2 A- Series To adjust the date and time: 1. Select the Date and Time icon. The Date/Time dialog is displayed. 2. Use the dialog keypad and soft keys to adjust the date, time, 12/24 hour format, date format, and daylight savings time. NOTE: If applicable, select Daylight Savings Time first before all other settings. NOTE: If the Daylight Savings Time On/Off button in the Date/Time dialog is inactive and cannot be selected, it is because the Daylight Savings setting has been set to Auto in the System settings. 3. Select the Accept to finalize your changes. 2

3 Bedside Monitors Accutorr Plus 1. Press and hold the TIMER / TEMP button located on the keypad to the right of the TIMER / TEMP LED Window until the second beep is heard approximately 6 seconds after the first beep. The Timer / Temp LED Window will now display the current HOUR (The Accutorr Plus always displays time in the 24hr format). 2. Adjust the HOUR as needed with the Patient Info UP or DOWN Arrows located on the keypad, just below the orange MUTE button. 3. After completion of the HOUR adjustment, momentarily press the TIMER / TEMP button to display the current MINUTE and again using the Patient Info UP or DOWN Arrows, adjust the MINUTE as needed. 4. After completion of the MINUTE adjustment, momentarily press the TIMER / TEMP button to display the current MONTH and again using the Patient Info UP or DOWN Arrows, adjust the MONTH as needed. 5. After completion of the MONTH adjustment, momentarily press the TIMER / TEMP button to display the current DATE and again using the Patient Info UP or DOWN Arrows, adjust the DATE as needed. 6. After completion of the DATE adjustment, momentarily press the TIMER / TEMP button to display the current YEAR and again using the Patient Info UP or DOWN Arrows, adjust the YEAR as needed. 7. After all adjustments are completed, momentarily press the TIMER / TEMP button once more to save your changes. NOTE: If the TIMER / TEMP or Arrow buttons are not pressed for a period of 15 seconds, the Accutorr Plus will return to the Normal Operating Mode and will automatically save any changes to the Time and Date. 3

4 Accutorr V 1. Press the Menu button located on the keypad to display the SYSTEM SETUP menu. 2. Press the Down Arrow button located on the keypad repeatedly until TIME SETUP is highlighted. 3. Press the OK button located on the keypad to enter the TIME SETUP menu. 4. Press the Up or Down Arrow button to move the highlighter to the setting that requires adjustment. When the field that requires adjustment is highlighted, press the OK button located on the keypad. 5. Press the Up or Down Arrow button located on the keypad to adjust the highlighted item. When the adjustment is complete, press the OK button located on the keypad. If additional settings require adjustment, follow steps 4 & 5 above. When all adjustments are complete, press the Menu button located on the keypad twice to return to the Normal Operating mode. DPM 2/PM Select Menu 2. Select System 3. Select Maintenance 4. Enter password Select Clock 6. From this menu you may edit the Date, Time, and Format by pressing Select, Up Arrow or Down Arrow and OK. 7. Press Return to save your changes. DPM 3/VS Press the Menu key 2. Select Time Setup and press the OK key 3. From the Time Setup menu, you may edit the Date Format, Year. Month, Day, Hour, and Minute. 4. Press the Menu key to save your changes. 4

