3 Introduction This document would serve as a guide to all the users irrespective of their roles to Reset their Password and the First Time Users as well. So that they can get the most of the productivity out of the flow. How does Password Manager work? For First Time Users A First Time User need to follow the below mention steps: 1. Users need click the new link on the CAS Login Page called First Time Users which will redirect them to the "New User Sign Up" page. 1 P a g e

4 2. On "New User Sign Up" page, users would be asked to enter their ID, Last Name and select the Role from the provided drop down. 3. After keying in the ID, Last Name and Role, users would be able to proceed further by clicking on OK. 2 P a g e

5 4. Post clicking OK, the password for first time login would appear on the screen. 5. Now user would have to login to the portal using this temporary password. 6. As soon as they login with temporary password, they would be redirected to a page to choose the security questions with answers and then set a new password. 3 P a g e

If a user tries to navigate the portal without choosing and answering the security questions, they would be forcefully redirected to the same page where they need to choose and answer those security questions first and then set a new password. 8. After setting a new password, user need to click on Take me to my RACC portal link which will take them to the Home page of the portal. Forgot Password If a user forgets the password, then they need to follow the mentioned steps: 1. Users need to click on the Forgot Password option on the Login Page. 4 P a g e

7 2. Upon clicking on Forgot Password, user would be redirected to a page where they need to enter their User Name. a. If user does not remember his username, user needs to click on Forgot your Username which would take the user on the Help page from where the user can get to know the next steps ahead. 3. Post successfully identifying the user with their screen name, they would be prompted with the number of security questions on the page one by one in the wizard which they selected initially. After keying in the answer of the security question user need to click on Next. In case they don t remember the answer they can also clink on Skip this Question. Note: User need to fill in two correct answers at least out of these security questions. 5 P a g e

8 4. If a user forgets the answer/s of these security question(s), they may click on Forgot Answers to Security Questions. This link is displayed beneath every question within the wizard. Clicking on Forgot Answers to Security Questions link will redirect them to the First Time user flow where user can again set the Security questions. Note: Please refer to the First Time user flow at Page No Once a user successfully answers the security questions, a random password will get generated and appear on screen. 6 P a g e

9 6. User will get two options below the generated password i.e. Either login to the Portal or to Change the Generated password. Upon clicking on Click here to login, user would be redirected to the login page of the portal and On click of Change generated password, user would again be redirected to the Forgot Password Page. 7. When user would login to the portal after generating the password using Forgot Password, user would be redirected a page where user can change the password. 7 P a g e
