Linux operating system Open Linux system terminal, input csgc3000,as shown in Fig Fig Linux system terminal Click Enter, GCI and the related processes exit. 1.3 Introduction of monitoring interface Monitoring interface is displayed after startup as shown in Fig According to distribution of interface functions, the interface can be divided into several regions, as shown in Fig Division of GCI main interface 12

13 Each region of GCI main interface will be introduced in detail in the following Introduction of title bar Four commonly used buttons for online operation of operator and four basic graphical directories are set in title bar. The four buttons and graphical directories are predefined when system starts, as shown in Fig User can configure them in Function zone-display setting according to their requirements. The specific procedures will be introduced in the following part. Fig.GCI main interface-title bar Four commonly used buttons include: 1) Overall graphic display: click the button to make graph shown in the entire graphic display region. If current graph has covered the entire display region(the default size of the graph is the same as the size of graphic display region), graph will not change after the click. 2) Clear flash graph: click the button to make current flash graph stop flash and restore to normal state. 3) Electric flute, bells: click the button to check whether current work status of electric flute, bells is normal or not. 4) Historical alarm: click the button to view historical alarm information, as shown in Fig

14 Fig Inquiry of historical alarm information Historical event inquiry module will not be introduced in detail in this manual. Common Buttons displayed in the interface can be configured through function menu Display setting System button setting - System button. If user needs to use the function, related software should be purchased. Specific configuration process will be introduced in Section Four basic graphical directories include: main screen, system overall diagram, node status graph, channel status graph. It can be configured through function menu Display function - System button Setting - Page button. Specific configuration process will be introduced in Section Related content will be explained in detail when introducing online operation. 14

15 1.3.2 Introduction of graphic display region Graphic display region is main part of GCI interface. The graph which need to be monitored by operator will be displayed here. At top of it is tag page, which lists the graph name in open status, as shown in Fig Fig Main interface- Graphic display region Main operation of graphic display region Multi-graph switch: Multiple graphs can be opened in graphic display region at the same time. After each graph is open, one tag page is added. Background color of currently browsing graphs tag page is black blue. Other opened tag pages are black. Single click tag page to make graph switch. Double click tag page to close the corresponding graph. Stepless zooming Roll back mouse wheel to reduce the graph. Roll forwards mouse wheel to enlarge the graph. Click entire view to adjust size of the graph automatically and display the complete graph. Translation of graphic If graph exceeds the boundary of graph display region after it is enlarged, user can move the mouse while pressing mouse right button till the graph has been moved to the required position. Thus translation of graph is realized. Entity selection 15

16 Left click to select single entity. Press mouse left button to select several entities Introduction of function region Function buttons are put in Function region. But comparing to buttons in title bar, buttons in Function region are not used so frequently. Therefore, after GCI is started, function region is generally in hidden state. Move mouse to middle left of graph display region, function region will pop up. Function region will display to the left of graph display region. Move mouse within the range of function region. Function region can be fixed as shown in Fig Fig.GCI main interface-function region In Function region, five buttons in the above figure are called level 1 buttons. When mouse is moved to the button, the background color of the related button will become sky blue. It shows the function button has been selected. In Fig , mouse is put in application module position. If there is arrow head icon to the right of button, it shows this button has level 2 button. Move mouse to the arrow head, level 2 button will pop up. 16

17 After level 2 button pops up, screen of Function region will be fixed. When mouse is moved outside Function region, the screen will not be hidden. Move mouse back to level 1 button, the opened level 2 button directory will be closed automatically. After closing level 2 button directory, move mouse outside Function region, Function region will be hidden automatically. The following are the detailed description of level 1 function buttons and the auxiliary level 2 function buttons Application module: Level 1 buttons, set 2 level 2 buttons, as shown in Fig Fig Level 1 buttons in function region-application module 2 level 2 buttons are: 1) Report: click the button to open report module. 2) Sequential control: click to check sequential control windows, as shown 17

