1 Form Configuration Part 1: add/remove fields/elements using the example of: add/remove the element series in Dates You will have to be logged in in OPAS as the same User that you wish to configure the form for. in OPAS: open System > Input Controls Configuration select Dates and click Edit if you have admin rights in OPAS: please select: will the configuration be for that one User (= individual configuration for the OPAS User) or for all Users per default If you don t have admin rights in OPAS, this window will not appear.

2 A window will pop up, showing on the right side the elements being already in Dates, und on the left side the elements being available for Dates. The upper boxes indicate in which tab of Dates you are right now. add element two possibilities: 1) select element on the left side, select empty space (= Spacing) on the right side and click on the right arrow

3 or 2) first create an empty space in the middle column via the following field: Two approaches: 1. move elements within forms: select element and put in on an empty space using Drag+Drop. A empty row/space will appear where the element used to be. Now you can put an element from the left side to the new empty row/space. 2. add/remove new empty spaces: empty row add: select row where you wish to add a new row and click. remove: select row to remove and click. empty spaces add: select row, use to create one two or three colums depending on your preferences and add the empty space using. The position of the fields in this row can be changed using Drag+Drop. remove: select empty space and remove using the left arrow. Now you can put an element from the left side on the new empty space/row. remove element two possibilities: 1) select element on the right side and click on the left arrow an empty row/space appears where the element used to be. or

4 2) select element on the right side, stay in that row with the mouse and click on in the following field: the row where the element used to be is being removed (even if the row had more than one row and if there were other elements in that row!). click OK security query if you have admin rights in OPAS: please select: will the configuration be for that one User (= individual configuration for the OPAS User) or for all Users per default If you don t have admin rights in OPAS, this window will not appear. close Form Configuration.

5 Part 2: import/export Form Configurations It s possible to exchange Form configurations with other OPAS Users. The Export/Import Configurations buttons are at the bottom. by clicking on one of the buttons the file manager will open where you can select source location (when importing) or target location (for exporting). Exported configurations can be zipped like any other file (i.e..zip or.rar) and can be send over to another User over the network or via . Click OK Close Form Configuration.