5 DPM 4/DPM 5/PM8000E/PM9000E The date and time are set in the Menu> System Setup> Time Setup 1. Using the Navigator Knob, highlight Menu. Press the Navigator Knob to open the menu. 2. Use the Navigator Knob to highlight and select System Setup. 3. Use the Navigator Knob to highlight and select Time Setup. 4. From the Time Setup menu, you may edit the Year, Month, Day, Hour, Minute, Second, and Format. 5. Highlight and select Exit to save your changes. DPM 6/DPM 7/Beneview T5/Beneview T8 1. Select [Main Menu] [Maintenance >>][System Time >>]. 2. Set the date and time. 3. Select [Date Format] and toggle between [yyyy- mm- dd], [mm- dd- yyyy] and [dd- mm- yyyy]. 4. Select [Time Format] and toggle between [24h] and [12h]. If your patient monitor is connected to a central monitoring system (CMS), the date and time are automatically taken from that CMS. In that case, you cannot change the date and time settings on your patient monitor. How to Set the Clock/Date and Time Passport 2/Passport V/ Spectrum/Spectrum OR The date and time are set in the Monitor Setup Menu> Advanced Setup 1. Using the Navigator Knob, highlight Monitor Setup. Press the Navigator Knob to open the menu. 2. Use the Navigator Knob to select Advanced Setup, then select either Set Date or Set Time. 3. Turn the Navigator Knob to select a new setting. Once the desired choice is highlighted, press the Navigator Knob. 4. This setting is saved when Yes is selected via the confirmation prompt. 5

6 Trio How to Set the Clock/Date and Time 1. Select Menu 2. Select Monitor Setup 3. Select Time Setup 4. From the Time Setup menu, you may edit the Year, Month, Day, Hour, Minute, and Second. Select Normal Screen to save your changes V- Series 1. On the V Series touch the Date & Time located on the top right corner. 2. The Time & Date menu will be displayed. 3. After the Time has been changed press the Accept button and the changes will take effect. Note: If a V- Series monitor is connected to a Panorama system the V- Series clock will sync to the Panorama clock on the next discharge/admit. 6

7 Central Stations DPM Central Station 1. Click on the System Setup tile in the lower right of the display. 2. Click on the Admin Setup tile. 3. Enter password, hit enter on the keyboard or click on OK. 4. In the Admin Setup window click on the Other tab on the right side. 5. Click on the Change Time tile to open the Change Time dialog box. 6. Highlight the Hour parameter in the window and click on the up or down arrows to change the hour to the correct time. Click OK. 7. A Change Time message will appear stating Invalid data in the database will be deleted after the time is changed. Are you sure you want to continue? Click Yes and a Deleting outdated data message box will popup and disappear after the outdated data is deleted. Note: Trend and Disclosure data outside of the new time frame will be deleted. 8. All Bedside monitors will update immediately. 9. Close the Admin Setup window and click on the Main Screen tile on the bottom of the screen to return to normal operation. 7

8 Panorama Central Station Press the System Setup key at the bottom of the screen. Press the Installation Setup tab. Click on the Password window. Enter system (the default password) in the Password window. Press the More tab. Press the Date / Time tab. Click on the parameter to be changed. Make the appropriate changes using the on- screen keypad. Press the OK key to enter the changes. Repeat as necessary to change any of the other parameters.. Press the Done key to save the changes. Press Yes when prompted to change the Date/Time settings. Press the Normal Screen key to exit the time change mode. Repeat the above procedure on all Central Stations on the network Notes: Software versions 11.3 and above may be configured for Automatic Daylight Savings (ADT) update. If enabled, there will be a message Automatic Daylight Savings time enabled displayed in the Date/Time menu. Software versions 11.3 and above may be configured for Time sync to the facility s Master time clock. If enabled, there will be a message Date and Time is being set automatically displayed in the Date/Time menu. The date and time cannot be changed at the Panorama in this mode Bedside monitors connected to Panorama Passport V and DPM 6 and 7 monitors currently admitted to the Panorama will automatically sync to the Panorama clock when the Panorama clock is changed. Monitors subsequently admitted will automatically update upon admission to the Panorama. Spectrum, Spectrum OR and Passport 2 currently admitted to the Panorama will sync to the Panorama clock on next discharge/admit or if trends are cleared. The bedside monitor clock cannot be adjusted for daylight savings manually while admitted to Panorama unless the Panorama time has been updated. Monitors subsequently admitted will automatically update the time upon admission to the Panorama. V- Series monitors time is independent of the Panorama while admitted and connected. V- Series clock can be adjusted manually while admitted to the Panorama. V- Series clock will sync to the Panorama clock on the next discharge/admit. 8