18 in Fig Fig Sequential control window Display setting: Level 1 button, no level 2 button is set. This button is mainly used to display system configuration. The related items can be inquired or modified. The setting includes system display configuration, equipment coloring configuration, display value coloring configuration, button setting. 1) System display configuration There are 4 tag pages for system display configuration. They are system preference, measurement filtering configuration, display style, flow display configuration. Setting method of system preference 18

19 Fig Level 2 button of function region-display configuration-system display configuration(a) As shown in Fig , system preference can set: Refresh interval of real time data: Including overall refresh interval (default as 60000ms ), state value refresh interval(default as 500ms) and analog refresh interval (default as 5000ms ) Flash configuration: Including flash interval (default as 500ms) and flash style (loom, two colors switch, two colors gradual change) Single legend: Decide whether the same legend will be displayed repeatedly in tag page of graph display region. clicking shows the same legend will only appear in tag page once, when user opens existing legend by the way apart from tag page twice, it will jump to the open legend; if not, clicking, it shows that the same legend will appear in tag page for several times, as shown in Fig

Click Close button to close current interface and return to GCI main interface. If Close button is clicked but the modified configuration is not saved, the previous modified configuration will be invalid. Measurement filtering configuration method Fig Level 2 button of function region-display setup-system display configuration (b) As shown in Fig , in measurement filtering configuration, user can select whether to display acquisition measurement and calculation measurement and the filtering measurement type. If display is required, tick in the related small window; if not, please be sure to get rid of.user can 20

21 make fast setting through the shortcut keys of Select all and Cancel all in lower right of the interface. After selection is made, click Save button to save the modified configuration. Click Close button to close current interface and return to GCI main interface. If Close button is clicked but the modified configuration is not saved, the modified configuration will be invalid. Display style setup method Fig Level 2 button of function region-display setup-system display configuration(c) As shown in Fig , in display style setup, graphic zoom ratio can be modified. Select whether to display tip automatically and whether to switch background color dynamically. If display is required, tick in the related small window; if not, please be sure to get rid of. Zooming ratio is the ratio between the graph which is enlarged or reduced once and the original graph when mouse wheel is used to adjust screen size. User can configure display color of status estimate, flow calculation, security analysis, fault calculation, load forecasting, operation ticket, real time monitoring and determine whether display them or not. When dynamic switch background color is ticked with,the configuration will take effect. Left click 21

22 module which needs to be modified, dialog box pops up as shown in Fig Fig Color configuration User can not only select the existing color, but also configure the color by himself. User can press Add to self-defined color(a) button to save and use the color easily next time. After configuration is completed, click OK' to complete configuration. Click Cancel to cancel the configuration and save the previous configuration. After selection and configuration is completed, click Save button to save the modified configuration. Click Close button to close current interface and return to GCI main interface. If Close button is clicked but the modified configuration is not saved, the previous modified configuration will be invalid. Flow display configuration method 22

If flow needs to be displayed, click in the related small box. If not, please be sure to get rid of. At this time the related flow configuration below is invalid. In related flow setting, flow measurement type can be selected(general active power of three phase, general reactive power of three phase, A phase active power, A phase reactive power, B phase active power, B phase reactive power, C phase active power, C phase reactive power ) and flow shape(arrow head, line segment, circle, rectangle ).Flow length, flow step length, flow interval can also be set. After selection and configuration is completed, click Save button to save the modified configuration. Click Close button to close current interface and return to GCI main interface. If Close button is clicked but the modified configuration is not saved, the previous modified configuration will be invalid. 2) Equipment coloring configuration System has altogether 5 coloring modes. They are voltage level, loop, topology island, charged symbol, alarm. 23

24 Voltage level: Different voltage will be colored differently to make distinction. The quantities of voltage grades is related to the installation selection Each level will correspond to an ID. Foreground color and background color of different voltage level can be modified accordingly. After modification is completed, click Close to return to GCI main interface. loop Different loops will be colored differently to make distinction. 24

Foreground color and background color can be modified directly by left click. Ring network symbol, flash and graph can be modified by double clicking the related region with mouse left button, as shown in Fig to Fig Fig Modification of ring network symbol Fig Select whether to flash Fig Add graph Ring network symbol can be direct input value, or click to make addition and reduction operation with 1.Click in flash bar means Yes ; if not, means No..Click below graphic bar, dialog box will pop up as shown in 25

26 Fig Fig Upload local graph At this time, user can select any graph to upload. After selection, click Open button. Click Cancel button to cancel upload. When upload is successful, graphic name will be displayed in graphic bar, as shown in Fig Blank shows graph is not uploaded. Different loop will adopt different graphic symbol. 27 Fig Add new loop After the new loop is added, configuration is made according to the above method. User can also select one loop and click Delete button to delete. After selection is made, click Save button to save the modified configuration. Topology island, charged symbol can also be set according to the above method. After modification is completed, click Close to return to GCI main interface. Topology island: Topology network with different power supply will be colored differently to distinguish different power supply network. 27

The setting mode is the same to that of loop. Island symbol setting mode is the same to ring network symbol setting mode. Charged symbol Charged equipment and uncharged equipment will differentiate from each other with different colors; for charged equipment, different voltage level will be colored differently. Different charged symbol represents different charged level. 28

The setting mode is the same to that of loop. Charged symbol setting mode is the same to ring network setting mode. Alarm: Alarm equipments will be colored differently to differentiate them from normal equipments. 29

31 Fig Level 2 button of function region-display configuration-display value coloring configuration As shown in Fig ,there are 8 types of display values: remote measurement, remote signal, remote pulse, remote control, remote adjustment, host status list, RTU, channel. Each type includes 7 attributes: priority level, domain name, value, foreground color, background color, flash, graph. Remote measurement is taken as an example to explain. As shown in Fig and Fig

32 Fig Remote measurement configuration(a) Fig Remote measurement configuration(b) In 7 attributes of remote measurement, foreground color, background color, flash, graph are the same to the above loop. Double click the related region to set priority level, domain name, value with mouse left button, after it changes to screen as shown in Fig to Fig , the setting can be modified. Priority level means when the same display value satisfies two and above coloring configuration at the same time, it will display coloring configuration with higher priority level first. Smaller the value is, higher the priority level is. Fig Modification priority level For priority level and value, value can be input directly, or click to make addition and reduction operation with 1. The smallest system default priority level is level 30. Click in front of management configuration item, Add, Delete buttons can be used. At this time, user can add or reduce configuration according to the requirement. No is clicked in front of management configuration item, Add, Delete buttons are grey, which shows these buttons are disabled. After setting is made, click Save button to save the current configuration. After modification is completed, click Close to return to GCI main interface. 32

33 Configuration method of remote signal, remote pulse, remote control, remote adjustment, host status list, RTU and channel is the same as that of remote measurement. Refer to the above for the reference. 4) Button setting Fig Level II button of function region-display setting-button setting As is shown in Fig , there are two tag pages under button setting, to be specific, system button and page button. 34 Fig Level II button of function region-display setting-button setting-system button As is shown in Fig ,commonly used buttons are displayed on right: overall graph display, clear flash graph, electric flute, bells, historical alarms, etc. In system buttons, some commonly used functions are listed in buttons provided by system list. User can configure the commonly used buttons according to the requirement. Double click a piece of record or click button after selecting the record. Then the selected record will be displayed on the right. Fig is a piece of record user adds. 34

User can use arrow head and to adjust the position. Click save button, then the tip box will pop up as shown in Fig Fig Restart tip box After clicking OK, restart GCI interface, the configured set related equipment button will be displayed in title bar, as shown in Fig : 35

36 Fig Add commonly used button Setting method of page button Fig Level II button of function region-display setting-button setting-page button As is shown in Fig , after open page button by default, four basic graphic directories predefined by system will be displayed on the right: main screen, system overall graph, node status graph, channel status graph. System related graphs are listed in page provided by system list. User can use button or to add or remove according to the requirement. The method is the same as addition method of system button. Click save button, then the tip box will pop up as shown in Fig After clicking OK, restart GCI interface, the configured graphic 36

37 directory button will be displayed in the title bar Control setting: Level 1 button, no level 2 buttons are set. Click to inquire and modify remote control configuration, as shown in Fig Fig Level 1 buttons in function region-remote control module For remote control configuration the following 3 regions are included: Check condition before remote control 37

38 Logic condition check: check whether logic state of all the equipments in the station is allowed for remote control operation by the controlled equipments. If it can not be satisfied, remote operation is not allowed. LOTO((Lockout-Tagout)) symbol check: check whether the controlled equipments are LOTO. If the current equipment are LOTO, remote control operation is not allowed. If the check is required, click in the related small window. Remote control mode check Remote control selection: add remote control selection step before execution of remote control. Measurement point verification: after remote control command is issued, only when status of measurement point corresponding to remote control changes correctly, the entire remote control process is successful. Execution check: after remote control command is sent, and remote control execution check report returned by slave system is received, the entire remote control process is successful. Besides, while setting the above check, the added remote control check mechanism and period of validity of each check can be set. Double verification: when remote control command is sent, the controlled equipment name and serial number should be verified at the same time. Set remote control password duration: remote control password can be valid for a period. During this period, remote control command is sent again. There is no need to input the password twice. If some functions are required, click in the related small window. If no, please be sure to get rid of. Control point significance level: set control mode of the point to be controlled. Decide whether the point to be controlled needs to be monitored and whether password is needed when command is sent. Altogether 3 levels, the higher the level is, the more significant it is. If there is no need for level division, click in front of Temporary prohibition After modification is completed, click OK to save the setting and return to GCI main interface; click Cancel to return to GCI main interface, configuration is not saved thereby. 38

39 Graph operation Level 1 buttons, set 3 level 2 buttons, as shown in Fig Fig Level 1 buttons in function region-graphic operation 3 level 2 buttons are: Entire view: The function of this button is the same to that of entire view button in title bar. Normal: the graph is displayed in normal size. If current graph has covered the entire display region. The display effect of the graph is the same to that of entire view. Coloring mode: click to check coloring mode switch window, as shown in Fig

40 Fig Coloring mode switch window All the entities in graph can be colored according to the above 5 coloring mode. Different modes can be switched at random. Configuration method of coloring mode refer to equipment coloring configuration of system configuration. Different coloring mode will make different graph have different coloring focus in graph display region. Take main wiring diagram of some distribution substation as an example, if select voltage level coloring mode, main wiring diagram will be colored according to configuration of voltage level, as shown in Fig Fig Voltage level coloring mode If select Drawing color coloring mode, main wiring diagram will be colored according to configuration in drawing as shown in Fig

41 Fig Drawing color coloring mode Other tools: Level 1 buttons, set 2 level 2 buttons. They are: 1) Print: open a graph, after clicking Print, Print dialog box will pop up. User can set all kinds of printing parameters, as is shown in Fig

42 Fig Print After clicking Print, Print Preview dialog box will pop up, as shown in Fig ,click Print button to complete printing of the graph. Fig Print preview 2) Copy: after clicking copy, function region will be hidden. At this time, mouse left button will become screentaker. Press mouse left button and drag the rectangle box which needs to be copied. Release mouse left button, the save interface will pop up as shown in Fig

43 Fig Graphic copy 3) Select save path, input graph name, for example: example, select save type, as shown in Fig and then click Save. Click Cancel to cancel the operation. Close dialog box. Click mouse right button again to cancel copy work. 43

44 Fig Select save file path Click Save button, the previous screentaking graph has been saved in the directory of E:\csgc3000\bmp. File name is example.bmp. Find the graph in the related directory. Open the graph as shown in Fig Introduction of status bar Fig Saved graph Status bar is located in the bottom region of monitoring interface with alarm bar imbedded, as shown in Fig Fig.GCI main interface-status bar Upper left of status bar is Unlock zone. is Lock Screen button. The default opened GCI is in lock screen status. Click the button, 44

45 password authentication window as shown in Fig will pop up. After inputting the password, press Enter or click Login to Unlock screen, then the icon will change into.at this time, switch to other currently operating programs or switch to desktop by Alt+Tab.Under user logout status, if clicking this button to unlock screen, a dialog box with You don t have right to unlock the screen will pop up, as shown in Fig , user has to login and then unlock the screen. Fig Unlock tip Upper middle of status bar is alarm list with altogether 7 groups of information. They are: all alarms, channel status, host status, switch status change, remote measurement exceeding the limit, accident tripping, operation record. Each group of information is composed of an icon and a piece of information. The number displayed in right bracket of information is alarm item numbers of current type. If icon is small red button, it means there is alarm currently. If icon is small green button, it means there is no alarm currently. Click a group of information to open the alarm of the type. Host status alarm is as shown in Fig Fig Alarm list -host status alarm Upper right region of status bar is alarm processing region to process the alarm information. There are two buttons: confirm the selection and delete the selection. Right click confirm the selection, there are confirm the selection and confirm all functions; right click delete the selection, there are delete the selection and delete all functions. The left region below status bar is user information region, which can show user name. To the right of user name is logout/login button. Click this button to logout current user. User can login then. As shown in Fig and Fig To the right of user information region displays 45

Click to open alarm bar, then alarm bar will show. Introduction of alarm bar can refer to description below. The last unconfirmed alarm message is shown in status bar. Click to confirm the alarm message on display. Click to delete the alarm message on display. The entity in right status bar is silent alarm icon. If there are much audio alarm, operator has seen the alarm and there is no need to finish up listening to current audio message, user can click mute alarm button to get rid of current audio alarm queue. The click will not affect subsequent new audio alarm message Introduction of alarm bar Alarm inquiry and confirmation In lower middle part of status bar, between user information region and alarm message region, there are operation buttons of alarm bar. There are 3 operation buttons of alarm bar: open alarm bar, full screen alarm bar, hide alarm bar. There are different display modes for three operations in alarm bar. When system starts, only "open alarm bar button is displayed in status bar. At this time, alarm bar is in hidden status, user can not see it. As shown in 46

47 Fig Fig.GCI main interface-hidden alarm bar Click "open alarm bar button shown in above figure, alarm bar displays as shown in Fig Fig.GCI main interface-open alarm bar At this time, alarm bar will appear at the bottom of graph display region. User can see 4 alarm messages at most at the same time and can make alarm confirmation and alarm deletion operation. Alarm message will be sequenced according to time. User can check the alarm message with mouse rolling shaft. At this time, full screen alarm bar and hide alarm bar in status bar will be shown. The alarm message can be filtered according to alarm type, substation, bay and alarm level. There are 4 commonly used buttons to the right side. Entity is display setting button, click it then dialog box will pop up, as shown in Fig User can set priority level, description, foreground color, background color, font and font size of 9 types of alarms according to their own requirements. Fig Alarm level display configuration is print button. Click it, then dialog box will pop up as shown in Fig Operation of print button and that of print button in function region are the same. 48

49 Fig Print alarm and function identically as those in status bar, they are confirm alarm button and delete alarm button respectively. Alarm bar is key component of CSGC-3000 CSA/EMS. Alarm message will be listed with real time alarm mode. Each alarm message in alarm bar is composed of four parts: 1) Time: alarm in system will take time with its accuracy as ms level. 2) Type: alarm type. Different types of alarm can preset fonts with different colors for operator to make distancing easily. 3) Content: detailed alarm content, which can be revised according to requirement. 4) Confirmation: two states: please confirm and confirmed. When alarm is not confirmed, please confirm message will be shown; when alarm is confirmed, confirmation completed will be shown. For new alarm, "please confirm" will be shown in confirmation bar; alarm which is not confirmed is not allowed to be deleted. When alarm is confirmed, confirmation completed will be shown in confirmation bar. The confirmed alarm will be stored in historical alarm messages. 49

50 Audio alarm The alarm information displayed in alarm bar can be broadcasted in audio under necessary condition. Real time refreshed alarm in alarm bar can be broadcasted in audio. The content of audio alarm is generally: substation+bay+object+alarm reason.at site, generally, switch status change and protection event will be configured with audio. User can classify the related audio files into substation bay breaker alarmreason entitled folders, which are put in the path:csgc3000/sound/1. Take Qiangang site switch audio alarm as an example, the audio format is : qiangang 1#substation+1#main transformer+501switch+close/trip 50

51 2. On-line operation 2.1 Graph browse All the graph will be edited in GCD module before using monitoring interface of CSGC-3000/REMS. After opening monitoring interface, 4 main graphic directories predefined can be displayed in title bar: open main screen, system overall graph, node status diagram, channel status diagram. The four predefined graphs constitute basic graphic directory of EMS SCADA. With application of more advanced application modules, or practical requirement, user can add or remove predefined graphic directory according to previously introduced Display setting - Button setting - Page button. Bay diagram is automatically generated graph according to bay in single wiring diagram in GCD. It is saved in the substation directory. Operation of bay diagram is the same as the operation of main wiring diagram. Remote measurement list, alarm list, voltage bar chart and load curve are the graphs generated by script configuration. By link button in main screen, it can jump to the related graph. Refer to the introduction of the following section: Main screen Main screen is entrance of main monitoring screen. The directories of all the station access to dispatching center and centralized control centerand some important graphs are gathered in main screen, such as remote measurement list, alarm list, voltage bar chart, load curve, etc. Take Qiangang as an example: main screen includes two parts, to the left, it is the function menu embedded to graph region, to the right, it is substation list. It can open substation s main wiring diagram monitored by system, as shown in Fig

As is shown in Fig ,click Qiangang 1#substation button to open main wiring diagram of Qiangang 1#substation as shown in Fig System overall graph Fig Main wiring diagram System overall graph is important graph of monitoring interface to have centralized management and monitoring over all the substations. User can have a general understanding of power supply condition and load condition of 52

53 entire centralized control center. System overall graph is not main wiring diagram, but each entity in the graph is related to the practical equipments. After the graph is drawn, it is generated by dragging the equipments in model tree to the related equipment in the overall graph. Click a Hot button to jump to the main wiring diagram of related substation. It is convenient for user to have centralized management. Fig is system overall graph of Qiangang. Check node working status In all the node hosts, blue screen means the working status; black screen means non-working status. Determine different nodes communication condition by flow arrow head. Each node s CPU and memory occupation rate under each node will be shown and monitored in real time. Current tag page is colored blue. 2.3 Graph operation The graph operation is mainly for the operation of related equipment in main wiring diagram. 66

Since main operation in the graph is the same to that of main wiring diagram, there is no need to explain them one by one. If LOTO symbol inspection in control setup is selected, remote control operation will not be allowed after the equipment LOTO. as shown in Fig Manual setting Fig Remote control condition fails When switch or disconnector are put manual setting, the target value will take the reverse automatically, the color the switch or disconnetor with manual setting will change to special predefined color. If current switch state is trip, double click to open operation panel and then select manual setting. A window pops up as shown in Fig Now the target value is close. Click OK to make manual setting. The operation panel will close automatically after clicking. At this time, switch has been set manually. It shows close state in the figure. At this time, switch state will not be decided by practical condition. 73

Dragging other real time value to the window to add the corresponding curve and bar chart of real time value. 3.1 Curve window introduction Fig shows the opened curve interface. How to associate report data, please refer to the related operation selected by data. 2) Check object attribute Object includes basic attribute, data attribute, statistics attribute. Besides, object will occupy several forms of report. Click the form report object occupies. Object attributes will be displayed in [Attribute]window, [Data attribute], [Statistic window]; 3) Select object 107

108 Click Select object icon in Tool bar to select the form region occupied by form object. Generally the boundary occupied by report object, or cell format of form region occupied by report object. 4) Delete object Select form region occupied by report object (part, or all), then click Delete icon in menu to delete report object and clear the form region corresponding to report object. 5) Add, modify or delete object data For easy operation, select form region of report object, and select data point corresponding to [Data] attribute window; select reversely data point in [Data] attribute window to select cell corresponding to report object in report file. In [Data] attribute window, user can add, modify or delete object data and adjust arrangement order of object data. These operation icons are in Tool bar above [Data] attribute window, as shown in Fig Fig Data attribute window After adding or deleting report data, form region occupied by report object will be increased or reduced automatically. User can add or replace data through [Data selection] window. The detailed operation can refer to the related description of data in the previous section. Modification or addition or data can be completed through [Data selection] window. After data of report object is modified, the definition of each cell of the form region corresponding to report object will be displaced in default. 6) Statistic for add, modify or delete object 108

109 Select [Statistic] attribute window to select cell corresponding to report object in report file, as shown in Fig Fig Statistic type Double click last column of [Statistic] attribute window and select the required statistic type in the drop-down box to add statistic type of a report object. Double click the existing statistic type in [Statistic] attribute window. Select the required statistic type in the drop-down box. The current statistic type will be switched to the selected statistic type. Select statistic in [Statistic] attribute window, then click Delete button in [Statistic] window to delete the selected statistic type. General report object will only correspond to one statistic type. Creation of report object is to add a statistic type in default, that is sampling statistic. 7) Modify object time configuration Time configuration is in [Attribute] window. When time configuration node in [Attribute] window is opened, three slave attributes: time interval, numbers. Time interval refers to start and end of time. Interval refers to the interval when data is taken. Number is the number of time points. Number of time points can not exceed the maximum time point number. Maximum time number is decided by time interval and interval. Click the value column of the interface. In the showing interface, click the button, the interface shown as Fig will appear. 109

110 Fig Attribute The interface will appear as shown in Fig Fig Time interval configuration Interval type: it is decided by the requirement. Boundary will decide whether the data taken point will be included in the end time point. For example, set time interval as a whole day, it is from 00:00 today to 00:00 the next day. The time point will appear in 00:00 the next day. Click value column of the interval, the optional time interval will appear. Click value column of the number, user can directly input time point number in the interface, or select the maximum time point number. If the input time point number is more than the most time point number, user s input will be ignored automatically. The largest number of time point will be taken. 8) Modify arrange direction 110

111 Time arrangement decides arrangement direction and way of time; statistic arrangement decides arrangement direction and way of statistic type. Generally, there is only one statistic type. There is no need to modify statistic arrangement; parameter arrangement decides arrangement direction and way of data point. Arrangement direction of time, statistic and parameter will have impact on the form region occupied by the object. Open the three arrangement configuration items in [Attribute] window, three slave attributes of arrangement will be seen: direction, group format and priority. Arrangement direction means when there are multiple points, it will be distributed horizontally or vertically. Group format is used to insert empty grid when there are multiple points. These empty grids are generally used to input formula. Click value column of the group format. In the displayed edit interface, click button, Group form dialog box will pop us as shown in Fig Priority is used for prior arrangement when time, statistic, parameter is in the same arrangement direction and there are multiple points. Click to pop out equal interval setting Fig Group format Take time arrangement setting as an example, create new daily report, time interval is 1 hour. If formula statistic is needed to be added every 12 hours, it can be realized by setting group form of time arrangement. As shown in Fig , fill in the number as shown in Fig in Setting equal interval dialog box. 111

If user wants to exchange time and parameter layout direction, he can click Exchange horizontal and vertical axis icon in Tool bar directly. 4.5 Automatic print and automatic storage configuration If report program is running all along, the report which needs to be printed and saved should be checked regularly everyday.
